They destroyed my oil filter housing cap and did wrong thread with tight. Now they saying lie i have missed oil change every 5k miles because of that it got tight..Please speak truth to customers dont think customers are fool and zero knowledge in it.
Great job taking care of my truck being short staffed
Good location and reasonably priced. Poor customer service. Rude people working. Almost feels like they are forced to work.
Extremely rude customer service went to purchase a battery they were out of stock and a bit short staffed but a customer inquired a question about service and they told him youre better off watching YouTube leaving the elderly man confused with this being an academy store I find this unacceptable they should really work on their customer service
Fast and friendly service
Asked them to check number but they said they had it. Supposedly called the wrong number several times. Didnt replace oil change sticker due to printer errors. Got the job done and done quickly though.
First time using Walmart Automotive in Carrollton off Trinity Mills. Battery just stopped out of nowhere. Called around. Walmart Automotive had excellent customer service by Mr. Rene, Manager and the staff. Very respectful, and understanding. Explained the entire process to me. They also offer free battery checks. Saved $55 for a Benz battery with a 5yr warranty.
I asked to change the rear tires because one of them has a hole. They changed the front tires, charged me full price, and left the rear tire with the hole. They finished the works without notifying me and left me waiting for 2 hours while they closed the shop. I’ll never come to this place again.
Manager has spoken with me on my issue and did his best to rectify the situation. (He is a good manager). However, there is an employee who sold tires. He shouldnt be working that counter. That individual is dismissive and created an unnecessary problem. I was not rude or demanding. All my questions were directly related to the tires.
My battery finally called it quits in the Walmart parking lot. I went inside, informed the employee of my situation, and purchased the Maxx H6 (after taxes and core charge = $147.00). After I purchased the battery, the employee then informs me that none of her technicians can help me install it because they are short staffed and 2 cars are ahead of me. Its 11am..
Went in for a simple flat fix, but they were out of patchesI called 2 other stores, was told the same thing. Apparently the new policy is they no longer fix flats. Everyone who paid for the road hazard protection has wasted their money.
Quick service. Decent prices. Would recommend.
I feel like I got BULLIED.First they made me wait 2.5 hours for One Tire change. They also didnt want to check in their system if I had a tire insurance and wanted to charge me full price for new one.. The Old man in front YELLED at me saying you should keep the receipt of insurance with you at all times. Its like he is demanding me or commanding me..OR SCARING ME?. Not sure where he got his MANNERS from but he should keep it at HOME.Then thankfully I found the insurance and they are like OH YOU HAVE IT? Ok never mind he got it.. Took ONE more hour then finally charged me a lot for new tire even though I had insurance. And LASTLY he didnt even put my spare tire in the RIGHT PLACE! I opened the trunk and its there occupying my whole trunk space. So he expects me to PAY FOR THE SERVICE and then DO IT MYSELF?MOST UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE SERVICE EVER. Close this place or hire new people HONESTLY!
They didnt the rotation.. but good
They were shirt handed, but Nikki did a great job with customer service and keeping me updated on the progress of my car..thx Nikki
Guys I’m about to tell you a greatest bs/excuse this tire repair guy told me in Walmart auto care! So I had a flat tire and I took it to them the dude who was working on my tire, first of all he was rude and look like he care less about his job. He told me he don’t have battery to put in my tire! Exactly!!!! Since when People starts to put battery in the tire. And when I ask what do you mean because I don’t think you supposed to put battery in the tire his reply was”take it to NTB they’ll repair it” and he took off. I am puzzle the that dude was something else.
Great price, good service! What more do you really need?
Sometimes they have special deal going on for Tires. So, I went there a couple of times. So slow. I almost felt that they work slow on purpose so customers take more time to shop in Wal-Mart. Good people, but slow.
On my last oil change someone puked on the front passenger side floor mat. This is unbelievable and yes that happened. It used to be a decent place to get auto services done. Unfortunately not anymore.
The mechanics were decent. The cashier for the area was not as decent.
Had an oil change done this Walmart is very good thank you for a wonderful experience
Went one day, waited 3 hours, and they managed to replace the wrong tire. Had to dig it out of the recycle bin and put it back on. Swore I would never go back. Then forgot and went back. They took their sweet time. Said it would take an hour. After 45 minutes they finally started and told me it would only be another 45 minutes. Everyone seems unmotivated to get customers out the door. Ill never come here again and wont forget this time.
