Worst customer service ever and will never visit again.. !!!!Went to this place yesterday (Saturday evening ) to check seat covers, mats and steering cover for new car we got. I recommend this place to my family and went with them.I had a question on seat covers and the Old guy in the red shirt with autozone tag said they dont know and I have to check around the store. If the item I am looking for is there or if not its not there and he said they cannot assist or listen to what I need ..!!I again asked so you dont provide any assistance?He said : No we dont provide any assistance if I bring the item to the cash register they will do payment but there is no help in letting me know if they have the item I need.Cant even say Yes or No ?? Very rude people... !! Just working for the sake of salary and their living. They dont care for customers. Hire at least a person who is able to help customer... !!!!6 to 8 people working and not even one person to listen to a question and give any answer.. ???I have teams working I manage and I wonder what kind of people are managing this store..!!I felt bad to bring my family there to look for the items for our new car.. !!Such a shameful experience..!!Note : please do not copy paste your apology note ( which you do for every negative review you have )with an email address as a reply to this review. I purchased a battery and they installed it in my car. For couple weeks, it worked fine and then I started getting error in my car saying “Engine management system problem”. I Googled error and turned out that it has to do with battery cables being loose. I went back to this location. Same guy who installed the battery inspected the cables and found that cables were indeed loose. He fixed it but the error message didn’t go away. So I had to take to Honda dealership. They did the diagnostic tests and found that battery cable was loosely attached. They tightened the cable and the message went away. They charged me $170 for it. I had this car for 4 years and had no battery or cable issues. I went back to the autozone store and explained how their poor work cost me $170 and the manager was like nothing I can do. He says cables get loose all the times. I get it. But It was only couple weeks after new battery install. Doesn’t make sense. I haven’t had that problem in last 4 years. Not only he said we cannot do reimbursement for the cost I had to pay at Honda dealership, he wasn’t even sorry about this or said that he will make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone in future. Very very poor customer service. I am never visiting any autozone in future.Update:I emailed at the address provided same day I posted the original review 08/07/21. I was told I will be contacted in 24-48 hours (business days) but no one reached out. It’s been more than 72 hours. I emailed again and they said we have forwarded my email to relevant team. My next step is going to BBB.
I took 2 battery korzen without a receipt I was gonna just turn them in but since I have an RV Brianna woman that was helping me Suggested that I could keep them and turn them in when I get batteries for my battery bank in my RV. She was very nice she came outside and pet my dog, she asked lol and we talked for a little bit, shes very knowledgeable I definitely recommend this location, there very clean and organised the place has a very large selection as well.

Dale was nice and professional. They didnt try and upsell me with things I didnt need. He replaced my bad battery for me and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great Experience
I love the guys at night that close. I came in a few weeks ago trying to purchase refrigerant for my vehicle and I was having some issues. The manager on duty took it upon himself to pay the remainder of my balance from my credit with his own personal funds. I love the vibe from those guys. They enjoy what they do and they enjoy working with each other which makes it not a job but a fun way to get paid. Im not your typical chick I dont shop at the mall I usually shop at AutoZone and this is one of my favorite spots to come and see what I can buy this time. But honestly I think the best part is I can walk around the store and not be followed or asked several times if I need help. Those cats can change the culture of a company. Give them raises. My boy with the motorcycle needs a sidecar for his bestie!

Poor service, under stock. They only had 3 spark plugs, I dont know of a 3 cylinder vehicle, did ask them if they could order more or transfer from another location, their answer is I can pay for all of them, receive 3 and pick the fourth one in a different location, terrible customer service !! got them a mile from them at OReilly at a lower cost.
Always very knowledgeable and helpful.I had my battery almost completely installed. I knew something was wrong. My battery was moving around. I forgot to put the wedge in. I drove it here, and they fixed it for me.Recently, they helped me find the right spark plugs for my car. We saved money, and my car is running good now.
Tony replaced my car battery for me while helping 3 other people in the hot sun on a busy saturday and did it all with a smile! I am not knowledgeable about cars and he never made me feel silly for the questions i asked. FANTASTIC, fast service and it all cost me half of what my dealership was going to charge me. They saved my day.

