Really nice people, had to get my truck checked out for the DMV. Really never should have happened in the first place, if you lose your ride to a title pawn, dont report it as junk/totaled. It just makes it hard on someone else, someone that is just trying to make a living in this world

Well I got pulled over and my car got towed by these people last night well Ive been calling for 4hrs straight since they have opened an Ive gotten NO ANSWER. An ik how impound lots work an if they add more money to my car while Im trying to get it out I will take action of this unprofessional mess !!! I contacted by email as well an when they did answer the rude women gonna tell me get your facts straight nah get your business straight an fix your unprofessional attitude!

Excellent service. I am very pleased with my inspection. Susan was extremely helpful, friendly and very informative. She also fit me in, which I wasn’t expecting. This made a 16 year old boy very happy! Great service, would highly recommend!

Great customer service and very professional

I had a wonderful experience here! Everyone working at the shop was so nice and pleasant to work with. I had to get body work done to a brand new 2019 vehicle and I’m happy to say that when I picked up my car it looked just as new as when I bought it. I noticed a few tiny paint blemishes a few days after picking it up but they jumped right on it and had them buffed out in less than 30 minutes! I’m so happy that I decided to go Phillips Paint and Body!

I was overwhelmed with the welcoming warmth of personnel employed there. They were courteous and very helpful . My visit was a great one.

Very rude. They kept changing their pricing, giving exact numbers and then turning around and saying that it could be significantly more, all after they gave me their first quote and said it was the worst case scenario and I could be paying less. Got it done $600 cheaper which puts their, “best case scenario”, was 25% higher. They claim they needed to open it up to look at everything first. The guy I used knew exactly what needed to be done without popping one panel. Be weary of these guys, and make sure you get a complete and final estimate BEFORE you let them begin work, because I had a strong feeling that I would end up paying a lot more than the, “best case scenario.”

This business is in cahoots with the Carrollton State Troopers. If u are in a car accident they tow ur car to this place and charge u hundreds of dollars to release the care. Daughter was rear ended, hit and run. Even though car was drivable and could have been driven to side of the road and picked up by MY AAA roadside @ no charge, they towed my car to this place. $380 later...i got my car the very next day.

Theyre never here when you need them

Locked the keys in the car. Called for help. Phillips Paint and Body drove to the house, then drove away without calling. They said they didnt see anyone outside. Well, yeah, we were all inside the house. They should have just called me. Then they refused to come back even though they were 2 minutes away. Lazy and rude.

Was very rude when I was trying to schedule a salvage inspection with them. Tried to charge me a deposit, but offered to schedule a inspection for my white business partner with no money down!!! Would not recommend them at all!!

He cancelled my appointment for a salvage inspection AFTER I ARRIVED FOR THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I REFUSED HIS TOWING COMPANY AFTER THEY CALLED OVER AN HOUR AFTER Mr. Phillips said the driver would call. My appointment was at 9:30 and when I made the appointment I was advised if I was late they could cancel the appointment. Phillips tow truck driver called at 9:17 and I live 15.5 miles from Phillips Paint, Body and Towing”. Not only did they cancel the appointment they said I would need to find another place to have my car inspected! The lady behind the counter was very rude and lied when I asked to speak to the owner. First he wasn’t there and then two seconds later he was with a customer. However, we saw him peeping out the window to see what my tow truck driver and I were going to do! Thankfully mJustin Johnson took my car to McDonalds Collision in Forrest Park and they KNOW how to treat their customers. In my opinion Phillips doesn’t need to be on ANY state approved list of ANY kind. He refused service to me because I refused his tow!
