They have all the stuff you need even for men. Some of the stuff is expensive though.

Respect yourself more ladies ! This place does not treat our people right what so ever . I’ve never seen such poor customer service in my life after visiting this location. It felt wrong even shopping at Queens Beauty Supply, especially when I’m spending my hard earned dollars . The least you can do is show “ Exceptional” customer service. I ended up finding somewhere better only five minutes up the street and vowed to never return to such a place like this one. If I had my choice I would want this store completely out of my neighborhood, it doesn’t represent what my city is well at all. Pay attention where you spend your money ladies.

I will never spend my hard earned money here again. The last time I visited this facility the older lady followed me around and when I tried to put what I had back, insisted that I give it to her so I don’t mess up anything . I am 40+ years old and always put things back the way I found them. I did not appreciate being treated with that lack of customer service and therefore will go out of my way to HM Beauty supply, on Midway and Trinity Mills, as the team there is always courteous and helpful.

Has everything you need plus theyre open an hour early than the other supply stores on Sundays 10a instead of 11a 💜

I went in a hurry to grab a simple peace to wear to a meeting. I got where I was going pulled the unit out to prepare and...it was not what I picked out. The correct color. Different style, different texture. Not the fault of the rushed clerk. Always double check the style is the one you admired on display.

Never had an issue here. They help you find any item. Only thing is...I dont think they would ever let me work there.

Worst shopping experience ever. I was literally being stalked by one of the workers here.she was extremely close to me and made me feel reqlly.uncomfortable. Im not sure if it a because of my skin color but I was the only person being followed in that entire store. I will definitely never go back nor would I recommend this store to any person of color.okaySUPPORT Businesses that care and treat you like human beings.I’m not sure why so many Asian business owners are so anti-black. Watch your prices they will try to over charge you. I was almost over charge 5.00 on a 23.99 wig until I looked at the register watch when they ring up add ur stuff up first

I went in to try on wigs, every wig I tried on, they did not have in stock to sell me... so they said.Ive gone in twice and received the same treatment. I askeded why they still have the wigs on display if they dont have them, the sales person just looked at me. Ive purchased 4 wigs at a time on several occasions, youd think they would want the sell! Oh well... not again.

Not really organized in any way. Its neat and clean but there is no organization or signage as to where to find products. Prices are Fair, multiple registers to get you in and out, and nice employees.

The man at the counter was nice enough to go look for lashes in the back my friend and I really needed and brought back a whole box. Excellent customer service!

They are always so friendly. A hello when you walk in, and they help you all the while. If you frequently visit or spend good money they give you alot of good samples! Huge wig and hair selection. Lots of braid hair and tons of products. They stay on top of nail trends and fashions! Love em!

Watch you like a hawk! Never been there before, suspect they have a lot of theft. Betty was uncomfortable being perceived as a criminal or suspect or whatever you call it! Did not spend a dime just left.

The worst experience ever! I called one of the employees out because I felt her following me so I purposely walked around the store twice to she if she would follow and she did! Oh but best believe I called her out once I got to the register and told her off! They definitely list a customer. Never going back there again.

Fairly priced, but didnt see some of the common hair brands (for weaving) that Im used to seeing or shopping for. But the customer service was really good...the lady who helped me was sweet and very helpful, and treated everyone who was needing help at the same time, the same way.

Ive gone to several chains of this beauty supply store. I will say the prices are great for the hair products and hair itself. However there isnt much of a selection compared to the other locations. The accessories section barely exists and allot of the new hair for braiding is not in large supply nor does it vary. However, The staff is very nice and helpful. I will go here again and when im near their other locations, Ill stock up on accessories.

This used to be my go to hair store. I believe they are under new management. The attendants are very rude. Im not sure if they have had a lot of theft but the follow you around the whole time you are there. They were mean when asking if we needed anything. Almost pushy... We didnt buy anything. The energy wasnt right. They need to take a customer service training ASAP!

I bought some essential oils tea tree and peppermint. They are do diluted with a carrier oil you cannot smell the tea tree or peppermint fragrance, nor does either of the oils have that tingling sensation that they are supposed to have on your skin.

Visited this store to get crochet braids and expression hair, store well packed with everything you need for your hair and the staff was helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back to get my beauty supplies.

Seriously the best store ever! The prices are so good for the quality, im blown away! I bought a eyeshadow pallet, just to try it and i swear one swipe is just as pigmented as a swipe from a expensive pallet for so cheap! If your wanting to look even more beautiful, but on a budget! Go here!!! The sell wigs, extentions, make up, jewelry and ect. I bought a liquid matte lipstick and I swear that lipstick didnt move ALL DAY! I went back and bought 6 more colors! You seriously will love this store.... Just saying 😊

The lady was rude. She followed my daughters around the store telling them if they touch anything they would have to buy it. My daughters went there with the sole intention to spend a lot of money there. But walked out after the lady behind the counter was rude.

This place is horrible they are extremely racist to every black woman that comes into there store. I just recently had an horrible experience there a lady at the store followed me around the entire time even tho I had already previously did business with them. Then when I asked for my money back she asked me what my problem was they follow everyone around and it’s not a problem. Well it’s a problem for me I’m not a criminal and Im there to do business with them so myself and any other paying customers deserve respect. I will never shop here again as well as several of my friends.

I am a regular to this store for a year now. The last time I went in, a staff was so rude & started speaking in chinese to the other employees the about me. I approached another staff to make a complaint on how rude she was to my 4year old son who fell and almost hurt himself in the store. He completely ignored my concerns. I would NEVER patronize this store EVER AGAIN. I would give a zero 0⭐, if I had that option.

I called to get a price of an item they carry and the guy wouldnt even give me a price. He was acting like i asked him to do something illegally. I was not even being rude, just wanted a price so i could compare to the beauty supply store on frankford.

One of the worst shopping experiences Ive ever had. Im not sure of the nationality of the owners or the workers, however, I was sadly disappointed when everytime I ask for help I was completely ignored. Therefore, I put down the products I was going to buy, I didnt put them back, and left without buying anything. I do not recommend the store even if you speak their language. They were rude, discourteous, snobbish and didnt care if I bought their products or not. Almost as if I wasnt a good enough to be in there.

I used like going here for the variety of products, but the quality has gone down hill. The workers are not really familiar with the products of course they dont wear our hair... One of the them suggested some Brazilian hair supposely to me which was 100 dollars and it was horrible !! It tangles, and mats up within a week. They our more concerned about making a profit then satisifing the customer, very disappointed.
