Sorry to see them go. I love their products.
Nice place, cashier who helped me was nice but other workers could improve on their customer service skills
Good prices. Was just browsing. The employees were attentive
They are going out of business. Was surprised that so far into the closing process they are at only 40% off maximum. Most things were only about 15-20% off.
The best place to buy everything you need to be a 50 year old empty nest housewife.
Very clean and great displays. But mostly a showroom. Bit pricy.
Love Pier 1. Great values, awesome employees, Barbara is a sweetheart. Look forward to seeing whats new for the new season
Pretty good place, with a wharf, restaurants, etc. But, the only thing would be that its a little dirty...
Great home decor store. Prices are pretty high but the quality is very good.
Prices are still high eventhough theyre going out of business
The employees were so helpful! Nice selection of product as well.
Not much left, cotton napkins 40% off
I bought a cushion for my outside couch and in two days, the sun melted it, and its only in the 60s degrees. I have had it two days, took it back to the Capitola Store in Santa Cruz, Ca., to return it, as in 20 years, no other cushion has melted in the sun at my home. The store manager Alex, pretty much called me an liar, saying the cushions dont melt. Wrong! I watched it melt on my deck. I told him I taught Customer Service to about 60 stores, and the customer is always right, he told me no they arent...but when you run a business, you can lose more customers telling them they are wrong than not.He did give me my return, he did say not to buy another cushion in his store, which I will never do again....The lesson for Alex is he shouldnt say anything he was thinking, give me a return, and I would return to the store. Now I wont....I spent my life not lying, living a very giving life, and to be called a liar did not feel good. I hope he learns something about this, as I dont really review employees of a store unless asked...but this is the worst.
Holiday decorations lovely otherwise the same.
Nice stuff. Great customer service. Stacey is the best.
Great place for house warming and knick knacks. They seem to have more furniture than they used to.
Unfortunately they are in the midst of a going out of business sale.
Cool store, always enjoy my visit
Always something new to ooh and awe about. Salespeople are very helpful.
A little pricey but great service.
In the good old days, Pier 1 was known for having the coolest imported stuff, at great prices. Its still got lots of cool stuff, but very expensive. Many similar items can be found at places like TJ Maxx Homegoods, for much better prices, but Pier 1 has multiples of each item they carry, whereas the other stores are more of a treasure hunt. I do love how Pier 1 has really evolved in the seasonal decor items, like Halloween and Christmas
Always cool, never give goid discounts tho...😣
Love this place, but sad to hear they are down sizing...
What service? I was in the store long enough to make the loop and saw several other shoppers but never any staff. Was hoping to order some furniture, but no one was there to answer my question about custom upholstery.
Always beautiful, and just whatLooking for.
The sales person went out of her way to help us
They have everything for spring. Cute Easter plates, bunnies, painted eggs, etc.
I love this place so much that I work there!
Great thank ngs to buy
Fun to browse and find a lot of interesting decor. But also on the pricey side.
Lots of selection. Always spend too much but got just what I needed
What can I say they have what I need.
Whats not to Love?!
Thank you
