I am grateful for the time Justice took on a busy Monday morning to answer a few questions about servicing my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I had a dashboard light go on over the weekend and was concerned. With all that is going on the dealers are backed up on appointment availabilities and so it was not going to be possible to bring in my car to have it checked and serviced. A PLUS + + + ! Fred was referred to me by my friend Caitlin who bought a Mazda CX-5 with Fred as her salesman. Fred was welcoming, very friendly and helpful. I decided to look at a couple of Hyundai cars that I found on your website. Fred was at ease sending me to the other lot, didnt show any disappointment that I was leaving his area. I met Steve, he was just as lovely/welcoming/friendly/respectful/helpful in every way! Steve had the biggest part of sealing the deal without making me feel any pressure or manipulation. His personality put me at ease right away and I pretty much knew from that point on that I was going to buy the Sonata.When Alex came in to help with financing, I was impressed with his ease of manner, efficiency & flexibility. After 4 years in my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Unlimited I was really excited to test drive the new Hyundai Kona Electric.The salesman ruined it.1. He only let me drive 1 mile around the block.We dont want too many miles2. Not allowed to test the adaptive cruise control.3. Not allowed to drive on the highway.4. Didnt know anything about the Trims and features.5. Poor communication and took 10 minutes to take down my information.6. Pushed the Lease Hard but didnt know the mileage caps.7. Still calls me every day.In less than 15 minutes, Esan really dropped the ball. Its pretty obvious when a sales person has sized you up and refused to respect your time.
The clockspring on my 2013 Azera is broken so most of the cars electronics are not working. Its covered under the extended warranty but what good is that when this dealerships service department is booked for SIX WEEKS!!! I will never purchase a car from Bob Baker. Terrible, terrible management of the service dept. They lost my warranty business, my new car business and the business from anyone I can discourage from using them!! RIDICULOUS.
Stephen is a great salesman. He genuinely care for your needs and ensure you have a great experience. I bought a vehicle and in less than an hour I was driving off the lot. It was such a great experience from the moment I chose the vehicle to I was able to drive it off.
Theres a dealer name Scott that works in this store. I paid cash 💸 for two new 2021 vehicles. 1. All the big talk of you can get this and you can get that was revealed at signings less than 33 days I called for a service now he cant remember $#!+This will be the last time Im dealing or purchasing anything from this dealership the best advice I can give have them to write anything promised in writing
I came in to the dealership not even knowing the type of vehicle I wanted. Within a week of searching every dealership in Car Country, I was able to leave Bob Baker Hyundai with a new Elantra that I really like! I bought a Veloster N here from Perry. He was super helpful and didnt push the sale. They provided great service and didnt price gouge me like all the other dealerships in the area.
This is the worst dealership I have ever encountered! Their vehicles are defective, service is surly, deceptive and incompetent. I visited to check out a new Genesis, they had several of the model I was interested in available. The first one I tried had a dead battery so I took a second one for a test drive. It was clearly defective, zero to 60 is advertised as 6 sec, I counted 15. The salesperson had no explanation and suggested I try out the original car which they had managed to start. He sent me out for a test drive by myself with a warning not to turn off the engine. I made it about 1 mile before the engine died while under throttle. I called the dealer, they said they would send someone out to rescue me, about a 2-minute drive. I called back every 5 minutes for about 20 minutes and got the same answer every time, someone was on the way. I gave up and walked back to the dealership. I then spoke with a sales manager who promised to get back to me with an explanation, 3 days later, no call.BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

This is the second time that Ive purchased a new car at Bob Baker Hyundai in Carlsbad, and this time around Paul Roth made it a cinch. I came to the dealership around 8pm because Google Maps said that it was open until 9pm, but the finance person told me that they closed at 8 when I opened the door. Paul Roth said it did not matter and he assisted me. I had never seen a Venue before that evening, and I was in love. It was easy negotiating with Paul. Of course its easy to negotiate when your credit score is 826, but he was very friendly, helpful and humorous! I felt very at ease with him and always felt that he was being honest. Hes a great salesman and I hope to purchase another vehicle through him in the future.
This was my first time buying a car and it was an excellent experience! We tried going to the Hyundai in Escondido just to compare prices and we were there for 4 hours and the negotiator was extremely rude and would not listen to what we wanted. We came here and Caesar helped us with test driving and all the negotiating/initial paperwork. He was extremely responsive and actually listened to what we wanted. After that, paperwork was simple and everyone else involved was equally as kind. Overall, very professional and straightforward with no games. Highly recommend!

