This is the worst pharmacist I have ever experienced in my life. One week without my medications and theyre not answering the phone. After they said my prescriptions were to early to fill when really I was a week late. So they wont give me my medications. I tried to fill them at another pharmacist but I cant because Walgreens ran my insurance already. So therefore they do have my medications even though they wont give them to me. Not to mention last time I was there the young black man behind the counter let another individual pass me in line after being there for two hours and then laughed about it

My goodness this is the worst Walgreens! Plan way ahead if you are picking up. Each time I come it’s about a 30 minute wait. No less than 20 minutes and my longest wait was about 40 minutes.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. I will never get another prescription filled here. They have a horrible line of communication. I have medicine I have to take on a daily basis and I ordered to have it refilled, no one told me they didn’t have it in stock and they wasted tons of my time. Finally, they told me it would be filled on Monday, but no one ever called to tell me, it never came it. Then on Tuesday I call about it again, they finally tell me they have no clue when it will be in and wasted a week a of my time when I could have had it filled at another place. When I started to voice my frustration, an employee named Richard hung the phone up on me. I have never worked with a worst facility in my life. They also never answer the phone, I am always on hold for an extremely long time. If you live in Carrollton, get your medicine filled at CVS, they are amazing in comparison to this poorly ran Walgreens. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I wish I could give zero stars. The worst Walgreens ever. Normally, I would go to CVS, but my mother needed a COVID-19 vaccinations and CVS did not have appointments when she was in town. We waited 15 minutes in line for check in and 45 minutes to get the shot. We scheduled the appointment online and printed the paperwork ahead of time. THIS IS TERRIBLE because I did the same thing for CVS the same day and it took 20 minutes.. 5 minutes for the shot and 15 minutes for recovery time... Will NEVER come here again.. This was just bad customer service...

This pharmacy is terribly mismanaged. They rarely answer the phone, no matter what time of day you call. If they do answer, they put you on hold and then you get cut off. Terrible.

I was in the pharmacy drive through and was only the second car in line. I waited patiently for my turn for 25 minutes, but please remember I was on the second car in this particular line. With NO sign stating that they closed for lunch from 1:00 - 1:30, I finally approached the window at 1:35 and they told me I had to come back at 2:00. I get everyone needs a lunch break, but I have 2 recommendations for you:1) POST A SIGN FOR PEOPLE TO SEE THAT YOU CLOSE FROM 1:30-2:00.2) DO NOT ALLOW THE PERSON TO SIT AND WAIT THAT LONG FOR SERVICE AT THE WINDOW. THEY SHOULD BE TOLD TO LEAVE AND COME BACK WHEN THEIR PRESCRIPTION IS READY.I will be moving my business to Humana mail service. Thank you for making the decision so much easier.

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever encountered. If your doctor sends your Rx via electronic methods they will not fill it for days or until you walk in there and demand that it be filled in which case they will tell you theres a 2 hour wait. Biggest problem is they do not answer the phone in the pharmacy, it would make sense (and is necessary because they wont fill it without you specifically requesting it) to call in advance and say Im coming to pick up my Rx can you get it ready for me but this is not possible because they do not Answer EVER. WORST PHARMACY IN TOWN. They also have me wrong medication and said I already picked up right medication.

The pharmacy has truly gone downhill. Long waiting in drive through. I was the only car there sat for 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me just to be told it wasn’t ready yet. Dr called on the day before. staff rude. I know y’all extremely busy but this is nuts and been going on for months.

We have to go to this pharmacy because it is the only one that takes my daughters insurance and provides iv medications. The Carrollton location without fail ALWAYS messes up medication, charges for things they should not (and cant refund you) sent alerts medications are ready and after waiting 30 minutes at pick up are told they are NOT READY or you get home with things missing. I only wish there was another specialty pharmacy because several calls to pharmacist on duty certainly havent promoted any change.

