I have to say these guys not only fixed my bumper 2011 BMW 328I in less than a day, due to the lowering kit I have on my vehicle I’m sure this job was not easy.Despite the complications I brought the vehicle back about a week later and not only one but three amazing gentleman came out and fix my bumper in less than 10 minutes. Horrible experience with them. Service is horrible, staff will not help you unless it benefits them. If your vehicle is under warranty & something breaks, do not take it to them. They do not honor warranty. I purchased a $250 battery before my car broke and i got it towed to them. Went to tow the car back from Ford Groves to my house, and the battery was dead. Nobody up front was willing to give me the jumper box in order to jump my car. Finally i got my car to jump and battery will not hold charge. Definitely would not recommend.

I was very pleased with the friendly service at Ford Groves. That day, I had been to 6 different dealer ships just looking, exploring my options. After a long day of seeing many cars, I decided to go to Ford Groves. The staff was very welcoming, & I was able to find a car that I absolutely fell in love with! I contacted Ford Groves because I had gotten a pre-qualify from Capital One. I kind of explained to the team there at Ford Groves what I was looking for and I expected to hear something to the lines of you dont have enough down or you have to have this really old really used car.I was pleasantly surprised when the sales representative got in touch with me to let me know not only had they gotten me into a brand new 2020 with less than a hundred miles on it, the finance manager had negotiated my financing to terms that were outstanding and far superior to Capital One in every way. I had actually had a not so great experience in St. Louis at a different Ford dealership to remain unnamed.. So far, with Ford Groves, I have been treated well with personable service. Thats what I like. I dont like being schmoozed. As with any dealership, customers look for the service after the sale. Usually its not too long before the cabin filter needs to be replaced and on and on. Time will tell. But so far the experience has been good from sales to finance. (From Shawn to Randy.. lol)

I was very impressed with Matthew Skaggs and his expertise. He helped me in ordering my Bronco Sport back in January, but production was delayed to early May. When he had another one on the lot almost identical to what I ordered, he called and got me setup with a test drive and I walked away with the vehicle I wanted well ahead of schedule.

3rd time using Ford Groves service.This time went in for an alignment and oil change on my 214 Ford F-150 and i was greeted hey Mr. Swan how are things today by a very upbeat young man named Daniel. I was shocked he remembered my name because my last visit was a long time ago. I will say I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Took my truck in for the first time to their service department. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Ran diagnostics on the reason for my check engine light. The part is back ordered but this is not any fault of theirs. My experience was positive, and as long as that continues I will take my truck here for all of my service needs.Thankful for a good experience.

Our daughter goes to SEMO and found us a JEEP so we drove down from Hillsboro MO and made a deal and drove it home. Careful. The manager likes to put 5-8K miles on their used vehicles. Also, they didnt get me my title in time so I had to pay the penalty with registration. Do not recommend buying from their used car/truck department.

I have no complaints at all. My salesman was Joe Allgood and it was a very great experience. There was absolutely no bs throughout the entire process. Everything that was negotiated was held up on both ends. There was a pretty good dent on the driver side rear and they got it fixed like it was brand new, thats after we already agreed on the price I was going to pay and the dent was fixed and tires were rotated at no extra cost. The financial part was great too. Troy knew his job well and even gave me some pointers on payments. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Im not that easy to please but they accomplished it with no problem. Joe, Troy, I thank you both

They will help you find your part. They will explain to you the cost of the part, their labor charge, and how many hours to start the project. They will not give you a total hour charge just an estimate. If you looking to get it done right and you dont know how to fix things. Go here. If you know how to fix things they have the right parts and are in the SEMO Area. Note: they are not the cheapest.

Awful dealership. Their service department is terrible. Wouldnt recommend them at all. Vehicle had part recalled and it took over 3 months to get the part and service scheduled. Sad part is the part wasnt on back order. It took several calls to get them to order the warranty part. Then after they dissembled the vehicle, they realized they ordered the wrong part. It would take over 3-4 days to get the right part and refused to give me a rental car. Actually they would give me a rental car or loaner from the dealership but I would have to pay for it. What a joke. Once they finally installed the correct warranty part, the vehicle drove considerably different and even the mechanic working on it said the same. However, service manager said they wouldnt pay for it because it was not their fault. So I bring a perfectly fine vehicle in the shop for a recall and now it runs different and not your fault? Overall bad customer service throughout the place, not just service department. They are known for bad service. Wish I knew before this whole ordeal.

Edit: docked a star, because it is nearly impossible to get in contact with the finance dept. Really frustrating when you have time-sensitive matters to discuss.I bought my used 2013 Ford Focus ST off of Tyler. He was very helpful, and was able to negotiate price with me via email, since I lived over an hour away. He got me a great deal, plus the finance guy was very thorough with me, and helped me warranty the car, and also get a very low interest rate (3%, for my first car purchase ever, financed myself without a cosigner). All in all, very satisfied. Love the car, and appreciate the guys that helped me get it!

We drove over an hour to check out a used vehicle at this dealership. We told the salesman how far away we were from them. We asked if there was any additional info that he could give us about this vehicle. He sent us the info that he had from car fax. When we showed up, the vehicle was sitting waiting for us (very nice that they had it ready). However, this 2017 vehicle had very clearly been in some kind of accident (withheld that info), it was beat up (scratches everywhere, dents, gouges with touch up paint). I’ve definitely learned my lesson & wont ever go to this dealership! When we asked about the accident, the salesman was completely silent & wouldn’t say a word. What a colossal waste of time! This vehicle ran tougher than my 13 year old vehicle!
