Good order but not so good cleanliness of a store. Staff is friendly.

I tried the iced peach green tea lemonade for the first time today by Starbucks employee recommendation and its delicious. Would definitely recommend if you like sweet, refreshing drinks. Not too sweet for my tastes. Also tastes natural, not artificial.

A certain employee there who goes by the name of dennis had a very rude attitude when getting me my drink and gave me the wrong size. i come here all the time ive never had such a bad experience. ill think about coming back when hes gone...

Friendly and fast service! Business and customer focused staff that move quickly to get orders out. This Starbucks is the quickest in the area!

The coffee is always perfect. This is not just the kind of place you go for just the coffee. You go for the music, the environment, the atmosphere, and especially the people that serve you. They are the kind of people that brighten up your day and fill your face with a smile just by saying your name as you walk in the door. This is my favorite Starbucks for that and more, and youll feel it as soon as you walk in. Im sure many can agree.

The service here was great. The environment was cool until I discovered my purse being stolen while I went to use the restroom (yes I know. What a dumb decision to leave my stuff). But I asked the people that was sitting around me they said they hadnt seen anyone nearby my work area. I asked the Starbucks employees and the manager had told me they have cameras but it does not record. Which does not make any sense because why have cameras when its not in record mode? Why? Whats the point then? Im very upset at two things, yes my fault for leaving my stuff unattended, for star bucks not having a camera that actually record. Well, I wouldnt know what would they be able to do even if they do have cameras that records...I just hate how people can still be so cruel and steal other peoples stuff. We work hard for what we have just to let some low life ass take it from us! Hope karma hits them bad!!!

Being a Starbucks in the mall and right outside the bus terminal you would think that they would know that at 9 a.m. people are on the move trying to get places like catch a bus. That being said I have to tell you I was absolutely disappointed in the service time also the time to come to the register with someone standing there. Now I realize when you only see one or two you dont think its urgent but five minutes later the line was out the door. Then getting my coffee was a draw out project. Other than that, it was just an average day at an average coffee shop nothing more nothing less. Hands down Ill get my coffee else where. 20 min to get out the door.

Love how fast they are. They got me the 2 frapps I ordered in no time at all. Highly recommend coffee to any how loves caffeen.

Love me a grande mocha frappachino. Their popularity creates a bigger line, longer wait. Too many stores, being affiliated with Dr. Evil. Will not keep me from my frappachino though. Pictures are from Cap Mall area.

Mocha served cold. I was told they didnt have a microwave to warm it up and didnt offer a new hot drink. Not up to standards for Starbucks. I will not come back!

All Starbucks are pretty much the same. Consistent good high priced coffee.

The lady at the front is rude and makes you feel like she is just trying to get things done. Very short and rude with the questions i asked. Horrible Customer service! They need new employees, otherwise the coffee is excellent. But i wont buy here again just for the service i got from the employee.

Whom could turn down a hot beverage or a fanish..perhaps noth as they have yummy drinls,hot or cold.

Typical Starbucks. Can get busy during the summer months. Only complaint is that they dont always clean the bathrooms as much as they should.

Well since I didnt get to finish my last posting Ill just wrap it up to say I believe your employees know whats going on or suspect for certain and for being a family-oriented business I find that way unappropriate Behavior that Starbucks lets takes place in there establishment and if they were concerned businesses they would take steps to eliminate unsavory elements from their business and even to an untrained eye if you sit and watch long enough you can spot who and whats going on maybe with not enough proof to call in law enforcement but enough to know what theyre doing so why dont you be responsible and clean up all your shops because Starbucks is known for letting it go on and the prostitutes will go from one to another to another Sometimes using two or three and one day same with the drug salesman theyll go from one to another waiting for their contacts to either sell drugs or buy drugs Starbucks is the place nice to be known for that right

This Starbucks always feels like it needs to be cleaned. It has something like that sticky coating of a daycare center. 🤢

Not really impressed. Drinks took way too long to come out and some of them were wrongly made. Counters, tables and floors were dirty