My best advice to the service team at Bob Baker Hyundai is to invest in some serious training for your employees, particularly for Ashley Morehouse. Never have I ever been told by an employee of any business to go elsewhere because they cant help me. Even if I couldnt get an appointment for two weeks out, the appointment still should have been booked regardless. My vehicle was purchased from this location, my maintenance has been done at this location and any parts/accessories have been purchased from this location. This dealership is perfectly fine to assist when Im spending money, but the issue arises when I need help. Im extremely disappointed with the fact that we were forced to walk to get a loaner car that Hyundai has no plans to pay for even though they failed to check my transmission during my routine maintenance, which is SUPPOSED to be checked under their 161 point inspection. This location is a joke.
Had a 9am appt for factory required maintenance, got here a half an hour early and still waiting to be seen to even check in the vehicle at 9:05. Unacceptable, next time Ill make the extra trip worth my while and go to Temecula Hyundai where they at least also have a space to wait on your vehicle. This place is a cluster you know what
Ive had a total of 4 Hyundais ranging from the Accent, 2 Santa Fes and the Kona. This dealership has always been so easy to work with from the sales & leasing experience to the service department. Tom, in Service has been my go to guy for several years so his 5 Star review is overdue from me. Thank you Tom being so helpful every time! This dealership just seems to bring in good people to represent them and the Hyundai name. Its nice to be able to trust your dealership whatever the need is.
Terrible experience with this dealership.Went in to buy a car, made a reservation, test drive, went to sign the paperwork to buy the car I’ve been hunting down and as we were doing so, they sold it to another customer on the lot.No communication between salesmen, unprofessional presentation, overall extremely disappointed.

I spoke with a sales person (Clint) to buy a car and he said it was unavailable for sale and would be ready on Saturday. I scheduled an APPOINTMENT to come in and buy the car CASH first thing Saturday morning and he had already sold it. Did not mention once in the 3 times we spoke that I had to sign a contract to save the car. Only one available in the color I wanted in 150 miles. WORST SALES PEOPLE ever! Turned me completely off from ever buying a Hyundai.

Charged almost $200 to remove a washer from seatbelt recepticle. I would have thought that since car is under warranty and this is a safety equipment issue that Hyundai would cover.
This place is AMAZING!! THEY ARE AWESOME WITH FINANCE EVEN IF YOUR CREDIT ISNT PERFECT. Catharine in finance does her best to get you the best finance company at the lowest rate. Perry is a down to earth salesman who is so nice and makes you feel comfortable. I let them know what I wanted as far as space for my family and my price range and they made it happen. The whole process was fast and AMAZING...EASIEST car purchase I ever made definately recommend Carlsbad Hyundai..THANK YOU AGAIN !!!
Save your time and call another Hyundai dealer.On two separate occasions Ive called to try and get recalls done, both times I was told scheduling was two to three months out...for a basic recall that Hyundai of Escondido was happy to get done that same week.
These guys sild me a lemon car with known transmission problems. Never touching another car from this dealer and never trusting hyundai/kia. Also highly discourage anyone who asks from buying from them.
I worked with Rob too buy my new 2021 Palisade. Great experience. No hassle they were willing to work with me during the covid protocol process ensuring the strictest guidelines while also delivering great service. I was able to get everything queued up before I arrived at the dealership and Im pretty sure I was in and out in 1 hour. Maybe even LESS! They had the car pulled out front ready to go they topped off the gas tank and after I signed paperwork I was off! One of the best parts was the finance guy. No hassle just a quick sign here and here lets get you back to your family. I feel bad bc I commented to to the finance guy that the aesthetics of the interior of the dealership could use some work. His reply was perfect. He said, you can find a place with nicer flooring or light, but we trade that for speed and convenience when it comes to customer service. HE WAS RIGHT. Oil consumption issue not addressed after having my car the whole day-have to wait for parts???even though I had an appointment, I spent almost an hour dropping off the car. It took me 2 weeks to get the appointmentthe staff had no sense of urgencywhen I came to pick up my car, no one was around for a long time
I leased my daughter a 2022 Hyundai Sonata last week. Before I talk about how cool this car is for the money, I’d like to talk about our salesman Perry Fitchett. Perry is absolutely awesome. He made a typically and historically unfun experience “buying a car” a real fun time. Perry has a great since of humor, very charismatic, and just fun to do business with. Everything was easy and straight up. We never felt like a game was being played or anyone being dishonest. Perry Fitchett is the person to ask for at Bob Baker Hyundai!By the way, the car is awesome. Nice standard safety features, comfortable, plug and play technology.