Auto staff is very accommodating to my crazy projects (lets change wheels or tires this week)
Every Walmart Ive ever taken my car to get the simple oil change provided a courtesy vacuum. This is the only Walmart that didnt provide this service and I think thats unacceptable.
It is a very good costumer service at this location, will definitely continue going back.
I literally had an oil change at this Walmart last year and it was done in a reasonable time. I went for an oil change last week and it took 10 minutes. They didnt check the tire tread though & I didnt even notice until a few days later it rained and I was sliding all over the place. I checked my oil change receipt and noticed they hadnt check the tires at all (which is standard with an oil change). I went back last week with replacement tires in tow after I was informed that my front tires were bad. There was 1 car in the bay ahead of me and no others. I was told the wait time was 1.5 hours. I checked back 2 hours later and they still hadnt touched my car, just told me they hadnt gotten to it yet. I got sick of walking around Walmart and left. Ill never be backI see quite a few reviews about 3 hour wait times. If they had been honest and told me the wait was 3 hours I wouldve left immediately. 1.5 hours was doable since I got a manicure and did some shopping but 3 hours is insane considering that I got there before 4pm and there was only 1 other car in the bay.I lived in Las Colinas for 10 years and went back to the local Walmart there on a Friday after work with several cars in front of me. They were done changing my tires in an hour and a half.
Best prices around, prompt service, friendly and honest technicians.
On this particular occassion I got fast service and great prices.
Very bad and slow custumer service. The guy attended the lady customer who came after me in a BMW. When asked why this guy responded saying that she was there before me. Infact I saw her coming and even she aknowledged that I came first and was on the line, but not this guy. Either he has a vision problem or lacks some basic customer service skills
$40 for a tire is not bad and they were quick
Good n fastfor walmart its fast
Good oil change for $23.00, thanks, friendly service people
***Absolutely the worst place to get a oil change or get a tire fixed.***I too had to wait almost 3 hours for a oil change and to get one tire patched(which my wheel was severely scratched!!)To make things worse, 2 weeks after I had the oil change the check engine light and low oil pressure message popped up on my dash as I was driving home from work.. so I pulled over to check the oil level and it was empty.. So I jacked up the car to take a better look and to my surprise the oil filter had a small crack from where the tech gripped the oil filter to hard. The drain plug gasket was also messed up and literally broken..I will never get my car serviced at this Walmart again or recommend it to anyone.. Lesson learned Cheap oil changes are not cheap
OK. I would start out by saying that if I could give this place 0 stars I would, but the timing wasnt that bad for four new tires and they seemed to have done a pretty good job on the auto side of things... But the customer service that I received was appalling! I completely agree with those that say you should get new employees.. But i think one in particular should definitely go. There is an older gentleman that works in the front. I dont think that Ive seen anyone in a customer service position be so rude to customers in quite a while. When I got there I spoke to him and told him that I needed 4 new tires. He started to set me up but already he was short with me and hardly looked at me. I told him that while on the phone with a young woman earlier, she told me that they could save my best tire and replace my donut with it. He looked at me like I was stupid and said that they didnt do that. Well, that makes no sense to me because if Im going to pay close to $400 on new tires then you could at least do that one small thing. While I waited for him to finish up with his computer input, someone who had been waiting patiently this whole time (who this man never even acknowledged existed) said excuse me.. You charged me too much for this battery. He had the battery and receipt in his hand along with an ad that Im assuming had the sale price on it. This older gentleman looked up and snapped...Uh, I didnt charge you too much for anything.. Now if youll just wait, well see what the computer charges you for the battery...I then asked him how long it should take, as I had my young child with me. He didnt even say anything.. He just kind of looked at me and shrugged... SHRUGGED!!I swear, by the time I was done I wanted to speak to someone in upper management about him. When we came back to pay and leave, there was a younger woman at the courter who was just as sweet and helpful as could be...but if one employee is THAT rude to customers..it doesnt matter how sweet the others are. Walmart, please do something about this older gentleman. I seriously have not been treated so rudely and coldly. It wasnt just his rudeness. He hardly made eye contact with me... He didn’t say a word to the 2 people waiting in line behind me like Ill be with you guys in just a moment or anything like that. All added up.. His behavior makes me want to never come back here again and tell everyone I know to do the same. So here goes. If youre reading this review, dont go here unless they get rid of the older man in the front of this auto center!
