I always take my vehicle to jiffy lube for the oil change so that I know they have a record of every oil change. I have apparently gotten the value oil change the last four times I was in because the guy I talked to at the counter told me that. Like I was wrong for trying to save money. Maybe that was just my interpretation after being frustrated with him as I had watched him bark questions at customers such as phone number email that was his way of asking a question. There was no actual conversation with him except for when he tried to shame me for presenting a coupon. He told me I couldnt use that coupon because I had used the value oil change my last four visits. He did this in an ugly demeaning manner. I explained to him they sent me the coupon so I assumed I could use it. He said no. However every other visit Ive had to jiffy lube which has been many has been very pleasant. Unfortunately this one person was very unpleasant to deal with. The gentleman in the bay did a great oil change. Quick as usual.
Extremely apologetic about back up in wait times and lack of stock of air and cabin filters. They are popular because of their SERVICES and SERVICE. Not cheap, but good. Coupons always seem to come after a visit and expire before the item is needed. Highly recommend for convenience and professionalism.
Jerry was the most professional and friendly person I have ever encountered during an oil change. Not only was the oil change fast, the customer service I received from Jerry before, during and after the service was tremendous. I will definitely be using this Jiffy Lube going forward.
Awesome and Fast !!Made 3 weeks advance appointment with GMC dealership for oil change and they bailed out due to lack of employees. Tried to make appointment with other oil change places which was 2 to 3 weeks far. Then I went to This JiffyLube, they changed my oil, air filter and AC within 35 mins !! Thank you.
Other than the way I was greeted the overall experience was positive. Young man that greeted me was impatience, vomiting his canned customer greeting and then walked away before I could reply. The rest of the team was professional and had high attention to detail, especially the young man who drained my oil and inspected the undercarriage.
Oil change and a coolant flush they checked out everything else, super fast service in and out in 40 minutes.. Great job !
I was greeted a little rough by the gentleman who took my info down. They took some time getting to it too, they stood around for awhile before someone moved it into the bay. Other then that they informed me of some issues my vehicle has and I paid gladly. Don’t think I’ve been having any problems since.
I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change in advance of a road trip. I had had my oil changed in January, but drive my car seldom, so the techs told me I wasnt due for a change and my oil levels were fine. I was aware I needed a new air filter, and had been too lazy to replace it myself, so had them do that. I was in and out in 10 minutes.I appreciated that they didnt just change the oil and take my money, but consulted me first. The techs were all polite and nice, couldnt ask for better service. I will use this Jiffy Lube again!

Employees did not wear a mask and they were getting in customer vehicles. I insisted that I pull my car into the bay because I did not Want them in my car. Other than that service was excellent
While on a cross country trip an oil change became necessary on our car. Although very, very, busy, this Jiffy Lube location serviced our car properly and quickly. The manager, Jerry was very actively making sure that everyones car was being treated with care and serviced in a very timely manner. If I lived in this area, this Jiffy Lube is probably the ONLY shop that would touch my car for the services they offer ! This is an outstanding shop and I give credit to Jerry who was the manager on duty at the time we stopped in. Great, great, job and thank you !

This is the only Jiffy-lube open on Sunday in Carson city. These guys were professional and courteous, and the price was right. I’ll be returning for service again
I went here because the place I normally go for oil changes was booked up and I was leaving in a few days on a trip. $100+ for an oil change is INSANE! They dont even check all the things my normal place does and they charge that much. Its not worth it. Youd think that a big corporate chain like Jiffy Lube would give you more bang for your buck, but I guess not. Will never go there again.
I had a bad experience at a Jiffy in Modesto so I very reluctantly tried this Jiffy 3010. I was impressed with their professionalism and showing me under the hood what all they checked and noted that all caps were on tight. The gentleman also showed me the oil dipstick that was on full. I’ll go back!
Their staff has negligible knowledge of web services when a customer has purchase promotional services. She didnt know how to log in, she deferred to her manager, but never once did she say I dont know, but let me find out which would have been appropriate and excellent customer service. I was not able to use my $67 prepay so had to pay full price for that day. I asked if I could get a refund, she said i dont know, you probably have to go through customer service. Customer service provided by the current generation S U C K S. And it reflects poorly on the companies who hire them and DONT TRAIN.