I waited 15 minutes for someone to come to checkout after they told us to change lines because there was no other cashier at 12: 30 in thw afternoon and refused to allow me to add money to my card because they cant scan a barcode though they are associated with said card

Had to drive to this Walgreens since my location was closed cause of labor day. Probably the best Walgreens Ive been to. They was fast, had a issue with my insurance and they fixed it right away. I wished the villa rica location had their act together like this location does.

Dropped a prescription off to get filled. I have had many filled at the location before. I dropped it off and come back 2 hours later thru the drive thru. They said they needed 15 minutes and to come back. Asked me to move out of the drive thru so they can get the ones waiting. If I had known I was going to wait twice, one to drop it off and one to pick it up, I would have just not dropped it off and not gone thru drive. Service and attitude just keeps getting worse here

Pharmacist Evelyn has been so incredibly rude to me the past two times I have picked up medication at this Walgreens. My husband has just started chemo and I needed to transfer my medication from the Villa Rica Walgreens to this location. Well you would have thought I had asked for the moon by the way she treated me after this. She rudely asked maam why would you call to have a prescription transferred and not even have the RX number ready for me? I also explained to her that he really needed this medication as soon as possible because of my husbands illness and she was incredibly rude to me again. She asked me why I waited until the day I needed this medication to transfer it, but because of my husbands chemo our day to day life has been a bit of a challenge and I was just not able to do this before the day of. I havent had any problems with any other pharmacist, but I will not go back to this pharmacy until she is gone. Please get rid of this pharmacist. She is horrible.

We always call before we drive to this location for meds (because its a long drive). They give us a time and normally we come after that time. We go to get our meds and they always give some sort of excuse and tell us they will be ready 2 to 4 hours later. Some times the next day. Its been like this for months now. So disappointed.

Word to the manger: stop telling EVERYONE 15 minutes is the wait time when your no where near that hold time. Also keep in mind the word “line” means nothing to these employees. They put your prescription in a hat and choose who ever the feel they want to be next. The only reason I come to this Walgreens is because it’s 24 hrs no. other. reason. 👏👏

Pharmacy is great. I love the photo department because they still use the old way of doing pictures so the color quality is so much better than sending off for basic digital pics you could print from your house! The only thing is sometimes you have to look for someone to help you.

Pharmacy is extremely rude. There was no one in line upon my arrival, workers behind the desk and literally NO ONE said a word to me or acknowledged me after standing there for at least 3 minutes. One lady was working the window and the other walking back and forth but still no one said a word or even said one second we will be right with you.A worker that wasn’t behind the finally walked by smiled and went behind the counter. She then asked how could she help me, said I’m here to pick up my medication and I was then told to wait.A gentleman came up after me and the young lady working the window greeted him.Where is the respect for customers? Busy or not the first thing to customer service is ACKNOWLEDGING your paying customers. Just rude.

I like to shop here for my skincare needs (eczema sucks), and theres usually a good sale going on, and if not that I can usually find a good coupon. The staff range from great to just woke up but Im not bothered by that, theyre still friendly. Ive only been to their care clinic twice and had good experiences. I dont get any prescriptions filled here so I cannot comment on their pharmacy.

I wished I could give this place a zero.. store manger Jessica is absolutely RUDE... Im as laid back as it gets if you can deal with me thats pretty bad, this lasy is incompetent.. she acted like it was a totally incovience to help.. she is clearly not a good choice as a leader. A young college guy that worked for her had to calm her down.. and for what I never understood.. she messed up my photos and I just asked for the photos of my kid to be switched with the photos of someone else kid she gave me. She had a total meltdown.. this location is next to a hospital perhaps to much of a prime location for someone so sensitive to anything out of the ordinary.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Left years ago bc they never get anything right, never have prescriptions ready when they say they will then they have you waiting an extra hour + on top of time you have already been waiting. Trying to figure out how to get outta going there but my insurance has Walgreens locked in as my pharmacy for now🤬😱 on top of lost prescriptions and rude techs I dunno why theyre still open besides the fact theyre the only 24 hr pharmacy in Carrollton.... CVS needs to open up all night and shut these losers down!!!!!

