Was shopping around for a GMC Acadia AT4, Spoke to Enrico over the phone and he told me that he wasnβt able to find the model that i was looking and it was possible for me to order one. Not even 10 minutes later he calls me back and told me that he tracked one down and i showed up to Vanguard same day and test drove it and LOVED IT! The customer service he gave my wife and I was simply out of this world and i have never been treated like it at any other dealership. I found a truck online for $41,490. I made sure that truck was available a few hours before I arrived. When I arrive the sales associate begins to talk about the chip shortage and how these trucks are going to $6,000-$7000 over asking price. I made it clear that was not gonna happen because I had options elsewhere. The first paper I receive has the truck listed for $52,000. Now keep in mind, Iβm not asking for a discount on the truck. I just wanted to pay what was online. I said no thanks and asked for my keys for my trade in. They delayed that and brought new numbers taking the truck down to $44,000. I told them I would not pay more for the vehicle than whatβs listed online. The finance guy said he canβt let it go that cheap and told me have a great day. I leave and start searching the parking lot trying to see where my trade in is. The manager comes outside and tells me he will get it to $41,000 for me. I agree to come back inside. I start signing the paperwork and itβs listed at $41,000. After getting home and reviewing the paperwork they actually sold it to me for $43,000. I take ownership of that because I was tired of being there and should have read more in depth. Iβm not sure if itβs me being a woman but the fact they were trying to make me pay more for a car than whatβs listed disgust me. I could see if I was haggling on price but I just wanted what it was listed as. This experience was extremely stressful. I would not recommend. There are so many dealerships out there and to be running a business like this in over saturated waters is disappointing.

This person was very rude with me and he was playing with the price and not clear with me. I decided to buy the car but in the system my name is under Enrico so I told MO please I donβt want to work with him! He transferred me to the manager his name Darrell. I bought this expensive car from Darrell and they were treat me like Iβm buying a cheap Bicycle !! I received the car dirty and they did not do a detail for it.If you wan to buy a car just ask for MO because he is really professional and knows how to let the customers happy.

Worse dealership experience ever. Always look at prices before you sign. Purchased a 2021 gmc 1500. Website listed truck at 57k with sticker price of 60k. After purchasing went through the financial papers at home found the sale price of 67K. That is a 8k markup over sticker. Contacted dealership next day for return policy or make it right as far as markup but nothing they can do about it of course. Called 3 other dealerships in the area and none of them have markups. This is a shady dealership. They seem to be good at screwing people over. So always check before you sign. They got me but donβt let them get you.
I purchased my car in may and after only having it for 5 days my check engine light came on. I took my car to the service center that Friday and they told me they needed to keep it for 24 hrs to run test so I had to make accommodations to come back another day. When I did drop it off they ended up keeping my car for over a week and i ended up having to get repairs totaling over $1,800. Luckily I had a limited warranty and only had to pay $200 but I was so upset. I had the car for not even a week and I was already having to pay for repairs. Then a few months later, my window stopped working. So I dropped it off again and they told me the repair was not covered under my limited warranty and quoted me almost $400 to fix the problem. I told them that was way too much then they came back and told me they could fix it for almost $300 and I told them to forget it. I found out that the part that needed to be fixed was the window switch which cost me $40 and took me 5 minutes to replace myself. My experience dealing with servicing my car has been very upsetting.

I dropped off my car for repairs after we hit some thing in the road. The people who accepted the car didnt make sure the key fob was with it. Taz said they had to have a key to move the car. I said the front axle is broken are you sure you need a key. Had to have a key to get the car on the lift. It took 3 weeks to get key. When I was promised that the adjuster could inspect the car, it was not on the lift. 4 weeks and my car was dropped off there, it was totaled out by the insurance. If they would looked under the car they would have found the damages that caused the car to be totaled out. No one took the time to do so, and I paid additional money for a rental car of a month.Not Happy.

