People very well informed and able to help. This was hurt when they only had half the things needed for a easy job and added a second trip to another parts store to finish job.

These guys are completely unhelpful - had a NAPA battery 9 months old that failed - wouldnt warranty without original purchase receipt from the NAPA Auto Care Center garage who installed battery - Battery was clearly punched for purchase date and I had my Garage receipt. Id give 0 stars if I could

Wonderful staff, with great knowledge and very helpful, quick service.I have shopped with various NAPA stores for many years, but this location has by far the nicest and most acutely helpful staff Ive ever experienced.I had a issue with a wheel hub and studs near the store. The staff had the tools and knowledge to be able to find the replacement parts either on the shelf or via the local parts warehouse.They proceeded to go above and beyond, allowing me usage of their parking lot and more to ensure that I could safely continue on my journey. In a town famous for its car events and community, the staff showed all that is good in the car world, and helped a traveler in need.I sincerely thank them, and recommend them for parts purchases.

Great service and had the product I was looking for and even ship in over nite the rest.

Staff is friendly BUT parts well overpriced. Spark plugs wires defective no warranty!!!! They were less than three months old. Went to Advance Auto better quality wires, with warranty and cheaper price than original price from Napa.
