Very help. We got a car cover right a way! Walmart was no help waited to our to have a tail light replaced and asked about a car cover. I could order it on line from home. They could NOT help me!

My trip today to AutoZone was to stock up on a few winter supplies. I needed to snow and ice remover for my windows, and some fluid for my windshield washers, and I needed two quarts of oil for my cars. The two individuals working in the store both were so both friendly and helpful in finding items for me and answering questions.

Nice parking lot, not bumpy especially for lowered vehicles. However I went asking about a part. I figured they wouldnt have any in stock. considering the year and type of the vehicle he said check online somewhere along those words. after he checked the store inventory. They didnt offer to order it for me at all. Unlike most other places. Even though they show it on their website. I was there ready to pay for the part up front. There were two Gentlemen working the bigger guy nice and polite.

I came in earlier with a radiator that had sprung a leak after being installed yesterday. The associate got my warranty taken care of right away. As the employees were leaving to go home one of them asked me if I needed any tools. That is great customer service. Thanks.Sorry for showing up at 8 at night to swap a radiator.Thankfully, this was not the first time I had changed the radiator so it was an easy and fast swap.Total time in the Autozone parking lot was an hour and a half.

Good selection with a good location. Easy to notice and access from highway. Went in for a car battery. They had 3 options in stock with great warranty. But what won me over was the customer service. Very friendly and super helpful. Answered all my questions and what she didnt know she looked up. Even pointed out concerns I hadnt thought of.

Way rude service. The parts manager Dave made it feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there. Condescending attitude, didnt even have wheel studs for a 2010 tacoma. That was a genuinely weird experience. Just go to OReillys.

The store has a pretty good supply of parts on hand and many more available quickly. The real issue here is that salespeople have absolutely no idea what they are selling or how to apply it. If it aint in the computer within a few keystroke, they cant help you. My suggestion would be to do your own online researching and have a specific set of part numbers when you call or go in. And ALWAYS GET THE LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!! The parts you receive seldom have any longevity to them!

On top of their stuff. Organized store and informed staff.They are always able to either sell me what I need or find it.The manager is...a tad odd, but he is very helpful and knowledgeable.

This AutoZone is seriously one of the better AutoZones I have been too. The employees including the manager where amazing. From helping my wife and me to pick out the right windshield wipers, to disposing of oil for us. They went above and beyond. They even had some cars toys for sale which my tiny human absolutely loves. Kudos to this place for being all around helpful, patient, and awesome.

They didn’t let me borrow tools to take across the street and change my battery.

Stopped for transmission fluid, asked for help checking my oil. the lady was so friendly and glad to help. she found exactly what I needed and helped me with my truck.

I am always being sent over to autozone to pick up something for my dads hotrods and they always help me out with finding a similar item, but what really irks me is that they are always so short staffed and even though there is someone grabbing merchandise in the back he cannot come up front and help because he will get into trouble so usually that means your waiting in a line with three or four others watching the employees run around like a bunch of chicken with their heads cut off.. I honestly wish i didnt have to come her but i do...

Staff very helpful and honest went to purchase a can of freon for my car did not like the price staff recommended going to Big Lots got it for half the price but for him being helpful and his Honesty will go back most definitely
