I think this is the only CVS Ive ever been to that doesnt suck. The pharmacists are friendly and always fill my prescriptions in a timely manner.
Pratik and Ruhi working at this CVS are very helpful. It was already past 10 pm but they still answered all our questions and ensured we left with happy faces from there.
I went there today June 17 2021 at 4:30. My mother who cannot see well due to her diabetes, asked where an item was located. The lady in pharmacy snapped its literally right there. LITERALLY RIGHT THERE. When in fact the item wasnt there. Her tone and attitude was extremely rude. I dont recommend this location.
Went in there to buy some Zyrtec. Walked by the cooler and saw the mold riddled milk fridge and decide, “nah, if they don’t want to take care of their store than I don’t need to take care of their business by buying from them.” So I left.
Very rude man who talked to me on the phone. He kept yelling :whats your name very fast and very loud - wouldnt give me tine to respond. I asked to talk to someone else when he finally shut up. On the phone with CVS customer service now trying to get my scripts transferred to another store.
Pharmacists wearing masks below their noses! Medical professionals?!? Unbelievable
Best RX in all of Carrollton! Not as busy as other stores which make customer experience much more satisfactory!
I was told it would take 2 hours to fill my script. Try less than 20 min! Fast and courteous
Every CVS needs a Misrak (who works in the pharmacy)!!! Shes always smiling, full of energy and willing to go the extra mile to help. A+ in my books!! I recommend this pharmacy because this pharmacy puts patients first and truly has the best customer service in c-town.
I tried this pharmacy one last time yesterday This was my experience. My doctor called in the prescription. They text me they got the prescription and my orders being filled. My husband goes to pick up my two medications after he picks up my daughter from school. This is three hours later. They only have one of the meds. So I called CVS and ask where my other med is. They tell me they don’t have it in stock but they’re going to order it for me it should be there in seven days. This is a medication that can’t be transferred between pharmacies the doctor has to call and cancel with the one pharmacy and transfer to another pharmacy. By the time I found out about the situation the doctors office was closed. So I called a few pharmacies to make sure they had my medication in stock they Did. I just wanted to see if this was a common occurrence. Because it is with this CVS pharmacy! I had it transferred to another CVS pharmacy on Josey Frankford A few min out of my way but I used them for the last few months before I tried switching back. And boy I wish I hadn’t done that! What a mess I certainly learned my lesson this time!!!
The best staff I have met in a long time! Thanks guys!
Suppose they can fill a prescription but their customer service is pretty poor in my experience.
I love having a CVS that is almost like a neighborhood pharmacy! Staff is always nice and helpful.
I love our little CVS. Hope it stays and doesnt become like all the other CVS stores.
Pharmacy staff is great. Some store personell, including mgmt, could use a few classes on customer service, didnt used to be that way. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.
Good one but too much waiting. They should increase their staff in pharmacy.
I visited this cvs with my family for passport photos. The staff is awesome, the way they treat their customers is adorable. Their customer service is of no match with other cvs. Thank you for having such s nice staff.
Got here after working overtime on midnight shift and waited til 8am for this store to open. Lights came on but no one came to unlock the doors and its nearly 10 after. They might as well change their opening hours to the pharmacy hours at the rage theyre going. 8am my butt! Thats false advertising in my book!
Ive been a customer for over 15 yrs. They treat you like one of their family members.
Never go rosemade carrollton cvs they have really worst servics and rude people i wish someone sue on them
The CVS Pharmacy at Old Denton & Rosemeade Parkway is the worst CVS that I have ever been to. The service at the Pharmacy is horrible. My prescriptions were never ready for pickup when they said they would be. I even gave them more than 24 hours to fill the prescription and they still didnt have it ready. They also lied to me and told me that a doctors office hadnt called them back with a new prescription. The doctors office had called in the new prescription hours before and the pharmacy was then closed for the night. The doctors office sent the prescription to the CVS at Hebron & N Josey and Ive never been back to the CVS on Rosemeade again for prescriptions. What a shame since I live across the street from the Rosemeade CVS. Pitiful service and no seems to care. Ive complained many times.
Fast service and great customer service
They gave me the wrong pills & when I asked for the right ones (after I got home) they told me they couldnt take them back & it was my responsibility to check them & the quantity before I left the store.
Typical
Great service.
Good service
This CVS is the worst
