Had terrible customer from Bradley, senior customer advisor. Was told the trade in was valid for 2 hours when i called but refuses to provide service when I come before closing time because he doesnt want to work so close to closing hours.

You need to answer your phones. How is it that you cant do part of your job? I was going to come check out this store but when another store tries to call you multiple times and you dont answer, it shows your level of care. I understand you could be busy, but I called over multiple days and at different times.

Went today with boyfriend to get a nintendo switch, Keli was very kind with helping us get the things we wanted with the budget we had. She had no problem checking things for us and she also didnt make us feel judged when we couldnt afford a couple things we wanted to get.Overall, a great experience and we appreciated her kindness and helpfulness!

It was not bad but they require face mask when coming to the store

Dont go 30 minutes before closing because they will be shut down for no reason. They had a few different groups waiting outside but no explanation or a sorry for shutting down early.

I have never seen this in my life at any fortune 500 retail business. This was on Wednesday April 21,2020. I’m sure Gamestop doesn’t allow this.

So horrible experience buyer beware!!!I preordered cyberpunk 2077 and I was told I would receive $30 in game bucks if I paid the game in full before the release date. So I purchased it right then in full. Well when I went in today I was told it was $20 and only if my pro card was active this was not mentioned to me at the time of purchase. They kept saying well it’s listed. I only went to GameStop so I could get the necklace and DLC or I would have been playing it yesterday like the rest of the PC players that purchased it thro steam, epic or gog but I waited a day so I could get my $30 and the other extras.I didn’t get the game buck because I was lied to straight out and the same girl was there and said nothing when I was tell the other lady who was waiting on me. So as for me and most of my friends we normally preorder and get the direct download.This is why I stopped shopping at GameStop. Buyers beware you will receive false information just so they can hit there pre order and subscription requirements.Just do the digital download instead it’s easier and you don’t need to worry about them trying to upsale you on insurance for your disk.And they never answer the phone I tried calling several times over a couple of days to ask a question before the game came out but no answer!!!

I hate coming to this store!! I asked for warranty on a new game and she never rung it up and after I paid she said that I couldnt get it because I would have to return the game and I wouldnt get the full price which I dont understand as it was HER error not mine!!!! If you have a question you have to go in person.They NEVER answer the phone!!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Somethings going on with GameStop in general but they never answer the phone anymore theyre usually outside smoking cigarettes. and heres the worst part I think its the only business Ive encountered that does not accept cash. As if the American dollar has zero value

Very unpleasant experience and poor customer service. I found a game marked a certain price for pro members and KELI wouldn’t honor it cuz she said sticker was old and was wrongly priced. Lol not my fault. $3 difference anyway and she acted like it was coming out her check. Also,told me the game i wanted wasn’t there but after I verified that another store said she had it, she miraculously found it. Smh lol. If I could give 0 stars i would . Sorry GameStop.! Love ya anyways!!!!

Because of my horrible experience at the other GameStop, I decided to stop by this one and give it a try. Im sooo glad I did, I was very happy with the great customer service I got from Sam. He was pleasant, friendly, and a wonderful help. Even though he was the only one working and handling everyone - he kept his calm. I appreciated his help a lot and hope that the managers recognize and appreciate his wonderful service. I must say, Im relieved after my disgusting/horrible experience at the other GameStop! I came in to pick up a pre-ordered game, and a young man named Adam helped me out. I dont play a lot of games, so I asked for recommendations. He quickly told me what he liked, explained the game play, and I bought it on the spot just because it sounded really fun. His attitude was exceptional and I look forward to shopping here again.

Theres a woman who works here that is absolutely amazing! Shes always so helpful when I come in here to take my boys shopping. I know nothing about video games or consoles, but she is very knowledgeable and, always offers her advice to help us make the best decision when picking out things. Shes patient and will help in any way to make sure youre picking out and buying the right items. I didnt want to pick out games that wouldnt be suitable for younger children and, she helped me with that. I wanted to pick out the best possible console for younger children and, she helped me with that too! It was much appreciated! I make sure to come to this particular store when buying games and pokemon cards for my boys! Great experience every single time!

