Very knowledgeable staff!A hair stylist messed my hair up (before, after, where I was in the process of evening out by hair and the after that pics of the color done by the stylist, and what I did afterwards). The cut is still messed. U just dont know who to go to. I can do it Now, but it takes a lot longer.Now, its a little more uniform in color.In the past, Ive have really messed up my hair, trying to color myself. Once I accidently did Morticia black. So I wasnt sure how it was going to turn out. The darker color in my hair is from when I was dying black. Ive been black for about 10 years. Since Covid, its been over a year since Ive colored at a Salon.Magenta is definitely my color!

I was in line and a woman is in front of me choosing between two flat irons. She asks the employee which one is better and the employee literally said, “well this one only goes up to 410... this other one goes up to 450. I’d go with the 450 one since it gets way hotter” 🤮🤮🤮What the hell?! Are you trying to ruin her hair on purpose? Unholy hell, man. I thought people at Sally’s usually had some cosmo background or had to have general beauty knowledge. Eeeeeek!
Terrible customers service . I been there twice and no matter how many times I wanted to shop, been stapped repeatedly by sales people who wanted to talk to me after telling them : no, several times . I will try another store for shopping, my time is valuable and of they want to pay me for my time to be constantly interrapted, I would t mind . No is computer sentance
I have gone to this store three times now, and have had varying degrees of help and service. When I asked the woman at the front about a product she was completely rude and made faces to me as I was asking the question. If she doesnt want to deal with customers questions she should have someone else answer them because she came off as disinterested and unfriendly. Other times Ive gone I have had pleasant experiences with the other staff who were helpful and friendly; but today was the last straw. I will be taking my business to the other Sally Beauty location on Hebron and Midway.
Usually when I go to Sallys in Dallas the employees are pretty rude and follow me around the store cause they think im going to steal stuff (I understand theft is a problem there but its really rude to constantly bother someone like that). I went to this location because i was dying my hair blue for the first time and a man working there with blue hair helped me find everything I needed and showed me all the products he liked. He was SO NICE and SO HELPFUL, even though it was about ten minutes before close. I appreciate the excellent service
The sales guy was overly talkative when I said I did NOT need help. Fine, better than being mean. Once he found out I was exchanging, his attitude changed completely. Is it coming out of your wallet, sir? It was an exchange anyway! Their policy shows I could have just got the money back, but at least Id try another product. Hes on some kind of mood elevator. Ill just stay over at my usual Addison location here on out.

I bought a hair curler that didnt suit my hair, went to return it and manager David was very rude and said we dont have cash. I paid cash and wanted cash back not store credit. I called again later to see if they have cash. Nope is what they responded! Never going back! Ugh

This is a location that keeps all the gel polishes behind the counter and all the displays are empty plastic bottles. So if you want to look at the polish, you have to wait for an employee to be available and dig it up for you. There is no perusing the colors here.
Employees are horrible with people, in general its just like every other sally but the staff is horrble with people.
