Marvin was professional and candid about all work to be done. I shopped around for quotes and while Ford Groves was a little more expensive, the comfort I felt doing business with him outweighed the additional cost.I am hoping not to be a repeat customer, but if I ever do need body work Ford Groves is where I will have it done.

I’ve had work done on several vehicles here. None of it has been to fix a catastrophic repair, so I can’t speak to that. My experience with fender benders, parking lot damage, etc has always been top notch. Their employees are friendly and honest about what really needs to be done, and they’ll tell you if parts can be reused instead of buying new ones. I really trust them to do right by me.

Be Leary of ANYONE who insists you leave your vehicle with them to do as they please in private. Any reputable businessman allows transparency. Also, Im definitely not comfortable leaving my vehicle at a place where a message cannot be taken from voice mail, and acted on in some way. I left a message to prevent a part being ordered the next day. The part was ordered anyway, I was never called back as promised. But when I called back for that appointment we talked about, he whined and cried about not being able to return the part he ordered as a result of a mistake in his own office. Btw, its stripping he told me cost $162. Which was not the cost of the part. The $162 was the entire cost of INSTALLING stripping. That has clips. Takes 5 minutes to push on. Aftertalking to him, I was shocked that such a thing should cost that. Turns out, a local auto parts store sold it to me for $12, and I installed it myself. Then there is the matter of my hatchback latch that needed to be replaced. I was given an estimate that included paint and a handle. My hatch back does not have ahandle, nor needs an external part in need of painting to repair this issue. Once I looked closely at his estimate, and pointed this out, this error was removed from my quote. But I am to now trust this stranger with my investment worth thousands. Also is how I earn my living.? Be vigilant folks. Especially single women. I guess he is used to padding insurance claims? I dont know.
