No matter how many times I go into Dollar tree for one or two items, I never leave there spending less than $20 plus tax. I have found things at Dollar tree which are the same as things sold next door at Walmart, but at a much lower price. Not all the Dollar trees have the refrigerator / freezers at the back of the store. But the ones that do carry some amazing things.in order to get the real feel of dollar tree, I would suggest that you just walk in and see what Im talking about. I have never been disappointed going into Dollar Tree, and Im quite sure you wont be either. 🙋

This Dollar Tree is something ese. Everything is organizado, clean and beautiful. They should get a recognition for this. I have visited 3 or 4 of DT stores, but this one is the Best.

Worst experience of my life everytime I’ve come in there’s a lady screaming and it sounds like she harassing employees everytime my friends and I came and she just came out like uhm can I help you in a rude tone and we told her we would report her and her name is Lymari her response was that she don’t care. I’ll be taking my money to dollar general instead

Store manager Lymari extremely unprofessional and rude, heard her screaming at the top of her lungs at the workers in the back and had inappropriate attitude with me as a customer of her store. I do not feel welcome in this environment.

I went in to see if they had a cooler, just a cheap Styrofoam one and to my surprise they did! For a $ perfect !!

It was very messy. Also many items were out of stock. The people working need to greet customers and thank them. I said Thank you have a nice day CLEAR AND LOUD AND NO RESPONSE. REALLY???!! Lines were long, I didnt complain or act rude... I work retail and no matter whats happening in my life I MAKE SURE TO GREET AND THANK EVERY CUSTOMER I COME IN CONTACT WITH. A SIMPLE ACT OF KINDNESS CAN MAKE SOMEONES DAY... Kindness and manners are affordable to everyone!!! SMILE WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER...

Found exactly what I needed in no time. Cahsier was super friendly and nice. I needed some cardboard boxes for shipping some items and the manager accommodated me. Good crew, good experiance and of course the price is right for only $1 !!

The place is usually clean and the staff are very courteous. Its a very convenient place for me when Im in need of something.

THIS HAS TO BE THETHE RUDEST GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS ( KIM AND KATHY ) IVE COME ACROSS WHILE SHOPPING. WHILE ON THE ISLE SHOPPING THE MANAGERS WHERE ANGRILY DISCUSSING THEIR WORKERS IN A VERY BAD WAY. HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO KEEP WILLING MOTIVATED WORKERS WHEN YOUR WALKING AROUND TALKING ABOUT YOUR WORKERS. AND THIS ISNT MY FIRST TIME HEARING THIS. ON A SEPARATE OCCASION THE SAME LADY WAS RUNNING THE CASH REGISTER AND SHE WAS HAVING A CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE ELSE WITH A WORKER AND THEY WERE DISCUSSING HOW THEY WERE GOUNG TO HANDLE ANOTHER WORKER IN FRONT ANOTHER CUSTOMERS AND WORKERS. THIS BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I NEED TO FIND A CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER. THIS STORE IS HIDIOUS. AND CALLING WORKERS YOUR PROJECTS IS OUT RIGHT WRONG!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!!

I love buying birthday cards there they have a great selection at a wonderful price. I was also glad to buy some corn chips there that were gluten-free. Never underestimate the Dollar tree

You can find a surprising amount of merchandise for only a dollar. Most items are of very decent quality. And you can now find cold food items as well as canned or boxed. You can have fun shopping without the guilt of spending a lot of money.

I mean if you want to go to a store run by the human embodiments of rampant incompetence, then this is the place for you!

Busy, but well-stocked. Parking is hit or miss because the plaza is very busy, so try to visit during less busy hours if you can. The lines can get long during certain times, too

Arrived 6 minutes before closing time. The lady that said she was the manager (Barbara) had already locked the door. There were still several customers in the store and although I held my phone up to the window to let Barbara see that I had 6 minutes to grab 2 items, I was physically blocked by her from entering while she unlocked and opened the door to allow customers to leave. I asked if it was store policy to close 6 minutes early? She replied that she can close whenever she likes. I asked to speak to a manager and she very rudely explained that I was speaking to her. I will be talking to corporate and letting them know that not only do their managers close early, but they also have no problem putting their hands on their customers.

I was absolutely disgusted at the behavior of the staff at this location. They were loudly and openly bad mouthing the customers in the store. They not only discussed previous customers but customers currently shopping in the store. They were specifically disgusted that someone didnt speak English and asked for assistance finding something. The cashier at the register made comments to me and another guest about how they get so tired of people that dont speak English. I was not in agreement. I was so uncomfortable and turned off. I replied that all people are people. She continued on, saying she couldnt wait for the seasonal visitors to leave and how much she hated them being in town. It was such an offensive negative, judgemental, unhappy environment to be in, I will definitely not visit this particular store again. Customers of any business deserve to be treated like they matter and are not a nuisance. This behavior was truly shameful.

Friendly employees and safe place to shop

This store is very busy this time of year but they do try to keep the store stocked and clean and get the customer out as quickly as possible.

Just walk out of the dollar tree store I spend $19 and pay with a $100 the girl got an attitude towards me because I was paying with an a hundred bill then she was saying softly “I’ll go to the dollar store and pay with a hundred bill” she was very disrespectful towards me the customer. This location is next to at&t del prado Blvd Cape Coral and today is Sunday February 4 2018 @ 1:15pm

Store is always empty, shelves are always a mess when product is available, some employees are nice. Its a typical Dollar tree.

Store hours are wrong close times are listed: Monday - Saturday 9pm closue & Sunday 8pm closure.Came out the bathroom to a closed store was let out by the last employee and told wasnt able to get the last 5 items we had in our hands. Had no clue I was in the bathroom. Poor customer service and poor updates of hours of operation.
