The employee was fabulous and got my cell service switched over from another carrier very quickly.

Cricket has decent plan prices and decent coverage. My issue is with the customer service. They are nice and helpful when they actually get to you. I have had to wait over an hour for help because they only have one or two people assisting. I have never made a trip to the store and be able to leave in under 45 minutes. I understand setting up phones and different things take time. I just think they need more staff. I have called before and there are times nobody will answer. Not good service.