Took their time, waited 40 minutes with only 3 cars ahead and in the shop when I arrived, and still wasnt close to getting serviced. New techs are a must if they dont plan to lose business to the NTB across the street.
Fast and quick job and cheap
I wanted to give this place a try because it was closer to home than going to my other car place. Let me say, I regret it 100%. I ordered ONE tire over online for pickup and it wasnt even ready after 6 hours so I had to go in person and say Im here for my tire because seriously, how hard is it to have a tire ready for someone? Its a terrible place to get tires changed. I waited for over an hour from entering to leaving just to simply get 1 tire changed. ONE TIRE. The employees didnt know anything about customer service, one employee in fact (Daniel), just didnt care about his job to be honest. He had no sense of urgency as if he gets paid to take his time. He was on his phone answering text messages multiple times in front of me, taking pictures of his co-worker, and doing the slowest walk Ive ever seen an employee do (no lie) and never smiled once. Dont get me wrong, he wasnt rude, he just wasnt considerate of others time. For what couldve been a 5-10 min job, he took half an hour. The other half hour I was waiting for them to attend me because there was already a few people complaining when I got there (wasnt surprised). I am no longer going to do business here again. This is ridiculous. Dont do your business here guys, unless you like bad customer service and waiting a lot for nothing. Go to place in Harry Hines, they will take care of you a million times better than here. Im just going to buy my tires from walmart and get them installed somewhere else to be honest because the prices are nice, but when it comes to them doing service on your car, NOO! I cant speak for all walmarts but this one definitely needs to improve.
Pricing is competitive and workmanship seems ok, but the time it takes to perform the work should be a red flag to management.
Should have listened to reviews... 2 hours later (Even though I was next in line with two cars in the bay). Just bad...
Had some keys made. Man behind the counter was very helpful and pleasant.
Quik svc n nice guys
Very courteous, customer service was outstanding. Issue resolved in less than 30 mins
This walmart is out of antifreeze. Had to go shop at Oreilys which didnt make me happy.
Excellent service provided by Eric M.
Great service friendly people... Got my battery swapped out in less than 30 mins and it was right before theyre closing
I love their honesty
Nice place for oil change, tire & battery matters
Quick n better service
Over an hour to change a battery. Unbelievable. This is the last time I come here to save $2.
Tried them on 2 occasions believing the first time they may have just been so busy 😐. They are slow. Both visits i spent 2-4 hours for a oil change. Oil changes should not take forever.
This is the worst auto related shop I ever been to. Three hours to rotate four tires and patch one. Dont understand how this place is still open.
Despite the reviews i went ahead and had a fourset of tires installed and glad i did. I was out in about an hour.
Not good they stripped my draiPlug on my Honda Accord and never told me.
I want you to keep your open hour.. pleaseI was waiting for 30minutes today.
Very long wait. Manager Armando seems impatient.
Friendly guys despite my obvious lack of knowledge and I had a new tire in the time it took me to eat lunch at Burger King. They didnt have the oil for my particular car, but let me know promptly.
The mechanics dont have a clue
If you want to be trapped in Wal Mart for 2.5 hours (with a baby) for a patch on your tire, then go ahead. When I got there, they wouldnt even give me a ballpark guess of how long it would take.
Service was not as one expects but availability of all I needed was great
Worst experience ... took me 3 hours to replace one tire.....
Beautiful experience here
Quick service
Got tires
Fast and courteous.
No experience in new cars
Love this place
Oil change and tire rotation
Helpful
Awful place
They are very, very eyelets of adeveras with one of hispanic, poor old black beggar looking that avia paid and that we brought the items in bags from the store and the baby in arms asking that we take out the products to scan them again. Totally born badly
The worst customer service and especially if he is Hispanic, I do not recommend this mobster to anyone
Excellent
👍👍👍...