Worst experience ever. Traveling from Oklahoma and came in for a simple oil change. The advisor kept saying something about a 15k mileage package. All I was looking for is a basic oil change. Proceeded to talk about an alignment, I said sure if it is indicated. My GMC dealership in Oklahoma usually gives me a report of the tires if it is needed, but I was not given one here. After everything was done the bill was $478. An oil change and alignment should not be that much. After looking at the bill there were things that werent even needed because my car is fairly new and has regular oil changes in OK. I literally just wanted an OIL CHANGE. On the way home during my 6 hour trip back my car starts to shake, make weird noises, engine light comes on, and it completely shuts off. Im about 3 hours from home and the $478 job that they did on my car left me stranded. I had my car towed to my GMC dealership and they told me that the previous dealership left some parts in my car disconnected and that is why it broke down. Even my dealership agreed with me that they did unnessacry services on my car. After calling a few times I finally got ahold of a gentleman that is some type of supervisor and I explain my story to him. He tells me he needs to talk to his boss about it and that they will refund me everything except the oil change. 1 month passes by, no check, no text, no call, no follow up with me whatsoever. I finally got a response after texting the number he gave saying how unprofessional this is. Contacted him again on Tuesday to remind him about following up with his boss and it isnt till today that he tells me there nothing that they can do about it. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GMC DEALERSHIP I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. I will never recommend them and will continue to let others know about their horrible service.

Falsely advertising vehicles. Waited until after credit was run to inform me the vehicle I wanted was going to be $10,000 more than their website and autotrader had it listed.

I was blown away by their unethical practices. WOW! First they tell me they dont accept out of house financing. I was sitting their with a check in hand. Then they sell their vehicles 13% above MSRP saying that is market value. 5 other venders are selling the same vehicle at or below MSRP. Then they undervalue the trade-in by over 50% compared to what other venders have already offered me. They did not want to sell cars that day. My sales rep was amazing, however their facilities and management with their illegal and unethical practices lost my sale. Its called price gauging, and they will be reported to the AG.
For weeks a salesman tried to get me to buy a vehicle. He sent me the invoice by text. The MSRP was listed on the sticker and on the Internet exactly the same. I spent two hours going back and forth with these guys to confirm a deal. When the numbers came in writing, they had the vechile listed 10k higher. They would not honor the internet amount and claimed it wasnt their fault. The indicated they were required to list at the lower number by the manufacturer. I am an attorney. Please find that statute for me. That is garbage. If you like deceptive business practices and bait and switch dealing, this is the dealership for you. I got an idea, list what you want for the car and honor it. Thats how honest people do business.
Richard stayed in constant contact with me. He answered every time I called him and wasnt pushy. He presented my offer as I requested. We will be back to Vanguard to buy a 2nd GMC vehicle due to Richard.

Tried to work out a deal with the used car dealer here at vanguard. They would not disclose the APR% for the loan just wanted to give us a crazy number with limited info. When asked for lower payments they just extend the months. Added a crazy 5k dollar warranty that we did not ask for or was not even informed about it. Very rude and unprofessional take your money somewhere else. When they insisted on matching my outside Financing APR and could not. Then the responses was the. credit is not there bro save yourself the time and take your business elsewhere. I found exactly what I want the same day at prosper dodge witch does take outside financing.

They are now Vanguard. For years it was called Classic. Today i saw only one person i recognized. It still looks same except the ghetto looking gate out front i knew something was wrong. I thought why is this raggedy gate here and it took a while before someone came to my car. At classic they were faster on getting people. They used to say help yourself to refreshments while u wait. I didnt like the attitude. Classic i was greeted and treated royal. But here i can tell its under new mgmt. I went to Classic for years. Still clean inside. But i will go there again.
One word - sleazy. They had the car I wanted on order and coming in. The price they advertised on the Web was acceptable. I set an appointment to come in and buy that specific car the next day. I got multiple calls, emails and texts confirming I would be there the next day. Drove for 30 minutes in the rain, only to be told they had already sold it. They used typical bait and switch. Do yourself a favor - go someplace else.Update a day later (5/12/21). I got a response from Vanguard saying how they would like to make it right. Okay, Im willing to talk, but they asked me to respond to us at the main number for the dealership. No specific name, no title, nothing. Obviously a canned response. If they really wanted to make things right, they would have called me. They clearly have my number. These people are the definition of a bad dealer. Dont walk - run away.One other thing of note, the Google rating reflects reviews from when Classic (Mr. Durant) owned this franchise, Classic is a reputable dealer. These guys are not.