Decided to take some games that we no longer played to this location after using their app on android to get estimate on cash in value. Was very pleased with staff. They did not try to over do what I wanted to do. They tried a little to get me to do trade in value, but seeing I was firm on decision, they proceeded with cashing in the games. Surprised that the estimate on the app was the same amount that the staff gave me. Store was nice and clean. Items nicely displayed and very reasonable prices. Thanks guys!

All GameStops are a rip-off. This one in particular never seems to have some of the most popular used games in stock but they quickly look it up on their system and tell me its at another location. Also, dont even waste your time trying to call them first. No one answers. Ever. I have tried calling literally 18 times over the course of several hours to inquire about a game so I dont drive there for nothing and every single time the automated voice picks up after about 5 rings and tells me all associates are busy. So I went in, 5 minutes or less after the last time I called and there were no customers in store. 0 people. So why didnt they answer? I dont even care anymore. I wont be spending a dime at any GameStop. Not worth the hassles.

Been to this location 3 times in the last month or so. Every person Ive met who works here is just the nicest. They are all so passionate about games and take the time to chat with you. This is the best Gamestop I have ever been to, and its all because of the employees.

You are going to have so much fun! This place is full of exciting and frightening in adrenalizing mayhem. Remember a lot of these games are going to become movies very soon so before it goes to theaters feal the power of the story firsthand.

Great place! I have been coming here for over a decade. In all that time, this GameStop has had very friendly staff. They normally have any game I want. Though it is rare, it has happened before that they didnt have a game I wanted. For this situation, they actually ordered the game for me. The only negative I can think of is that some days its busy, but its not frequent.

Called to check to see if they had an item and they said they did. It was the black guy thats a bit on the heavy side who works there that said they did, so we drove 30min and turns out he didn’t even check and just said he had it. So we drove 30min for no reason. Doesn’t even apologize when we get there... like I know you don’t get paid much but it’s your job so do it right. We called so we don’t have to waste our time and gas. The worst. The other stores double checked and went to the back to make sure before telling us to come.

The Asian male and older heavyset White male are very rude to customers.No greeting, attitude when helping you, and completely ignore you when you leave.There is another employee here that is very nice (Daniel), allot of the customers like him. FIRE these 2 and get more like him.

Most employees at a gamestop know theyre gaming stuff, no matter what city or state. This one was no exception. Even chatted with the cashier for a bit about attempting to be a gamer and full time mom simultaneously. Satisfactory experience. Unfortunately, the old school Xbox 360 rechargeable battery pack station I bought...none of the three hold a charge longer than an hour before my daughter is back out here crying again :/

Great group of people who always have a way of going above and beyond when I have a question. This is my first stop and almost always my last stop when Im looking for anything related to video games.

Came for Wii games, but the ones we chose on the floor didnt have discs behind the counter. We wasted the trip and time, but the people that were there were friendly and we DID get a nunchuck. Wii is old, and newer consoles likely will have better luck.

These guys are always informed on all the newest releases as well as all the older titles for the older platforms.

Tommy has been a great helper to me so props to him for helping me renew my pro membership card!

First and last time shopping at this location. My nieces and I walked in and inquire about a Sims game. Upon entering the establishment there was no greeting and they were not busy because they didnt have any customers other than us. There was a pair exiting as we entered. One of the employees behind the counter responded and looked very uninterested. My intention was to pay for half of the game to help my neices out lol. I asked if I could get change and the employees response was that they didnt give change unless you make a purchase. So I was like ummm yeah Im making a purchase so then he says well I can only give you change from your purpose. I cant give you change outside of that. So in my head I said ok its not difficult to count out change but whatever. So then my nieces ask do they give military discount for military personnel. They advised that they did not. At this point I was so over it. I will continue going to the Carrollton location and receiving my military discount along with impeccable customer service. Long story shor I see why they have 3 star rating.

So Im a huge fan of the show. It was set to release the 29th of March. I asked them if they would be doing a midnight release and they said they were. So I go to to the store at midnight and Ill be damned if nobody was there. I called the store and nobody answered the phone. Im very upset with these bunch of scumbags who sit on a throne of lies.