Carrollton, Ga store has the poorest service Ive ever experienced in my 68 years. Long. 38 minutes.. hold time to pharmacy, incorrect Rxs given, not filled on time. This has been going on since they bought out Rite AidThe people there are very nice, but the system set up is pitiful!!!!!!!! Im changing mine, and will not go back..

This place pharmacy is the worst ever! Slow, rude & give the wrong prescriptions!! OMG I hate using this pharmacy but its the closest Walgreens to me. You never know what illness someone has so try to be more kind! I absolutely despise this pharmacy! Will change over to Publix, even my doctor doesnt recommend this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy in Carrollton. Wait times are always extremely long. Just spent 45 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me (1 in each lane). They allowed one car to hold up the line and wait literally 20 mins on her prescription. I came to pick up my prescription that I called to make sure was ready before getting there and it still took them another almost 10 to get it out. All this not to mention that their customer service (how their pharmacist treat and talk to customers) sucks. Avoid this place by all costs! Would give 0 stars if possible.

My 17 yr old son just had his tonsils removed on Friday. We needed to have his perscriptions ready when he was able to be released. He had to stay in recovery for almost 3 hours. My husband left to go around the block and fill his meds and didnt come back for a good 35-40 mins and he came back with NO MEDS. He said he waited and waited and their was one young boy and 3 girls and all they did was chitchat with a friend if theirs at the counter while he stood behind her in line for over 20 mins. My child was late getting his meds and was in pain over this. We then had to go to 3 seperate pharmacies that evening. I am highly upset

Horrible customer service. I am visiting out of state. I went to an urgent care clinic and was diagnosed with a severe illness. I went to this Walgreens to fill my prescriptions and spent hours trying to get my prescriptions filled. I have Blue Cross platinum, and have no co-pay. I ended up paying the co-pay, just to get my prescriptions. Several days later I went back to the doctor and they wrote me another prescription. This time I went to the Walgreens in Villa Rica and within less than thirty minutes they had my prescriptions ready and ran my insurance correctly with no co-pay. I will not be back!!!!

I walked into this supposed urgent care clinic in December, ahead of the holidays, as my regular provider/doctor at Kaiser Permanente was unavailable. Left with little options besides the ER, and running a high fever, I decided to try this facility, since it was located not too far from my house. Let me preference this review by saying that the Nurse Practitioner that I was assigned to was fabulous - very dedicated and professional. From there on out, everything went down hill.After seeing the NP, and being diagnosed with the flu (even though I had received the flu vaccine several months before), I was sent over to the pharmacy section for Tamiflu and an antibiotic. After waiting for almost 45 minutes, and slumped over in a chair at this point, the pharmacist called out my name. When I approached the counter, he rudely told me to stand at the end of the (now incredibly long) pickup line. Really? I had just waited 45 minutes, and had a fever of 103 - did I really need to (barely) stand in line again? I think not. after 15 more excruciating minutes, I was finally able to go home.One month later I received a bill for over $400 for services rendered at this clinic - ridiculous! Especially when my maximum co-pay at Kaiser (for their Emergency Room, no less) is $150 - and no deductible. When I questioned Piedmont Healthcare regarding this bill, I was told that these types of clinics are really for people who dont have insurance, and had I not told them about my primary care provider (even though they had asked me to include this information initially on their form), they could have discounted my entire bill down 70%. However, as a courtesy, they would discount my bill down to $200 or 50%. What? For walking into a clinic, being told I have the flu, then getting medication (from their own pharmacy) at an additional cost? Well, finally, after much back and forth, we settled my bill at $121.50. So, all told, it cost me $200 to walk in there, get tested for the flu, then receive medication/Tamiflu (after an hour!) from a super insensitive, obnoxious pharmacist - never again.

Dr wrote out a script for Coumadin, clear as day for my mom. It was complicated maybe for a middle schooler in the spectrum but not a ged educated pharmacy tech. 10mg 4x 7.5mg 3x week. Rx bottle said 10mg 2x per day! Would have possibly killed someone who doesnt read.