SUCH A BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment (which I can understand) only to find out that the appointment was only to check-in.Once I arrived for the appointment they told me I have to drop the car there for the day as the mechanic would have been able to look at my car in 2 or 3 hours.WHY DO YOU GIVE APPOINTMENTS THEN IF I STILL HAVE TO WAIT 3 HOURS TO GET THE CAR LOOKED AT?WHY DONT YOU INFORM THE CUSTOMER ABOUT THE WAY YOU HANDLE YOUR APPOINTMENTS SO ONE CAN PLAN ACCORDINGLY OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE?Obviously I was not prepared so I decided to leave; I have asked if I can have an estimate for a specific repair and the estimate came on a sticky note. Even a small generic mechanic was able to print a nice estimate with the detaild pricing. What a misery!

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I did not feel the typical pressure that you dread when going to the dealership. Amy made this process so easy, and did everything she could to take care of us. I had no buyers remorse after this purchase. Also Lucas was the best in the finance department, he explained everything so I could understand. This was the best experience all around, and I am so in love with my car!
The service was 5 star, but I really hate that they make the reps beg for 5 stars. Not a fan of the practice. Would be 5 stars if not for that.
Getting my 30K inspection was a piece of cake. The online scheduling was easy. The services they offer while you wait (rides and snacks at the service station waiting room) were helpful. The actual service (shout out to Ulysses) only took abut 5 hours with an added car wash was wonderful. It was so nice not to have to wait very long. I definitely had a great experience taking my car here for servicing!

Extremely poor online sales department. Tried working with them to do an online sale and got passed around to 3 different people, one of which clearly didnt know how to use email. Sales manager talked down to me in a blatantly rude way.Wouldnt buy from these guys even if they had the best price in town, which they dont.

Really enjoyed my experience at Bob Baker Hyundai.This was the first time bringing in my car to have warranty work completed and my first time at Bob Baker Hyundai. Was met in the drive by the advisor Tom/Tim who took note of all my concerns. He was able to trouble shoot my user error problems and solve them on the drive which meant that it never made it to the work order or put in front of the tech = wasting tech time. I also had a copy of my work order emailed to me while I was still in the drive. I work in the automotive and RV business and can really appreciate the value in both of these aspects. I was kept up to date on the progress of diagnosis and repair. Great customer service all the way around!BRAVO

In response to Courtney Bates recent review.I too had a poor experience with Gillian back in 2010. I purchased a new Santa Fe Limited from this dealership. Had an issue with the Infinity stereo head unit about two weeks after purchasing the vehicle. Took it back and the tech that replaced the radio damaged the dash panel around the area by the stereo head unit (scratches) due to sloppy work by him. Addressed the issue with Gillian and she could have cared less. Poor attitude and terrible customer service. She did nothing to help me or correct the situation. I couldnt believe I just spent north of 28K two weeks earlier and now was being treated like this. Plus now my new car was damaged with only 635 miles on the odometer. I remember this like it happened yesterday. I complained to the upper management at that time. Nothing was ever done to make the situation right. I told everyone I knew about my experience. During that point in my life I was in Vista working in heavy retail dealing with lots of folks on a daily basis. I know it cost them at least one potential sale, and hopefully I steered other people away from this place. I did everything I could to spread the word and share my lousy experience. Im amazed shes still there with all the negative reviews about her lack of customer service skills. She sucked then and obviously is just as bad today. She is an awful person to deal with when there is a problem. It definitely says a lot about Bob Baker as well, keeping her around to drive off good customers. They apparently dont mind her behavior. I never went back. Well fast forward to today. Ive purchased 3 new vehicles since 2010. None were Hyundais, and none were purchased from any dealership associated with North County Hyundai or the Bob Baker Auto Group. Gillian with her arrogance, plus the lack of support from the dealership in general, drove me away forever. I took my hard earned money elsewhere to dealerships that knew exactly what quality customer service was all about.
On time for my scheduled maintenance. As has been my experience; professional, friendly and courteous staff. All wearing face mask and practicing social distancing. They keep you up to the minute on work be done by text. And, always handle my vehicle like its one of theirs.

