First time at this store. I had a gift card and i ordered online and picked up at store. Im glad i did cause if i hadnt i wouldve spent way more. Everything looked neat and organized on the shelves. Fully stocked clean store.

There are so many fun things to look at and the displays are all around you. Great to just wander and get ideas.

The staff is really good but the stocking levels are pretty low: two items I was interested in--a microplane and an immersion blender--were either out of stock or online only.

Got a great blender with extras. Wasnt expecting to spend that much so I didnt bring the coupon for $20 off and they said I could bring it in the next 2 weeks and get reimbursed. Thanks BB&B.

A bit pricey and use to love they accepted all their expired coupons and help to use all that I could, but now they dont. Lost that connection I use to have shopping there or online since then.

We recently moved (which necessitated our visit) and we were able to apply a 20% Off on Entire Purchase to everything we bought to equip the new house. That lowered our out-the-door net significantly.In a perfect world, Id be able to make these purchases from a locally owned and operated shop. But that isnt the reality of our 21st century retail environment.And, as remote, corporate serving shopping experiences go, this rates high on the list. Recommended.

Extremely bad customer service. Never shopping at this location ever. Found what I wanted, went to check out and clerk said it was her break now and switched me to the other counter. New clerk an older extremely sun worn blonde said she had to switch to the other register, made me move my items over while laughing.After switching registers three times I remained expressionless but when she was laughing in my face about it. I said its not funny from customers side of the counter.She got condescending saying Im sorry for hurting your feelings. My response Im done, Im not buying anything here now. She was being a royal bi..ch for no reason. Avoid this location, better yet shop elsewhere.

This BBB has the best customer service. Since they have opened their doors the customer service has always been impeccable. I will continue to shop here. The return policy is also amazing. I love how they take their products back without hesitation. The only question they ask is can we get you a replacement. The entire staff is well trained and is always willing to offer any knowledge of any of the products. This store is well managed and always pleasant to shop in.I recently purchased a Simple Human garbage can from them. The box the can came in was damaged from shipping. I took the can despite the packaging flaw, brought it home and noticed a ding that likely occurred during shipping. I returned the product within minutes of getting it home. They promptly got me a new one off the shelf and I was on my way.I can not say enough good things about how well this store is run and how well the staff is trained to always be so courteous.

Rude, lazy employees. Poor customer service.Four employees stood around chatting at the customer service counter while I looked at items right behind them. Employees seemed offended that I rudely interrupted their annoyingly loud personal conversation when I eventually decided to ask for help to get the item I wanted from I top shelf.There were just a handful of customers in the store, and it seemed all the employees were up front. Dont know how hard it is for one to stop yakking and offer help to a customer right next to them.

Decent selection of products. Helpful staff. Prices seem a bit high, but they always mail out coupon cards which brings the prices down to normal levels.

Its too bad that the sales prices are listed with tiny fine print stating that it only applies to one color or whatever. It would be good to have everything with an actual price tag on it. There are no price check options so youre left wondering until you get to the checkout counter.

I always buy in store when I go in.The 20% off coupon is always the clincher. Although I sometimes wonder what it would be like if everything was just priced 20% less.Overall this is a good place to shop

Didnt have our desired volume. We wanted 12 curtain panels. They only had 8. However they did offer to get some in. So that was great. Also they asked did we want to support the countrys armed forces. We were happy to do so. Thank you all who serve and have served.

You always know what youre getting with Bed Bath and Beyond -- the store carries a lot of good stuff, plus a lot of strange random things if youre in the mood for an impulse buy. You go there for good deals, and thats what youll get, with not a whole lot of frills. Sometimes you get knowledgeable staff and sometimes not, but as long as you know what youre looking for its a solid place to go.

They did not have what I came in for, but gladly ordered it for me. Drop ship to my house at no charge and I used a 20% off coupon. For those who dont know you can use BB&B coupons even after they have expired. I even pass on my extra ones to orher in line.

Lots of cool items for your kitchen and your home I just picked up an avocado slicer-pitter that iv ed needed for a while.

I enjoy the variety of bed and bath linens, especially when I want to buy ensembles or complementary items. Id offer five stars, except that I tend to suffer from the overwhelming scents and fragrances from potpourri, candles, and whatever else -- its like running the gauntlet.

There was the suddenly the longest line Ive ever seen in BB & B...but the long-time manager called all-hands-on-deck, and toot-sweet, the line was gone!

Organized and staff is really helpful. Cant complain about anything other than the prices. Not much sales on the high price items.

Lots of cute stuff for the holidays. Cozy heated blankets, Harry Potter mugs and games, bedding, kitchen stuff, of course, and now Capitola BBB has local sports paraphernalia like fuzzy blankets, mugs, etc. Warriors, SFGiants, As, nice stuff and way cheaper than stadium prices. I think Im going back to buy a fuzzy Giants blanket for my husband to take to home games and snuggle in front of fireplace. They also have plug-in heated blankets that are the bomb! Lots of dog stuff, too.

Alex at Brown Ranch store was extremely helpful. I called asking about white noise machines, and he went back to the department and pulled out three different types and read me all of the information on the phone, then told me how to find that department in the store and to ask for him if we had any trouble locating the machines.
