Absolutely great customer service in the pharmacy. They were super busy and with no appointment they still gave me my second shot, unlike their competitors CVS across the street. They are the real MVP!!!!
Firstly, the pharmacy opens rather late compared to the store. Secondly, I went there today after 9am, and the pharmacy wasnt open - according to Google and the stores website they are meant to open at 9am.As a parent, it would be nice for the pharmacy to be open earlier, so that you can run errands on the way home from dropping kids off at school / before you head to work.
Always clean and organized.Nice employees.
Online prices are cheaper than in store, but if you order for pick up they give you the online price. Makes zero sense. The clerk/supervisor wouldnt adjust price (about a $7 difference) so I had to order online for pick up and just wait until the online order was processed. So Ill NEVER buy from this store again.
The drive thru pharmacy seems completely unable to fill scripts in a normal timeframe. Today we drove up and waited with one other car. It took over 30 mins to get two cars through a drive thru.
This is the WORST Walgreens on the planet!! The cashiers are super rude, never speak, or have a dry greeting. I got personal items and the man had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a bag! Never in my life have i been asked that. I won’t ever step foot in this place again. It’s vibe is disgusting and it feels uncomfortable. Avails I’d you can. There’s a CVS across the street.
Lier for COVID-19 test dont dot there been 5 waiting for results still not available
Absolutely terrible pharmacy service.
Extremely dissatisfied. I ordered over 40 4x4 prints. When they were given to me, there was about a 1/5 of an inch left on either side of all the prints. I asked if the photo tech could trim them for me, and he did. They were all trimmed to the left, but the right was left undone, and they were uneven. I asked again, if he could make them all even, that I didnt mind waiting as long as it took. When they were returned to me a second time, they still had white on the edge, and this time, the edge was crooked. Not only are all the edges crooked when viewed from the white space that is still there, but the line of the cut actually went into my picture. I am now sitting at home, cutting each picture individually, and my line is crooked. I feel I have just wasted money on 40+ pictures. I will be calling corporate to see what they can do.
When there today to pick up photo (3/30). It was around 11:35 am. My photos were supposed to be done by 11. I went in and walked past by the front register. I went to the photo section. I ask for help at the two people talking by the register. Shaquille (I found out his name later by looking at his tag) told me to wait. He kept talking And laughing while i was still standing waiting. He only went to help me when other customers were about to checkout. and not only was my photos not ready, it took him forever to ring me up. I saw on his name tag that he is a team lead. That’s a shame if Walgreens management sees potential in him. Someone that disrespectful and lazy should not work in retail.
The pharmacy at this location is a nightmare. They cant seem to decide what my insurance will cover, and my insurance has never changed, but walgreens always seems confused. The price I pay for my prescription is different every single month. Ive had this monthly prescription at this location for 2 years and Ive never paid the same amount twice. Strange. I tried to checkout at the front with a few sodas and the moron behind the counter forgot half my stuff. I told him I wanted all my stuff that I put on the counter. He began to fiddle with a plastic bag. I told him to hurry up and do his job so I could leave. He called over a manager and she began to dig through all of my bags that were still with the idiot checker and check the receipts. what the hell??
They’re out of stock of my (pretty common) medication on a Friday. Won’t have any until at least Tuesday. Won’t even transfer it to a different Walgreens for me. 4 days is wayyy too long to wait for something I’m supposed to be taking every day. And this isn’t even the first time I’ve seen them go out of stock of something. How can you even call yourself a pharmacy if you don’t have any drugs in stock?
Pharmacy NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE.I was able to call two different walgreens and they picked up in 2 minutes.
Definitely always has my medication in stock or never have to wait long in drive through.
Idk why they sometimes have things that I need but arent there and its kinda dirty there as well. Just go to CVS across, its better stocked and clean
Cashier was very Rude Horrible customer service
Walgreens is refusing to accept governor Greg Abbott expired drivers license or ID order i hope they know they will be fined and Im reporting them
Sheri in the pharmacy is the rudest lady Ive every met. I would pay more and go somewhere else not to have to deal with her. She talks down to everyone who comes in. She needs to be fired.
The lady that works in the pharmacy is very rude and unprofessional. I called because I wanted to know why a prescription that is always covered by my insurance was now out of pocket (almost $300). She placed me on hold for 10 minutes then when she answered I provided my insurance information and she told me to call her back in an hour and hung up.
The pharmacist Abdi was very helpful and provided a lot of information. Thank you so much for all of your help Abdi.
Pharmacy and staff are great. When I had an issue with a prescription price, the pharmacist resolved the issue immediately, confirming with my insurance the cost of the medicine. Pharmacy is always willing to refund the difference if you by chance pay too much.
Ive used this location for the past 5 years but hate dealing with the pharmacy dept. Not open 24 hours, long wait times, staff is unhelpful/unfriendly and rude pharmacist. They have lost my prescription multiple times. Dont waste your time with the drive thru. You will wait 20 mins before someone acknowledges you are sitting there.
Do not do business with this pharmacy over the phone, especially if you have complicated insurance issues. All transactions should be done in the store, directly with the pharmacist or manager on duty if at all possible. This location is terribly understaffed and there is a lack of training and experience with the techs and/or associates. Pack your patience when going into the store though: it is not uncommon to be waiting in a line with 5-10 people and sometimes only one cashier.
Very un-human very unorganized pharmacist
This pharmacy is inefficient, wrong on my insurance half the time, and odd hours for opening. CVS across the way much better.
Rude staff, angry pharmacist because they are way too busy for 1 guy and the wait is like an hour long. Place is a mad house, when I finally got my prescription they were short a few pills. AVOID!
Kind of dirty, feels cluttered. Needs an external update. Employees friendly and helpful.
Ggood for decent photo prints. Open on holidays.
How hard is it to fill a prescription? Use this walgreens and youll discover just how easy it is for a group of idiots to complicate simple tasks. F minus
Pharmacy staff very rude and inconsiderate dont use drive thru 45 min wait
A 24 hour pharmacy. Thats great.
Walgreens pharmacist tech has no business dealings with customers. She is rude and unhelpful.
Slow, slow and slow!!! Changing pharmacy.
Wait time is about 5 minutes unless you go through the drive through around 5 pm. Also depends on which store you go to. Wait time seems longer if you go inside
A little expensive, but good products