They told us we could pick up our car/ let the system schedule us for a pick up from service at 7:30am. None of the desk staff showed up till 8am

Ulysses was a great service provider.However, I am very disappointed in Gillian, the service department director, and how my service was provided. My car, due to the mechanic’s lack of attention, could have had a complete engine block crack. This could have cost me an entire new engine or a new car. Luckily, it wasn’t. However, for Gillian, all I asked was 50% of the amount I paid for and a free detail as compensation for almost costing me a new car. That was not accepted. I believe, for what I have been through, that was more than fair. Instead I was told I’m getting 25% of what I paid for and a detail. I’m completely disappointed and upset. Ulysses, as nice and accommodating as he was, shouldn’t have to play middle man between Gillian and I. Gillian should handled my service the entire time.I am completely disappointed and upset and I will not be coming back to the Carlsbad Hyundai.
Customer service sucks, 0% following up .I tried to contact them looking to lease Hyundai Palisade and like any customer asked for the best deal but the don’t want to spend any effort to help and they immediately underestimated me and my request when they realize I do have an accent!!!!! My daughter-in-law, who is nearing the end of her college education, was in desperate need of a new car this week. Her 2011 Mini Cooper was on its last leg and we did not want her going back to school with car issues. This was going to be her first purchase for herself and she had her heart set on a slightly used, entry level SUV.A dear friend of mine introduced us to David Bechtel here at Bob Baker Hyundai. David immediately responded to my call and provided us with a brief education on our options for an entry level SUV from a variety of manufacturers, although he was on vacation. I assumed he would persuade towards a Hyundai but we found him to be very helpful and complementary of a variety of manufactures that would be safe, reliable, while helping me understand what the investment would be. We set an appointment with one of Davids team members, Esan Mirafzal, because we couldnt wait for David to return from his vacation however he made the transition effortless for us.Esan was familiar with us and our goals when we arrived the next afternoon, he actually came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule, and he had a variety of vehicles from multiple manufacturers set aside for us to look at. After spending some time with Esan and test driving some of their vehicles, we did our rounds at other local dealers so we could compare and narrow her choices down to the best fit for her.I have to share, David and Esan had one car that really stood out to us. Between all the local dealers we had so many 2017 and 2018 vehicles that were great choices for her, however they had one 2020 model, with 14,000 miles, that was only a few dollars more than the other cars we considered.Today we picked up the 2020 Tuscan and feel so fortunate that the entire journey was pleasant and informative. They didnt make us uncomfortable as we discussed other dealers or other cars, and feel they went out of their way to get us the best possible price, interest rate, and overall deal without unnecessary pressure or stress on either end. They genuinely wanted my daughter-in-law to get the best vehicle for her and we felt that they we in her court 100% to make this happen for her. Their finance manager, Lucas C., worked with his lenders to get her a very good interest rate for her first vehicle purchase. As a parent, I was very appreciative of their patience, their guidance, and ultimately with pricing and interest rate.I highly recommend trying these guys to see if they can help you as much as they helped my family this week.Thank you David, Esan, and Lucas. You made our family very happy this week and I cant complement you enough on helping us when we needed it most.
Recently had scheduled maintenance performed at Bob Baker Hyundai in Carlsbad. Service writer was friendly and helpful. Service was completed quickly and at a fair price. Customer lounge was clean and tastefully outfitted. They even provided a complimentary car wash. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Highly recommend this dealership.
The service was great however no waiting room and you have to walk to the mall which is about a mile away. The 35.00 special for detailing was okay but certainly not a detailing it was more like a good wash job.
I brought my car here to diagnose a creaking noise under the front of the car. When checking in my car, they looked around my car meticulously for any damage or broken items for them to quote for repair. Of course, my car looked fine, especially the windshield!8 hours later I pick my car up, they could not diagnose the problem and then told me I need to pay another $350 on top of my $125 to diagnose the problem. At this point it was dark outside, so I took my car home to think about my options. The next morning at 7am I noticed my windshield had a large crack on the passengers side. This was a huge crack, one that started at the very bottom of the window. The dealership definitely broke my windshield -- it was not broke when I brought it there. Not like a normal rock chip either -- maybe someone accidentally dropped a wrench on it? Of course, they completely denied it -- I kept bringing up the fact that it was not broken when I brought it there. They could not argue against that (since they reviewed the car in detail) but the service manager, Gillian Roberts, only offered me to split the cost. Split the cost?? Really?? No, your service members dropped wrench or something on my windshield and you want me to pay 1/2?? Furthermore, she said it looks like a rock chip -- really, she did NOT even spent 2 seconds to look at it. She only looked at my pics a week prior, she did NOT even try to re-look at them with me there, or go outside to look at it in person. I would never trust this obviously questionable character of this service manager -- I only have faith that karma hands this women the justice she deserves. I cherish good character and try to instill this in my children, and live by the quote If honestly is conforming words to reality, then integrity is conforming reality to works. I believe in hard work and earning your place in this world, not taking from or cheating others. This place lacks honesty and lacks integrity! See my photos -- how can someone say, that looks like a rock chip vs a dropped wrench, etc.? ...how many dropped wrenches did she see on windshields to know to be able to determine, ...oh, that looks like a rock chip. Thank you karma -- I know you have my back on this one!
I have been coming to this dealership for the last five years and each time Ive received 5 star service. The Customer Service Representatives has been knowledgable and provided detail feedback on my vehicle maintenance. The maintenance department do an outstanding job with accurate and expeditious service on my vehicle. Certainly recommend to any customer to check this place out.
I bought 2020 Santa Fe just last weekendI called dealership day before I talked to Ehsan Mirafzal, helped me with all the information I asked for,next day with his patient help explain different packages, thank levels,all the features and functions .Ehsan with his good sense of humor, patient and knowledge help me to choose the best one.I highly recommend this dealership and Ehsan in particular!

