I come here all the time for leaky tires, oil changes etc. I bought my tires here. Sometimes it’s faster, sometimes it’s slower. I like it that I can call and ask if they’re busy and then come over and get an oil change or fix with no problem. If they have a huge backlog they’ll tell you. I know the people here, not well but as a customer, they’ve always been really nice and good to me even though sometimes I’m paranoid they have never given me a reason to be. Anyway, great staff, great work.

Super great. They are honest and helpful. I will always come back to get tires and work done to my car. I appreciate their honesty.

The automotive manager Anthony is rude and will make you feel stupid.

Great service just kinda pricey even for cheap tires

So I was told it was first come first serve for car work. So I brought my car in before 9am to have 2 tires put on. There was only one car in the lot besides mine. It has taken them 2 hours just to finally pull my car in. Then I see out the waiting room window, three guys standing around talking and not working. My car has sat in the shop now for over a half hour and there still is no tires on it. I would not recommend this Walmart for tires!

I brought expensive chrome wheels to be mounted and balanced. The young man was extremely delicate handling and installing. I was very impressed .

Iarrived at 09:51 for a leaky tire,,,waited and waited,,, in the service are,,,finally at 12:08 went to the desk and asked for an estimate on how long my car would be yet after a 2 1?2 hr wait,,he went into the office came out with my keys and paper work that must have been sitting there this whole time. time for completion of work was 11:13,,so iwaited an extra hour for nothing..originally i was told they would call me on my phone,,nothing,,esp since i stood there all that time in front of their faces.....never again walmart.

Good prices but the customer service needs work. I went there today with a 3:00 appointment and arrived at 2:45. They asked me (again) about the one tire I needed and verified my phone number. I did a little shopping and was back in the tire waiting area within 15 minutes. At 4:15 I was getting tired of waiting (1 1/2 hours for one tire) and went to the customer service desk and asked when my car would be done ---- they said it was done. I asked when --- they said about 45 minutes ago. Why didnt anyone call or come to the waiting room to get me. They said, I guess we were too busy. WTF .... I was only 15 feet away. What kind of service is that ......beside very poor.

Ok, Im not really big on reviews but here it goes..... Janis was amazing working behind the desk, taking peoples orders, opening doors and getting people back in their cars after service. The place was completely busy on a Thursday night, people needing oil changes, flat tires, etc etc..... Janis told me 45 minutes to an hour and thats what time I was out.Kudos to Janis.... you did an amazing job and Kudos to the bay crew!

The Carlisle Walmart has an excellent service center. I have never had any problems with the work Ive had done there. Wait times are often long as it is first come, first served. Your best bet is to drop it off in the morning and have them call you when its done.

I received excellent and speedy service on my tire! I needed to replace a tire the Saturday before Memorial Day, I drove up and was out of there with a new tire in less than an hour! Much better service and far more professional than Ive had at two other drive in and get service chains in this area! I will use them again!

Called Saturday evening to make sure there was availability for a Sunday oil change. I was told if I come at 8 am there would be no problems. Sure enough I arrive at 7:55 with cars already lined up. We are told it’s an hour and a half wait. It’s now 8:30 and the service person has not even arrived to begin the first car!!! Completely unacceptable. I left before I could waste 4+ hours of my time for NOTHING.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called at lunch-time to ask about dropping my car off overnight so I could have tires installed in the morning and I was told this would be fine if I dropped it off prior to closing time. So I drove down there (30 minutes away) and was told that they would never let me leave my car there because they didnt own the lot, they couldnt ring me up tonight. I explained to them about my phone call earlier in the day, and they explained that I shouldnt have been told that, and werent surprised with the information the woman provided over the phone. Will never even remotely consider taking my car to a Walmart Auto/Tire ever again, let alone this one which wasted an hour of my time.

Went in for tire flat fixed and waited 1 hour and 43 mins and it wasn’t that busy...... if I could give no stars I would.

Being able to schedule an appointment for my service needs is something I’ve never been able to do at other Walmart TLE Centers. With my living in Camp Hill and the Carlisle center the closest one to me, having appointment times makes planning my day much easier.

I get tires while I shop there. Can order tires online, sent to the tire center, then have them mounted and balanced.

They asked if I liked my wheels because they knew they were going to be scratched when i got them back. I guess I can appreciate them being honest before hand though. Also lady at the cash register is a B****. She needs to be replaced.

My go to spot for oil changes. Always treats me nice. Service is quick!!

Ive gone here for quite a few oil changes and tire services. They are constantly understaffed, and the employees are overworked and frazzled. This is why there are so many reviews about employee shortness and bad attitudes. They run them ragged. Its sometimes hard to get them on the phone because they constantly have to run back and forth between the office and the garage because they never have enough people working. However, the service has always been good and the prices are very hard to beat. Just be aware that these are underpaid and overworked employees and try to understand their frustrations. If you want to be treated better, go to a regular tire shop and pay twice as much.

Every time my son has bought tires Ruth manages to mess it up. Once again Ruth couldnt follow what my son wanted and took 2 trips across town to get done what he wanted.Carlisle Auto Center needs a competent manager. Hes lodged a complaint with store ma4 and nothing has been done. For some reason no matter who complains and the chaos continues in Carlisle Auto Center.

The gentleman that work on my jeep was very pleasant and showed me things about my tires that I did not know.

I work in the garage at carlisle walmart. I apologize to the people that gave us bad reviews. We are understaffed at times and we do get frustrated. We are over worked and under paid. We do the best we can to get every customer in and out as fast as possible. It may seem like we take forever on your vehicle but know that its being done correctly. Please have patience.. Thank you

I have never written a bad review, but I am so peeved I cant resist. Worst service I have EVER received. The gentleman who was working was absolutely rude and unaccomadating. He cussed about my vehicle and acted as if it was an inconvenience to serve me. I would highly recommend seeking car service somewhere else. Too bad there isnt a half-star rating 😤

Went early in the AM few months ago 4 tires and an oil change in about an hour...I see reviews on testy people..if your understaffes and underpaid Id be testy too..Im not looking for personality .Im looking for them to do good work on my car...give em a break