Took one of our trucks in for a basic oil change on March 22, 2021 after doing a tune up our selves. Technician says that the air filter in the truck was completely brown from dirt, I replaced it about 15 minutes prior to arriving with a brand new napa gold air filter, so I ask him to show me the dirty air filter he pulls out a perfectly white and clean air filter. I ask him to show me on the filter where it was dirty and he couldnt.Why dont you hire honest technicians that care about your customer not selling an air filter I can buy at a parts store for $15.99 that you try to charge $49.99 for?
2.5 hours for an oil change... service was super friendly, just very slow and distracted. The employees cared more about talking with each other than getting their job done. Only 1 employee out of 4 knew how to run the computer.
They did a speedy and professional job on my vehicle. I was in and out within 30 min. The only complaint would be after the check off list they said they had vacuumed my vehicle as i drove off i noticed it was not vacuumed. Just makes me wonder what else was checked off and not looked at
My 1st impression sadly carried thru to check out. The shop wasnt slammed, there were 2 cars in the bay ahead of me. I wasnt in a hurry, I chose that shop because I was taking my grandson to lunch at Chilis... I simply wanted to drop my truck off for service.The young lady working in front of the bays was curt, no greeting and bordered on rude when spoken to.The gentleman who checked my truck in wasnt much better, I believe he was the manager, Gerald.At check out I was informed that I had an oil leak and my transmission was leaking, when I inquired as to where the leaks were coming from, I was told he didnt know its just what the person in the pit put down... I was shocked to say the least... the transmission is new and has less then 8000 miles on it was installed and serviced by Ford, as for the oil leak, havent seen a drop of oil anywhere I park my truck before bringing in for service, hopefully I wont have one now. Yes, I expressed my shock to the manager and told him that didnt sound right because the transmission is new, and it didnt have an oil leak before getting service, he just said thats what the person put down... no offer to have the tech come in to explain the findings or to look further into it. Upon reviewing my paperwork J. Speltz commit is:Excessive oil leakExcessive transmission leakI find it amazing that I dont have a oil slick in my driveway.I seriously think the staff working with the public could use a course in customer service, to smile when greeting customers and offer to provide more information when asked for specifics.My truck is a 2001 with 182587 miles at time of service it was 1 quart low on oil (which considering none had been added since the last oil change at 176444 miles is to be expected). Dont worry about the number of miles the last change was good for 7500 miles. So one would think with an excessive oil leak it would have been more then a quart low.I do apologize for rambling, but Im very upset about the entire experience to put it bluntly. Apparently they assumed I wouldnt question their actions or findings, that a 20 year old truck may not be well cared for, leaks would be normal for its age.... they would be wrong on all counts.Ill be taking my truck to a shop here in town to have it inspected and will go forward from there.Thank you for asking, any questions, please dont hesitate to contact me.Elizabeth Davidson

I just want to do a tune up on my Mountaineer. before that I went to Reno to get an estimate From Chapala Tune up service and said they charge $185.00 includes Spark Plugs, Revision and replacement of bad filters and change of oil. Unfortunately they dont have space. Their were so busy and full of work, then I went to Jiffy Lube and They have the time to do my tune up, I was surprised when a Guy told me it going to cost me $220.00 for the tune up, check and replace the bad spark plugs and filters etc. I said its Ok. Took a couple of hours to have my car ready. When they told me that Oil change was not include in the price, I felt so disappointed. I paid with my Debit Card 229 Dollars including Tax. At that Moment I swear myself never, never comeback again to JIffy Lube. and probably Im going to mention this through my Radio Stations. Thanks for Everything Jiffy Lube

Great service every time.
Overall, they were great. They were slammed and got the job done fairly quick and were very nice. I did look at my invoice later and it said a new air filter was offered. It was not offered and it probably needed to be changed. That was the only downside. I just look at it as they saved me money 🙈

Thought this was a safe professional place to take my vehicle.. I only get an oil change here. They took the cover to my engine and never gave it back. They lost screws to my engine. And they snapped the tube that houses the transmission dip stick! What are these people doing to snap the metal tubing?! Obviously people that lie on there resume to get the job..thanks jiffy lube.

I couldn’t say enough positive things about him or our experience there.

Brought in a vehicle for an oil change. After I got it back home i noticed a oil puddle in the driveway. Had my uncle look at it and come to find out Jiffy Lube didnt tighten the drain plug correctly so the oil was dripping out. They also tried to sell me an unnecessary brake job and didnt inspect the wiper blades. They refunded my money but customer beware!