Bob Baker is always very easy to work with for routine service and recalls. They offer rides and transportation for the recall work and communicate well through text, which I prefer. I have always been able to drop my car off in the morning on my way to work and pick it up at the end of the day - since their hours extend before and after a typical 9-5, which is great.
I cant say enough positive things about Ulysses in the service department. He takes the best care of me and my vehicle. It is appreciated!

Tried to make an appt for service and at 2pm on a Wednesday, I don’t see why- i for the 2nd attempt- i need to wait to make an appointment for over 15 minutes. The girl that helped was very short and uninterested in helping me. Warranty or not- loaner vehicles should be available on a first come first serve basis to paying clients...especially if you’re new to the dealership service, their service department is not open in weekends and most likely i’d have have to pay for renting the vehicle. How else do they expect to entice clients to purchase a newer model etc...overall experience was not good.

Staff is very friendly. My wait time was perfect. Waiting area is nice with a specialty coffee machine. My car would have been washed also, but as it was raining, I did not as for the free service.
I have been going to Bob Baker Hyundai for all of the services on my 2018 Elantra since I purchased the vehicle and they have always done right by me. I knew i would be paying a little bit more by taking it to the dealer for services, but i am extremely confident in their expertise. it has been well worth it. I drive for a living so I am in there every 2 months or so for Oil changes, etc. Not sure i would trust another place like i trust them.
I bought my 2017 Hyundai Elantra with North County Hyundai before Bob Baker Hyundai bought the business. When I bought my car, I bought and included a lifetime warranty for window tint. After i year, I started having problems with the tint (peeling off) and brought my car back to Bob Baker Hyundai for service. i was told by the service manager (female) who was very rude that she could not honor the warranty since I bought it from North County Hyundai. To keep it short, this dealership is not for me for my future buying of vehicles. I will not recommend this place to my families, friends and especially military personnel; active, veterans and retirees and DOD personnel.
As always, this was a smooth operation from start to finish. It really looks as though everyone works as a team at Bob Baker Hyundai. I was very pleased with my service advisor Ulysses, who was thorough and efficient.
So far, so good. Talked to Dave prior to coming over about the vehicle we were interested in, he had it pulled up and ready when we got there. Emanuel was very nice and accomodating on the test drive and while checking out everything with the vehicle. We negotiated a price we were good with, and well go in today, do the financing (on half the cost of the vehicle), sign the documents, pick it up, and hopefully be out quickly. Thanks guys!
Bob Baker lies. They told me they wouldnt run a hard credit check but they did even though I paid cash for the car. They refuse to take it off my credit. I would give them no stars if possibe.
Excellent Communication and Very Professional. This is not my usual place to get my car serviced because of where I live. I previously had an experience where I took in my tires to get patched, got them fixed but all my tires were under filled. I then learned that the weekend crew is the B team and if I needed quality work done I should come in during the week. Came in on a Monday to get my car serviced for a engine light. They were able to fix in the time they said it would get fixed and I had my car back the next morning.
Brought my car in for a recall and everyone was great. I had an appointment later that day so I was a little worried about time but they were able to finish faster than they estimated, picked me up from work, and had my car washed and ready for me!I will definitely be back for future services.

