Ordered a Venti Brown Sugar Shaken espresso with light ice via mobile. I asked the employee why it was only filled up to the third line on the venti cup. His reply “it’s because you ordered light ice that’s why it’s not filled to the top. If you wanted it to the top you should have ordered extra oatmilk.”Update: Starbucks corporate has apologized and has talked with the store manager about the issue. Thank you Starbucks.

As always, friendly, fast service with a smile on faces. Always great place to meet friends and clients for a minute or even few hours. Some of the Starbucks Ive used as an office spot for many hours at a time. This time it wasnt packed as they usually tend to be. Keep up the good work, and thank you all again.

My normal drink is a Venti caramel macchiato with extra caramel. Nothing special. I live right by this Starbucks so I have given it hope many many times, but every single time I get that drink, I get little to no caramel. It is ridiculous! I mean they charge extra for extra drizzle yet I get absolutely none. Sometimes I have even gone back in and said can you please give me extra caramel drizzle because I’ve paid for this, and they would remake the drink with the exact same amount, they are terrible with proportions, good drinks and food, but don’t bother asking for anything extra because they will not give it to you

Staff is awesome and friendly. They look like a really fun crew. When I came through they were all wearing party hats for someones birthday. You can tell it was a family crew!

Since the Starbucks further east on Hebron has been churning out abysmal beverages for awhile now I decided to try this location which proved even worse. Admittedly the older gentleman at the drive through window is friendlier than the younger folk, while he was having a reunion with the car ahead of me the whipped cream was melting into my drink. To top it off he even asked what my second item was after handing me my food. When I repeated my coffee order for him he said “They’re just finishing it now”. Nope, while you were flapping your lips my drink was sitting and waiting. Whomever made it needs to be re-trained, my white chocolate mocha barely had any syrup in it. Avoid this location.

Most Starbucks are pretty similar but this one stands out for having extra-friendly staff. The interior seating is plentiful and the location is convenient, right off of the tollway.PRO TIP: If your goal is to get as much caffeine into your body as quickly as possible, for minimal cost, espresso shots are so cheap. My go-to is 3 espresso shots over ice which costs less than $2.50. Thats approximately 200-240mg of caffeine in a smaller volume of liquid than a small cup of coffee. Much better for you than any energy drink youll find in a gas station!

Drink was made with light expresso because I didnt taste coffee. Asked for caramel drizzle but I didnt specify all over.

This Starbucks is always very efficient but I want to shoutout Luki! He was by far the nicest barista I have ever been acquainted with and literally put me in a better mood. Management, he is definitely an asset to your company and he deserves a raise.

This location is ok most of the time, but the last 2 times my wife and I got coffee’s here they were horrible. This last time the coffee tastes like it was burnt and they over iced it with no sweetener. I hope the management understands with everything going out they are luck to have customer.

The team is always at the top of their game. Drive through is quick and they always have my order right. I meet my real estate clients here often because of the staff, location and cleanliness.

I went to this Starbucks to catch up on work and studying on my laptop and liked how big this Starbucks is. However, the layout of the Starbucks is not suitable for people who need to have an outlet. There’s only one small section with tables next to outlets towards the front that was full the whole 2 1/2 hours I was there. The only outlet I could reach I had to keep the laptop in my lap the whole time and anyone walking to the bathroom had to jump over my cord to get to it. I will drive the extra distance to a Starbucks with a more suitable layout.

This Starbucks smelled like coffee. After one sniff I started relaxing. I ordered my choice & one for my friend. I took our coffees and we throughly enjoyed them. This store was a stellar in the Starbucks chain. Yummy

The Baristas are very pleasant.

Nice managers, but the staff always changes which means my drink is always different. Sometimes Ill avoid this location and go to the one in Lewisville. Consistency is key and theyre not always consistent.

I went twice to this Starbucks, second time so they would fix my drink order and still didnt get it right 😒. By what they told me, they condensed the buttons on register and didnt have the very popular cinnamon almond milk macchiato anymore and didnt quite know how to construct it(by my drink experience). Havent had issues at other Starbucks 🤷

I have been a customer of Starbucks for over 25 years and I always find interesting people to talk to along with the doppio espresso that I always order. In every Starbucks store there seems to be a social hub for people to gravitate to and socialize. So, I can order a quick espresso and briefly talk to others and this makes my day. Coffee is culture.

