It is clean and tidy. I do not know about the gas station part, but the store itself is pretty pleasant to shop for. Everything looks organized.

Totally filthy. Always out of tea and cups. The floor looks like it has not been washed in months. I used to go there to get tea for lunch. Seems like they could keep tea full but every day I have to ask for tea and most times have been told we don’t have time. Store is usually full so no excuse for this. Half the employees look at you like you are dumb when you ask for tea. They never acknowledge you and just turn and walk off. Get a real manager. I will not be back

Usual clean convenience store with fresh, hot and prepackaged foods, drinks, fuel, ATM and toilet facilities.

This store was terrible no cash card only. The trash cans outside were running over, no window wash for winshields and lets not talk about those nasty bathrooms. This place needs a complete makeover and management...

I am used to race trac being newer and well maintained. It may be the location but this particular race trac is extremely dirty, especially the restroom and the gas pumps have shady people everywhere I look. The staff seems to be quick and friendly but that honestly is the only thing this location has going for it.

Clerks seem to really hate working here.

I was last monday, 12:23 am the employee told me is closed.i was today at 2:18 am continuing to closed.every nigth is closed.nobody check if the employees working or no want to work in this time.that is worse.

This store is at a good location, has breakfast pizza, and a seating area indoors. Their employees are bad mouths. Despite repeated feedback to stop slander, defamation, and gossip spreading from the register, it continues.Not only is it offensive, it can be equated to them having a bag of stones and pail of spit and hurling the stones at a customer and spitting, and then getting the general public to do the same. Racetrack means slanderous, employees, insulting customers and ruining the reputation of the professionalism of the company in how they conduct business and ethical practices.

Restroom was disgusting at the time I visited.

Why are we closed right now? It’s 10:22pm. You literally have eight cars out here ready to pump and ready to get in the store instead we’re all driving over to QUICKTRIP down Luna rd. Why are we closed ? NOT 24HOURS . NOT 24HOURS

This place is just wonderful. Fresh coffee is always brewed. Every hour of the day, every day of the week. Floor is always clean and place is always fully stocked with whatever you need. Great customer service also. Employees are so helpful. LASTLY, The employee Adrian has got to be the most attractive racetrac employee Ive ever seen 😍 He usually works weekend morning shifts or some afternoons during the week ! Ask for him, hes fun to chat with !

The food use to be so good now it disgusting and undercooked.

Usually a very busy gas stop. Usually dont have problems at the pump. Todays visit, the pump didnt stop on its own, and made a fuel mess down the side of my car. First time thats ever happened.

They say open 24 hours but they are constantly telling me they are closed when i walk up

This is BY FAR the WORST RaceTrac I have ever been to. They are always out of something! This is located in an industrial area and they are always short staffed and out of things by 5pm. I dont understand why they cant be prepared for the 5pm rush EVERY day after all these years in this location. Good thing there is a QT right down the street.

About gagged on this visit. I worked near here a few years ago when this was built. Made stop for gas and RR, upon entering men’s room was overcome with the odor of urine as the auto flushers were not working. Even on the way out trash cans were full. Seems for such a high volume store/location more attention would be paid to its cleanliness.

The quality of this store has dropped considerably since the beginning of the year. I used to love going to this RaceTrac before work. Their condiment selection was excellent. Slowly, all of this has disappeared so that now they cant even offer you hot sauce for a breakfast sandwich. Creamer selection for coffee is also greatly diminished. Not worth the stop for me anymore. If I want plain coffee and bland food I can get that in the break room at my office.

Girl work in counter she is busy in his phone and not listen (3.25 to 3.45 pm check managment in camera) I pay money she do wrong gas pump...then 3 time I told then inside worker help me....

While getting coffee this morning, I noticed a fly inside the self serve pastry case and notified the clerk of a fly that is inside and standing on the pastries. She just took a look and didnt remove any of the pastries that have been contaminated by the fly. So its possible those pastries were sold to customers that dont know of the fly that had stood on them.

Consistently, barely cool beer comes out of the refrigeratorr at this location. Never again.

Customer service here is great, every morning they have a line of 10+ people at any given time but they are so quick that they kill the line in 60 seconds. My one complaint is the beverage coolers arent kept cool enough. My soda is always cool, not cold.

They always have the Cappuccino machines running properly so the coffee is never watery and they have a nice assortment of creamers and flavor shots. The yogurt is good and theres a lot of toppings, you can even try a little sample. The chicken taquitos are my favorite, you should try em.

I love race track and the fact that the new ones are always clean and have great facilities. Therefore it is very disappointing visiting this one and having the restrooms out of order.

Clean and well organized. Grill/food prep was closed when I was there, but that was due to the late hour. Friendly cashier got me rang up and out the door in a jiffy.

Always cleaned and the friendliest attendants. Best deals on drinks in the whole las colinas/farmers branch area. Get the cup for five free refills. They come in handy. ;-)

Mad house during rush hour. Never enough room for all of the vehicles. Check out is pretty dang fast though even with a huge line.

I like this RaceTrac. The staff inside is always friendly and the bathrooms are clean. Prices are competitive with the nearby QuikTrip. My only gripe is one of the gas pumps was very slow on me once, and overall I think QuikTrip has a bit more modern feel and better choices for pizza, blizzards, etc. But still, this RaceTrac is still not a bad place and blows away any regular gas station.

I usually only go in the middle of the night after I get off of work, but every time Ive been the staff has been really awesome and personable.

Pretty good location but very busy with all kinds of commercial trucks

90 percent of the time the gas pump does not print a receipt. During 0630-0900 hours, every gas pump is blocked by trucks pulling trailers with lawnmowers and the occupants all scramble inside to purchase a full breakfast and coffee so the pump is blocked for at least 10-15 minutes. At lunch, groups of immigrants flood the inside of the store to use the “free” microwave. At some points, it’s so crowded with immigrants heating their food, you can’t even move down the aisles. Do paying customers get priority over heating foos purchased in the store? Don’t know because when I asked the employees they just giggled and shrugged it off.At lunch, the immigrants sit and eat their lunch in the parking spaces out front of the store and at the gas pumps and all lined up around the perimeter of the concrete lot. It’s a joke. Won’t spend another dime at this circus of a “convenience” store.

This is a very clean racetrac with ample food and beverage opti9ns in the store. Its one of the only gas stations near this commercial district so it is always packed and busy.

Always open and pretty nice folks! Coffees okay, but be sure to watch for coffee grounds in the bottom of your cup. They dont always do a good job emptying out the thing the filter sets in, or they overfill the filter and grounds seep out into the carafe. Finally, after a month or so not working, SwirlWorld ice cream, yogurt and sherbert machines are functional again, well 4 of the normal 8, anyway. The selection leaves a lot to be desired, but its more than I can say for the Racetrac by my house at Trinity Mills and DNT in Dallas, theirs has been out for 4 months, ALL four they have. Nada.