I had to bring my car in for a battery issue on a Saturday. I had no appointment but after testing my battery it was determined I needed a new one. I explained that I was driving up to central CA for a funeral and needed it taken care of ASAP. Travis, my service agent said he would talk to the service dept to see how long it would take to put in a new one. They said they could replace the battery within an hour and they did! I was so grateful for their kindness. I always bring my car here for servicing and will certainly continue to do so! Thanks again!
Service Representative Tom is our go to guy. He has always provided exemplary service and he communicates clearly when there are issues that need to be addressed. We trust him and that is important when dealing with automotive service.
The shop itself is nice, really relaxed environment, the manager also seemed really cool. It all starts when the salesman approaches ya. Cesar was a nice enough guy, some good jokes too, however they are solely to get ya interested and feel like hes on your side. They make percentage commission at this dealership so be ready to negotiate hard. I was looking at the Hyundai Ioniq Blue which is priced around 24k. He went off to talk to his manager and came back with 31k. I want whatever it is they put in Bob Baker Hyundais water to come back at that price! I negotiated that down to around 28k then told him Im a 2020 grad, which is a $400 discount. He went to the manager came back and said I needed proof of income over 2k a month since graduation. I thought he was kidding. I said multiple times are you serious? Were in the middle of a pandemic. He had asked before what my job was and clearly knew film productions are shut down so I have not been making 2k a month. Youd think theyd cut a 2020 grad who had to graduate via zoom a break, not to mention having had COVID for 2 months, which landed me in the hospital. No breaks when it comes to buying cars haha! I ended up going to Poway Hyundai and buying the Ioniq SE, a 26k car (higher model than blue) for 21k and 23k out the door and they HONORED the grad discount with a photo of my diploma. Recent grads, dont let these guys take advantage of you because of your age and inexperience, walk out, do your research, use TrueCar.com, and get that price thatll make ya happy. This was my first time negotiating a car and even I left with a killer deal. Happy car shopping!
I paid in full with cash and they still took my credit report, and reported that I got an auto loan. This was on 8/13/2020. I called Experian and Bob Baker, and neither were willing to help me. Im going to report them to the BBB, attorney general of California, and consumer financial protection bureau if they continue to do nothing. After that Im suing.

I brought my car in for a safety inspection and to get recalls taken care of. I was told after the safety inspection that I would need a new battery cable and sleeve because of corrosion. This was going to cost almost $900. So, I took my car to a local mechanic and had it checked. The cable was not corroded inside the lining as I was told and the mechanic cleaned it up for less than $100. The misrepresentation is frustrating.Ulysses, the service representative was very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. His customer service was wonderful!
Courteous staff, reasonably priced oil change. The work was finished before the estimated time. Enjoyed a fresh brewed coffee while waiting in a comfortable lounge.
Hyndai was really easy to deal with. They are fast checking you out and getting you a loaner car. I thought the service was excellent and I would highly recommend them.
Always have the best service when I go to Hyundai. This is the only one Ill take my car to get serviced. The staff is amazing and the service is great.

Advisor kept me posted all along the way, very courteous. Offered a rental car if the safety repair took longer than expected but not needed. Very smart to offer Uber pickups!
What an awesome experience I had with the service department. Our service advisor, Tom, took excellent care of us. Our repairs were done in a timely matter and with Toms assistance we were able to get all original Hyundai parts. He also explained and walked me through the process of filing a claim with my auto insurance, as the repair was caused by a huge pot hole.Thanks to TOm & the Bob Baker Service Department!
I brought Sonata plug-in Hybrid at Bob Baker Carlsbad and it was pleasant experience. My family and I really enjoyed the service I got here. I would like to mention specifically of Mikail Crosby. He was extremely professional, great car knowledge and went through all the details patiently.We spent quite a few hours here but the lounge, coffee & snacks and friendly atmosphere really made us comfortable.
The service department is great. They are helpful and friendly. I have enjoyed my car and tell my friends often. One of my friends may buy a Hyundai hybrid.