I used to love this location but the last 8 times Ive come they still give me foam in my coffee and forgot the whip cream even though I ask every time no foam and I still want the whipped cream. And yes I open my cup right when I get it so the cream wouldnt have time to melt. Ive gone to the one further down Hebron and they make it right everytime.

Never coming here again. Ordered a Reduced Fat Turkey Egg and Cheese sandwich and they were out, but I was ok with that. When I asked for a gift card so that I could order next time, they said they couldnt do that or give refunds which made me angry. I dont even think there was a manager on duty, just 2 young adults that looked like they didnt know what to do in a situation like that. Its fine, Ill stick with my home location.

Place tends to run out of things too quickly before noon, with not a lot of options to compensate thereafter. AC is also currently blasting today when it is 32 degrees outside. They say its due to a centralized system but its never running this cold even during the summer, makes it very uncomfortable to be here. No efforts by staff to make it better, with multiple complaints from consumers.Staff is always different and they dont seem as cohesive or familial at this location. Staff is always inattentive when consumers are in line as well rushing or pushing each other to get to registers.

I submitted an order via the app and went to pick up my drink this morning. I guess I must have still been half asleep when I ordered it because I sent it to the wrong location. However, the employees were super awesome and fixed my drink right away. Made my morning since I didnt have to drive 10 miles out of my way. This is not my first encounter with the staff here as I have been there many times since it opened. The staff is absolutely the best.

The lady takes our drink order which was a venti americano and a grande jade hot tea repeats it back to us correctly and we pull up to get our drinks and she gives us a grande mocha and a grande americano. We tell her that we didnt order those and repeated our order, while shes taking the drinks back she says thats why I asked you to check the screen my fiance says sorry I just saw my drink and assumed it was correct. Yes he shouldnt of assumed and looked, but she repeated it back to us correctly. She made it seem as if it was our fault and made the remark again while giving us our correct drinks, and we also got shorted a tea bag in the tea after receiving our correct drinks. We always have a good experience but this one was a rude one.

Worse place to have coffee from. I was excited about this location since I leave just behind this store. I’m a Starbucks fan for more than 20years and the experience from this store is quite disappointing! I had two bad experiences, one was that while they made a tall white mocha, they give me only half cup of it. When I asked them again, they made another one with 10% more coffee. I even talk to the manager and he was bluffing too!!!!I tried to forget about this event and tried another time, this time I think they use some low quality milk to prepare the coffee. It tasted yuk!!! When I asked them they were so mean to say that ‘this is what they do’ ! I will never ever use this store.

I love its warm and toast you environment, and plus its a great place to study if you want to, and also I love the background music plays in the shop.

I’ve had issues in the past with this location. Today was just the nail in the coffin for me. I ordered a venti matcha green tea and egg bites. Tried to give me a tall and send me on my way. When I reminded them I ordered a venti, they literally poured the tall into a venti cup and water it down. I can hardly taste the matcha as it’s sooo watered down. The color doesn’t even look right. Then on top of that, they forgot my eggbites. I had to wait even longer for that! No one else was in the drive thru... I couldn’t tell if it was busy inside. So I will try to give them that. I’m very disappointed. There are plenty of other Starbucks around, so I will avoid this one.

Great coffee

This location consistently does not fill the cups making the orders true to what you order; either too much foam or they just dont fill with coffee.Today I gave my order back & asked that my Venti be a Venti. They remade it, but the remade was still short AND they just added hot steamed milk. So my Chestnut Praline tasted like hot milk. I wouldve gone inside to complain, but I was wearing slippers. I feel I pay the expensive price for the coffee, I should get my moneys worth. I wont be going back to this location as there are StarBucks down the road whose aim is to satisfy the customers.

Normally very good on service. But always get the wrong size. Somehow always getting a vent I instead of a tall....

Always a pleasant experience but today I was startled a bit as the barista yelled out someone’s name as I was standing by the counter to pay. She has a very piercing voice. Not an issue just caught me off guard.
