These people do NOT answer the phone to provide customer service. This is the closest local store and just 35 miles from my house. Weve been trying to call twice a day for a week to get some customer service and they dont answer the phone.
Worst company ever . Everyone I know have a problem. Today my sister is on the phone with a representative explaining that $128 was made at the store on tues and now today all phones are off. Before my fiancé switched he experienced the same problem paying his phone bill and phone service being terminated. Of course after you go above and beyond you might be able to get your money back but they may tell you that you paid to keep your phone number and not the service 🤦🏾♀️ very stressful I do not recommend.
I worked at this location beginning of last year. I was living with my mother and sister. My mother had COVID and they still wanted me to return to work so they “discharged” me well at least that’s what they put for the reason of separation. The team lead Jennifer whole vocabulary was profanity and making racial slurs as jokes. To make matters worse I have been reaching out to Jennifer Jackson and Steve Bzeih for my W2 from last year. Would you believe a year later I am still reaching out for that W2 and no one has contacted me or responded to me. Is there any other way I can get my W2 because this company I worked for is clearly not going to?
Staff are friendly and courteous. They go above and beyond to help the customers with any problems they are having.

Been with metro pcs now for couple of years been please until today..phone screen crack..told me nothing they could they could do..buy new phone or change number..regardless i be out of 110 dollars to start over..mention other phone companies..seem not to care what they offered
No good, service is the worst out of any I have had. Tried to get help with better reception, was told to get a booster. Good thing its month to month so I can cancel easily and get real service.
Their customer service is perfect to a T. Along with their phone service. I look forward to going there again! :)
The customer service varies from store to store but the plans and cell service are great and always improving. I prefer the store in Poplar Bluff Missouri, the one in Cape have one or two A-holes working at it at least it used to.
The phone service sucks i have them now and wished i didnt also i pay for insurance and gpt the free phone then my phone messes up and i got to the store amd the tell me i have to call and pay 50 bucks and wait for another phone that was free from the store dont get it
I dont appreciate that the nickel-and-dime you to death also in order to pay your bill you have to pay an extra $3 at the store and further seems to be different every month I live in a basement apartment in the reception sucks I have to make all Wi-Fi calls
I wish that i could give this store zero stars. A bunch of knuckle heads that can not do their jobs. Yes they will get you acrivated so they can get your money and then you are on your own. Metro pcs all around is a joke. Do not give this company your money. I have been fighting with them for over a year jist to get my phone back. Not to mention i could not take the number back with me that i ported to them. Pos cell company and an even worse dealer store.👎👎👎👎
I dont have this carrier, however an employee pocketed his cash payment & the reception is horrible. Never wants to connect to the internet WiFi, and the unlimited data is shoty!