The plastic spokes on my wheel cover is falling off and is grinding against my wheel. I told someone who appears to be the manager, older looking gentleman. Assuming he would ask for the car model or at least want to come out and look at it. Instead he just replied that I needed to remove one so he could match the part up. So I went outside. Tried to remove one. But I have no proper tools, no knowledge of cars. So I was unsuccessful, and went inside to ask for assistance. At which point he said they werent allowed to remove parts from cars. The guy wouldnt even come outside to look at it. My wheel is grinding against it and it forced me to go somewhere ten minutes away like that. I will be giving their competetors my business from here on out. Other places have always done things such as replace a headlight if I need it.
Quick, friendly service and the employee who serviced my car was very knowledgeable. He made sure to check if my battery really did need to be replaced (which it did but I appreciated the service) before installing a new one. Ill definitely come here again.
I stopped in this particular autozone today to grab some windshield wipers. No one acknowledged me the whole time I was there. I had to do a Google search to find out which wipers would work for my car. Then I got in line and proceeded to listen to a conversation about all the careers autozone is hiring for. When that customer was done with his transaction they (there were 3 employees in the store that I could see) told him thank you and have a great day and then walked away from the registered while I just stood there. I proceeded to put my items back and left. Still no acknowledgment. I dont believe women are welcome in this store and I will no longer be shopping at any autozone.

Had a great experience this morning! Very rare does a associate go above and beyond! My better half sent me up there to get a relay switch. Because I forgot my exact list I described what I was after. He came out and took his time and let me know that all was fine. Second item on the list, was the dreaded windshield wipers! (The way they hook on ) always have given me problems. He installed those for me! Helped me with a few other odds ends on my list. Also volunteer to install. Great way to start football Sunday!

I had a battery on its last leg today. Was able to jump my truck and bring it by. These fine gentlemen were able to get my old battery diagnosed, replaced, and helped with switching it out. Great price, 30 minutes. No more worrying if I can start my truck. Thanks!
My experience at this location was great! Rufus was so helpful and kind. My engine light was on and I needed a diagnostic. When the diagnostic results came back with a few different possibilities I was confused and not sure what to do or if it would be safe to drive my car. Rufus saw my concern and decided to double check my battery as well. It turned out to have a lot of corrosion on it and he cleaned it all off for me. (I had my battery replaced 1 year ago at Firestone and they did not put any anti-corrosion washers on it like they should have). After he cleaned it, I stared my car and my engine light turned off! I was so relieved. I will be coming to this Autozone for everything in the future! THANK YOU RUFUS!
My first time in an Auto Zone and the store is huge! The man who helped me went above and beyond. I needed a new battery for my car key. He found a tool to open up my key and installed the battery. Then he walked out to the parking lot with me to be sure it would unlock my car. Amazing service. Much appreciated.

Although the employees were helpful, they sold me the wrong bulb twice before I finally had to get the correct bulb myself. Their customer service was good. Just not their accuracy.
Hopped in the car this morning to a dead battery. Got a jump and went to Auto Zone. Pulled up and immediately got a battery tester- definitely dead! Lol Bought my new battery and Ivan put it in for me on the spot. All in about 25 minutes. Great customer service!
Great service. I had a bad battery. The gentleman that helped me was quick and efficient. He sold me a new battery and replaced the bad one without even asking. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I will be back next time I need help.
Came in needing a new battery. They tested my battery and confirmed it was bad. I already knew which battery I wanted/needed and the guy helping me checked me out and installed my new battery for me. Had to swap out a Mini Cooper battery. Worked in the parking lot and spent an hour getting to it to find out I couldnt remove it myself. Jordan H came out and helped me take the enclosure apart a 2nd time, searched around for the retaining bolt, and also grabbed Abraham to help us get the battery out and reattach the terminals. They saved me a few days of having to work with a Mini dealer.

