Cant even give them 1 star horrible customer service. dont even waste ur time with them. I got my refund recently because they stalled on shipping my item for almost a month but yet told me they know exactly where it is then why could yous ship? This place shouldnt even be in bussiness

Have bought 2 different swing arms. First worked but had excess rust coming out of where the bearings are. Second has excess rust coming out also, and lasted less than 100 miles. Now my bearings (on a supposed brand new part) are popping so loud people look at me riding by because of the loud banging noises. This is not at all safe, and these supposed brand new parts look to be just newly painted parts. Do not trust, if they will put my life in danger just to make a $1 then they dont care about you or your kids lives either. Cant get a reply so far and will be taking steps further if I cant get an actual new part that doesnt fail in a few rides.

Awful shipping warehouse. They will send you broken pieces, and the wrong pieces to your bike, and then do nothing about it. Issues are still unresolved and it has been a month. Also contacting them is a joke, got a customer server rep. that didnt want to help me in the slightest. Thats cool, wait until I post the video on youtube.

I purchased a new GK110 cart from TAOs dealer in Wisconsin BNB Motorsport in April 2020 for my Grandson. The cart leaked Gas from the time it arrived and had other major problems. When I asked the dealer for help he told me to go FU. I then contacted TAO direct and their service manager Josh was at first helpful and told me the cart would need a new engine because the dealer never drained the shipment oil as required before delivery .He sold me a new engine at his cost and I installed. That engine was deflective and the cart is now a piece of junk in less than six months. Josh has stopped returning my calls and emails. I tried to contact TAOs owner but he lives in NEW YORK and never returned my emails.

I put together a TAO Motor Quad for a neighbor kid and it went together great! Then it started on the first push of the button. Pretty Cool for a 10 year old.

Friendly fast service location not allowed to have signage due to location but address clear on building front receptive to dealers and repair shop owners like to personally think the staff for helping me please my customer awesome job ladies & gents you earned my patronage.

I bought a bike in October. Only to be shipped damaged. They agreed to ship parts to fix it. And 6 months later Im still waiting for rear view mirrors.

For the price, you cant beat them. Every year they get better. My shop is Fusion Cycles in Virginia Beach VA and we service these bikes everyday. With the right knowledge and love these bikes can easily see 30,000 miles.

Tao Tao is a good scooter for the price you pay. If you want service you have to buy from a local brick and mortar store. There is always a difference between buying online and buying from a store for any product.If youre in the DC area you can bring them by HP Mopeds @ 4540 Eisenhower Ave in Alexandria and well service the warranty. Weve been here 26 years. An alternative is to find a dealer in your area and work with them.

10 months later and in still waiting on atleast 3 replacement parts.Unproffesional.I do not recommend this company.

Review for a Massimo T-Boss bought from TX Power Sports and drop shipped by Tao MotorsPosted 7/09/2019 at 11PM: Ordered a Massimo T-Boss on 6/27 before the start of the business day. When I hadnt received a tracking number by 7/3, I called customer service and was told a supervisor would call me back before close of business with a tracking number. When I had not been called or emailed a tracking number by 7/9, I contacted customer service again by chat. Was told my unit was leaving that day and I would get a tracking number by the end of the day. Its now 11 pm and no tracking number again. This company has now had my $6500 for almost two weeks and still has not shipped. Very poor customer service!Updated 7/10/2019 at noon: Received a call from Manny with TX Power Sports. He apologized for the communication breakdown and said the slow shipping was because of problems with the supplier caused by the new tariffs. He gave me my tracking number and requested that I edit my review. I am upgrading from one to three stars based on this information and will upgrade again after my T-Boss arrives. At this point, I am confident it will be as described and I will be able to give a five star review.Thanks Manny!Update July 17, 2019I would not recommend buying from TX Power sports after my experience.The T-Boss I ordered arrived yesterday. Delivery was by SAIA, an LTL carrier. They were fast and efficient, I was very happy with their service.The unit I received had been previously damaged and repacked for shipment to me. If you look online, you will see that these utes come in a steel frame shipped from China to a location in the US. I expected to get the same thing but the unit I received had been dropped. The outer steel frame was bent in locations and the truck bed had been removed from the steel frame and strapped to the top. No padding was used between the truck bed and the truck frame to prevent damage, and the fiberglass damage in the pictures resulted from movement during shipping.It is obvious that the unit I received was damaged during overseas shipment, then repacked and sent onward to me. It was wrapped in opaque plastic so I couldnt see the damage until after I accepted delivery.Since TX Power Sports and their drop shipper Tao Motor are willing to send a known damaged unit to a customer, I have no faith that they will stand behind any warranty. I know by leaving this review that I forfeit any support for missing and/or damaged parts but I feel it is important to warn others.WalMart sells the T-Boss for a few hundred more and I wish I had bought there. Do yourself a favor and buy from a place where you can see your unit before you take delivery.Edited to add: the drop shipper isTao Motor Inc2201 Luna RdCarrollton, TX 75006They have very bad Google reviews. Hate to give a star. Called twice put me on hold. Called five more times now they wont answer. Wonder how many sales they lose.

Read my facebook post. Dave Woodard Jonesviile VA. Muffler fell off in 4 days and burnt brakes into. $100 🔋 went dead and had be replaced 2 days $40. Chain came off, rack bolts broke off - rack itaelf. Wouldbt atat again ..hand saety braje. Now itll start and dies whennu put in gear. Changed gas and filter. All this plus some in 2 months. Its Not been off the grass. $950+ all this. Seller want give me $740 refund. Im gonna ruin them if I cant get a refund. Disabled so i can spend 10 hours a day posting and driving the atv around qith a sign.

Horrible service, never pick up the phone, never call back if you will leave voice mail. Looks like a scammers which have problems with a customers.

I just bought 2 new 2012 VIP Powermax 150cc scooters and both arrived with problems, 2 bent rear rims is just the beginning. The dealer who sold them to me is MIA, phone is cut off and TaoTao USA tells me only the dealer can handle warranty issues. So basically, I have 2 new scooters both are screwed up and TaoTao USA is no help. I went to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and saw they have an F rating, really and F rating? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE JUNK AND THEY DONT BACK THEM UP.
