I came here to look at a few items I ended up buying a skirt. The store was very hot which made it unpleasant and the clothing i saw here were ridiculously overpriced especially for the quality. I ended up paying 47 dollars (including 30% off) for a plain skirt I could buy anywhere else in the K-Town complex for cheaper, better quality I wish they had a return policy because I was not satisfied with my purchase. I definitely should’ve gone somewhere else wish i could get my money back

I took my daughter to try out clothing and as my daughter asks me to button her up the lady tells me I can go ahead and ring you up. Testing that she was going to just charge me for the outfit she double charged me twice and swiftly told me no refund no exchanges. All sales final! Before I knew I saw the receipt and saw the charges I told her she over charged me and needed to refund me my money. She proceeded to call the cops on me and yell at me. I was flabbergasted at this point I was so polite to her. The cops told me they come here all the time. I am turning her into the Better Business Bureau! Proceed with caution shopping here if not you will get robbed.

I absolutely love this store!! I have been shopping here regularly for months now and I must say this store is perfect! So many Kpop items, cosmetics, skin care items, and fashion! I absolutely love looking at the clothes and trying them on. The owner is such a sweet sweet lady! She will help you find anything you want or need, help you pick out the cutest outfits, and talk to you like an old friend. I always leave feeling beautiful, fashionable, and happy! The prices are very good and reasonable as well! Kpop+ has all the cute stuff! There is always new stuff coming in so you’ll never know what cute stuff you’ll find. Trust me I should know, half of my wardrobe is from this store, haha! I will be coming back! :)

My fashion lenses I bought for Halloween tore, so at the last minute I needed to get some new ones. The lady in the store was very kind, patient, and informative and helped me find some that worked perfectly! The store is very neat and organized and has so many options for people trying to look their best. Will come back!

Before you buy make sure the price is as advertised, the cashier charged for more than the item was worth and once the transaction was completed she immediately said no refunds and no exchanges beware of this place and it’s fake 5 star reviews

This store has so many cute kpop items...I could hardly contain myself. Some things are a little overpriced, but Ive seen alot worse. There are also many good priced items. 110% recommend to kpop stans

It’s so cool!!! I saw other kpop groups but I went mainly for BTS so if your an ARMY, you should definitely go here!! It is so cool and when I went I almost passed out because of how happy I was! The lady working there is so sweet and she is very helpful! So I would totally recommend going here! There are so many different things and I really hope they get lightsticks soon because I really want an ARMY bomb!!💜 STREAM DNA!! I PURPLE YOU! 💜🐰

Visited this store to purchase some kpop items for friends and it did not disappoint. Not only do they have a large variety of kpop items for all the big groups, but it also carries Korean skin care lines, cosmetics, clothing and accessories. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. If you need kpop merchandise or amazing fashion choices for your closet, I highly recommend visiting!

If you dont like to buy kpop merch online, this place is good for that. Would recommend to put more groups though

So Many different kpop groups to choose from and items range from pillows to popsockets to plushes....they even have makeup that is beautiful and clothes

I went a few months ago and bought a set of 50 BTS photocards and happened to find myself buying a pair of colored contacts. i definitely recommend this place to kpop stans, they dont have that many groups but it is still a really cool store to go to, especially if you dont feel like buying kpop merch off of ebay or amazon 😤✊🏼