This place is absolutely the best!!! I just want to say Jose M went out of his way to change the battery in my car that was extremely hard to do because of where the battery is located in my car. He managed to change it in the freezing cold air AT NIGHT just so me and my kids wouldn’t be stranded in the cold weather. Honestly his customer service is outstanding!! This guy deserves either aRaise or a promotion like Seriously!!!He was the only one to helped me out because the other store associate didn’t even bother todo anything.
Went in to have my battery checked and replaced. Robert helped me out and persisted to do the replacement himself when I told him I could save him the time. The staff was very friendly and pleasant to talk to while I waited. I dont write many reviews but my experience here really was nice enough for me to take the time to type this up. These guys are killing it!
Steven G. was really helpful finding the right oil and got me a great deal with a filter and he was super friendly and he even offered to change my windwiper but unfortunately I was short on time. Will keep coming back. Great experience.
Went in to get a car diagnostic done, due to coronavirus they’re not aloud to do it the customer has to. Now I’m not sure if this is Will’s (store managers) regular disposition, but it’s very rude as if he didn’t want to help.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Dale Williams just helped me more than any person has ever helped me before in any store. He was patient with me, he was kind, and he showed me everything I needed to do. He helped me clean the corrosion off the contacts of my battery. He directed me on all of the parts I needed in order to change out the connections. And then he helped me install the battery hook to keep it in place. He took his time with me, and I know that is difficult when you have so many customers. I really would like to think Dale and his store manager for all of their help today. They were gracious, they were kind, and I will recommend the store to anyone I know.Auto Zone - give these people a raise!!

I always see several friendly smiles and helpful people at this location. That have a good selection of DIY parts and accessories. I have 3 Toyotas and they always have what i need for oil, oil filters, air filters, batteries, floor mats, sea foam gas treatment and several other items.
Battery issues and tow service recommended I come here. Chrysler 200 doesnt even have a standard battery location so had to go to my garage. Overall still decent experience as they gave me a jump and told me about my bad battery for free.

I have a lot better experience at auto zone then I will ever at oreillys. O Reilly auto parts claims that they have warranty but they dont they lie through their teeth every time I go in there I have a heart ache so thats why Im stickin to auto zone from now on.
Theres a reason I prefer OReillys because they at least will loan you basic tools to fix simple things and at OReillys they may even fix your problem for you. I got minimum help from the kid working at this Carrollton location. I had to buy a tool I will never use again and it was 100degrees outside. Its worth driving away from AutoZone IF you have a choice.
This Auto zone is kinda small but they still have a lot packed into the store. The staff is friendly and helpful too. They didnt have what I was looking for but the staff directed me to the website that may have it on there.
I am amazed with the entire team at this store. Tonya, the store manager, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She values and takes excellent care of her customers. Shes also a stellar role model to her employees who strive to do better because of her example and leadership. My experience was made even better when I received help from their Sales Manager, Juan. I was struggling to swap out an oxygen sensor in my car and he literally came outside and helped overcome several challenges. I was ready to give up and couldnt have finished the job without him. Hats off to the entire team. Theyre AWESOME!!!

I had one of my fleet vehicles with a dying battery - drove out to Dallas to get it started, and we went to the nearest AutoZone. Rolf was AWESOME - tested the battery to confirm, cleaned off the cables and hooked up the new battery for me! Cant thank him enough - super personable, and made a rotten situation a little better. Regretfully, you dont find that kind of service much anymore.

Long line and lots of people working but only one taking care of customers. Associate was helpful when I finally got help and returning an incorrect item was very easy.
They did not no what they were talking about didnt seem like they wanted to learn an gave me the wrong part. Plus when I took the part back to exchange they tried to say it wasnt from them even after seeing the receipt an the part was identical to the wrong part they almost gave to me again just unprofessional business needs to be shut down at least in texas.

One star it is too much for the service. My husband had to order 2 shoks and when he got them both were same side!!! Time, money. We have to pay mechanic labor for more time and pay more for the pice because they have to order the piece we wanted and of course will take more time. They should honor same price on that piece they have in stock.

AutoZone is one of my favorite go to store for automotive parts needs.
My father had a very frustrating customer service experience from this location. He asked to speak to the location manager about a return on a starter that He had original receipts for. They refused to do the return because they had no money in the safe. He went in the next day and same thing. Awful and very inconvenient, will not be returning to this location.

They really hate looking up parts by part number. Pain to get parts here for custom vehicles unless you can give them an exact make/model of various components of your build.
Friendly employees at this location and always asking if they can help you with anything even when you walking around they ask to help you I hardly recommend this store.
