You cant go wrong in here at all! This is my go to for gifts, especially the body wash! Saltwater breeze is my fave it has you smelling super fresh, the scent stays with you, I washed my hair in it too 😆 And people can smell your breeze when you walk by, get lots compliments on smelling good. But make sure you sign up for the emails, best discounts there.

They are getting really different with their coupons. Then they had another aromatherapy spray next to the rest of the aromatherapy but the spray was not on sale like the rest of it. But oh well. You know I still bought some stuff 😁

Luis and the girl that greeted us were awesome! I was shopping for a present for someone for a candle- because they had never had a good candle but i didn’t know the types of smells were appealing to a guy- and Luis walked around with me and smelled them with me and told me his opinion. So awesome to help me like that!!

Always a great shopping experience. I have noticed there is a group of mean girls that work there, always huddled up and not working. I make it a point to ask them for help. Not fair to the other employees.

All of the employees were sooo kind. I was helped by Anyssa, Juan, Rebecca, and Roderick (and another warmhearted employee, but I didn’t catch her name 😭). Roderick suggested You’re the One, and it’s very clean and sweet—but not too sweet—and helped me try a lot of other fragrances. I also got the Strawberry Pound Cake fine fragrance mist, which is my absolute favorite (it might be a little too sweet for some, but I love it!!), and Rebecca helped me find Champaign Toast (which smells sooo good). Anyssa was also very kind, and she made my transaction swift.I would honestly give this location 100 stars if I could :,)

Oh yeah I want me to get deep huh. You cant go wrong and Bath & Body Works I love to shop I cannot help myself when I go in Bath & Body Works. I have suitcases of stuff that I have to hide for my husband also I love giving gifts two special ones at two find people that I meet in the public I just love sharing I love making peoples days brighter for them when they having a tough time. I enjoy semi sales and other sales did they also have the friendliness other staff is well they go out their way for the customers sometime. Sometime we need to go out and do something for myself especially the ladies we need to treat ourselves sometime we deserve it. When Im inside of the store I asked ladies a whoever thats inside the shopping are you enjoying your shopping with us even though Im not an employee I still want them to enjoy the shopping time with Bath & Body Works thats how I am. Im just a friendly person and I love when someone else enjoy myself and smiling and laughing and feeling good at the moment thumbs up to Bath & Body Works:-)

Staff is always friendly and I love the convenience of this location to avoid having to go to a mall for more soaps and candles. Since they arent a large storefront, however, they dont always have as much or the same stock as in a mall but they definitely have enough to get the job done.The convenience of the location alone is a plus but its a little tucked away in the shopping center with small signage so drive slow....well its a shopping center so do that anyway.

People friendly, had to wait a minute to go in but wasnt long and they gave us a water. :-)Also had sanitizer!

Manager was rude, condescending and confusing will never visit this location again

Bath and body works is my store for all home scent needs and bath products. They usually have a coupon at their website. The wallflowers are highly scented fragrances to make your home smell so good!

Bath and Body Works has a nice selection of all different items, always stocked, never knowing what you will find. It is a great place to go to shop, or just walk around if yo want something to do. The staff is okay, but you have too go talk to them, and the seem a little on edge, like they are scared of you. Other people have talked too me about this, and we all have had the same experience. It is a great place to go, yet the staff does need work. Would recommend!

I came in late to do a return/exchange & ALL of the employees were extremely helpful & informative. I was asked multiple times by different employees if I was doing okay or had any questions.I give this specific store extra brownie points because I walked in at 9:06 p.m. (which I had completely forgotten they close at 9:00 p.m.) & they were still so kind as to let me shop around for 35 minutes!Due to the late hour, I finally decided to put all of the items I was interested in on hold behind the counter & will definitely be back in the morning to finish my return/exchange/purchase! The scents do not stick. Tried to give B & B Works another chance but still..😒The signature products have begun to smell cheap & watered down. I NEVER get compliments when i wear their stuff anymore.

They have a sale on pretty much everything half off original prices in the month of June and spend $40 with online coupon get $10 off. I have went once last week and got lotion and body wash and once this week for my son some body wash which smell wonderful

This location is almost tucked away between famous footwear & ross. The store inside is always clean & cozy & organized. Cindy is the lady who helped me - and several other customers. She was extremely knowledgable, informative, helpful and when there was a problem using my coupon - she called other locations & spoke to other managers and went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy & satisfied customer. She wasnt a push over by any means - but at the end of the day it was about my expectations and she exceeded them. I will return ... over & over ... and pick this store over any in the big malls.

The location in carrollton is horrible they had none of the Bigelow male products and they tell me everything that they just ran out. I find that hard to believe. They just dont know how to order inventory!