They didnt know how to remove my Toyota vans trail light assembly to replace the break light. Today I did it myself by Googling. I noticed they lost one of the screws in the process and then replaced it with the bolt that connects the rear bumber to the body. They probably thought I wont notice.I wont be going back there. Only reason I used to go there was they are open on Sundays.
I brought my car in because I couldn’t get into the dealer on time and my oil light came on. Kenny the manager was extremely polite and professional, he addressed all my needs and worries and the technician Josh made sure to go over everything with me. The other gentlemen in the shop were all very courteous and polite. This was a great experience and even during these hard times they remained open and practiced safety to protect the customer. I highly recommend the shop to anyone needing a lube, oil, filter, safety inspection, tire rotation etc.
I live less than a mile from a jiffy lube in Minden, and 2 miles from the one in Gardnerville. I was told they couldnt help me, but the Topsy Lane shop could. I was shuffled off because they didnt want to do it. I am more than pleased they sent me to Topsy Lane. Not only was the crew awesome but very helpful and informative. Ill keep driving the extra 10 miles to take my car there.

My visit was very good. All employees were very polite.My only concern is that none of them were wearing masks! I am a senior citizen and I was wearing a mask and gloves. I would have been much more comfortable if they how do used them too!

Liffy Lube in Carson City, NV was excellent. They accepted a coupon that Libby Lube in Gardnerville, Nv would not, Both stores are owned by the same person.
I really appreciated how the staff treated me. There was only one guy who seemed to be having kind of a short temper on people, wearing a maroon shirt. But other then that the rest of the team did amazing jobs.

Terrible service. I called a few days before going to ask about their prices and was immediately put on hold for 20-25 minutes. The day of my service I encountered someone who was not friendly or professional at all. He was rude and not once did he smile. Never again wasting my time to go there!! If I had his name I would’ve put it in this review.

Theyre so corrupt. Theyll tell you about problems that other mechanics confirm are nonexistent, and theyll refer you to their buddy to get the problem fixed. They always forget to wash the windows and vacuum the floors after your oil change. Its people like them that give auto repair professionals such a terrible/shady reputation.
Fast and easy oil change no appointment needed
Sent my girlfriend down there to get an oil change on her car. When she asked if she needed the high mileage and what they recommended they would not give her a recommendation. Once they started working on her car she could hear them mocking her for asking. She’s an intensive care nurse, not a mechanic. I would have hoped they would have helped someone who is asking for help instead of mocking them for not knowing. Extremely rude to do to a paying customer and now I feel bad for recommending this in the first place. I’ll have her go somewhere where she’ll be treated better next time.
I haven’t used Jiffy Lube in a very long time. I was pleasantly surprised on how quick I got in and how they got my F350 with a oil change and filter change on the road and ready for my trip! Thank you!
Went in for a standard oil change. The oil change went smooth and fairly quickly. When they finished they asked me to start my vehicle. upon starting the engine, it began making a whining noise. They asked me to shut it off and noticed the belt and the idler, which was seized, needed to be replaced (I knew the belt needed to soon anyways). They asked if they could replace it and i agreed. While doing the work they ran into some trouble and ultimately ended up breaking a piece. They bought the part that was broken and attempted to install it. Realized it was out of their capabilities they offered to drive myself and my kids home while they towed it to a shop to have it repaired. All the employees were apologetic and understanding of the situation. I was without my car for less than 24 hours. They called me the following day and offered to drop the vehicle off at my house. I declined and picked it up. When I arrived to pick up the car they handed me the keys and apologized once more. Because they had taken care of the issue promptly and did the right thing I had them do the oil in my wifes car that same day. The situation was unfortunate but because they handled it quickly and took care of me I will continue to go back to the Gardnerville location. Honesty and integrity are the greatest attributes you can have in business and these guys have it. Thank you for doing great work.
Just an oil change place. Attendant scanned my VIN sticker and license plate which did not make me too happy. There was no hard sell on services. An oil change with synthetic ran about $100.
Everyone worked together well, the safety procedures during this COVID19 were all in place and practiced, they were courteous, friendly and professional. Very, very busy that day but got the job done for each customer in a timely manner. Thank you.

They have helped me keep all my cars maintained at a fraction of the cost of any dealership. Check groupon first for service you need done. Fuel filter oil changes differentials etc. On my one ton Dodge diesel as well as BMW and land Rover. They work on them all! Fast and convenient location lets you walk for food or errands on your busy day. Always great customer service and clean restroom and waiting area.
Extremely overpriced. Having used Jiffy Lube for a number of year I can not justify going back after being quoted an absurd price for an oil change. I hope they are not taking advantage of Wal Marts auto center being closed and over charging people.

Service was prompt. The facility including the bathroom were clean. My only issue was that they were out of the high-mileage oil I wanted for my 2002 Yukon XL. I had to settle for standard oil change. Otherwise it was a great experience. The person who greeted me was friendly and kept me informed of when my vehicle would be done. They were very busy that Sunday afternoon but I was in and out in about 45 minutes. If it hadnt been for the lack of high-mileage oil this would have been a 5-star rating.
