Tim with AT&T was wonderful. I had trouble a couple weeks prior to my visit today because of some confusion with my account and some employees not being on the same page, nobody could give me a definite answer and management refused to talk to me on the phone regarding my account. Fine, whatever. I went in today after a week and Tim immediately handled the situation. He made some calls and let me tell him my situation and allowed me to explain the details so he knew in full what was going on. He was patient and reassuring and answered all my questions, FINALLY!! I was so relieved to have actual answers to my questions because you know, being on a contract with a company can be scary if you’re a college student. After he straightened out my phone and activated my phone and had everything transferred, I told him I wanted to get a case while I was there because of how clumsy I am. Because of the hiccup earlier in the week he gave me a $60 Speck case for free and then gave me a $40 glass screen protector for free. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy before I left and that seriously spoke in volumes. I have never had such a great experience and I’m really grateful he was there today to help. Jen? I think her name was, was also very sweet and helpful today and I wanted to make sure she knew she did a great job. Thank you guys so much for all the work today because I know straightening that out was tough! 10/10 with customer service ♥️♥️

Trevin was an amazing rep. He did everything he could to lower my bill, added my work discount, put on my new screen protector, and added HBO Max. He worked quickly to keep my time in the store to a minimum and was very conversational. I really enjoyed working with him.I think the store needs to be in a better location due to Chick FIL A customers blocking access to the AT&T store. It is difficult to get in and get out. The store looks good inside and out but the location and traffic conditions need some help.

Last week I stopped in to get a few phones new SIM cards and worked with Kym. She was great and explained how she could save me some money as well as upgrade my account. I came back this weekend to work with Kym again. She was simply amazing. 5 out of 5 on customer service!!

I went into the Cape Girardeau location to purchase a phone. The service was so quick and professional that I purchase a $1100 iphone and left very satisfied. Ive never had service that fast 20min from start to finish. Jonny Powell ( US Army Veteran) needs a raise.

My WIFI is showing unsecure. The store people didnt know how that works. So they gave me an 800 number. No one there know anything about internet security issues. I did get my bank act hacked. So all ATT equipment goes back. Im done.

I traded in my old phone today at ATT in Cape and received wonderful customer service from Justin!! He was efficient, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all my questions. It was a busy day so I understand that mistakes happen, and I understand I was going to have to wait to be seen, but I waited out in my car for an hour before I went in and asked how much longer it was going to be. Come to find out I was never checked in at all. They were never going to come get us if I didnt say anything. I should have went to the perryville store instead. Besides that, their service was at a very acceptable standard

I came in on 1/30/21. Around 1130am Jess v was my customer rep she went above and beyond her job . We had problems setting up my new iPhone se but she didn’t give up plus the manager Michelle was a big help she wouldn’t let me leave the store until my phone was fully working. Jess was a all star I would give her 10 stars she’s a 10/10 for sure when doing her job.. thank u Jess for the help with the new phone and not giving up... From the moment I stepped on the premises I felt like family the agent I worked with Jennifer Brooks was so knowledgeable and helpful and boy did she save me a TON of money and time!!! Would never do business anywhere else!! I went to the Cape Girardeau AT&T store to buy an Apple Watch and an iPhone 12. It was a good experience from start to finish. The safety precautions taken at check in were very much appreciated. I feel very fortunate that Johnny was the person who helped me. He was very knowledgeable about the new Apple watches and iPhones and went over my account with me. His patience answering questions and great personality made it easier to make the decisions and not feel like I was being rushed. My second visit with Johnny to set up my phone went just as well. I went in, gave my info and was told to wait in my car. Was told I was 4th in line. Waited 30minutes, noted 3 or 4 cars leaving the parking lot, but no one coming out to customers waiting in cars. Went back in and was told I was next in line. Mentioned cars leaving and she said they probably came in and didnt want to wait. However 3 cars must have left as I was moved up to #1. I went back out to my car and watched the door. People went in, some came out but no one came out to get a customer from a car. After 15 minutes I left. I will try Jacksons ATT store next.

Went in to purchase a new iPhone and Jess Vickery took care of me, we hit a pot hole but she maintained calm and positive. Fast, smooth and stress free unlike some other workers, Give this nice woman a raise!

I had a great experience with Justin at the Cape AT&T store. Excellent at explaining everything including the price and how to use the phone. Highly recommend using Justin the next time you are at the Cape Girardeau store.

They said my husbands number had been reported stolen. Even though he had paid for his service 2 weeks earlier he had to buy a new service and even though he could prove he was the legal owner of the stolen number he could not get a refund or a credit for the time left on his stolen plan. The next day, the same thing. Buy a new plan, get a new number. The same people who sold the plan to him the day before sold him the 3rd plan but said they would give 2 months of service instead of 1. Thirty minutes later the 3rd number stopped working.

Tristan was excellent! Able to find discounts that essentially cost us nothing for a new phone. Great work!!
