Love the new fries. The chicken was really small. Seems like the pieces are getting smaller all the time.

Order something on the website only to wait outside for 25 minutes with two kids in the car and absolutely did not come out. Called the number two to three times with no answer and come inside only to find out you didnt have the item at all or couldnt find it. I understand its Walmart but Im tired of making that excuse for these companies just to overlook poor service. These employees took this role and this company boasts offering this service, so step it up and act like you want to be in business.

My purchase at walmart was Halloween decorations. I found everything I needed to decorate my car for trunk or treat.

How is it that most of the shelves were being restocked, but no one thought to throw away the rotten fruit? Big piles of rotten fruit and some bugs around them. Employees all seem pretty useless too. Standing around with slack jaws and an i dropped out look on their face. In all the wrost walmart Ive ever been to. One bright spot is everything is automated so you dont have to deal with annoying employees

The staff takes forever to help you. If you can find a staff member. The tire and lube section don’t seem to carry my kind of oil filter. I provided 1 and they still charged me $60 for the oil. Not worth the hassle

I use the pick up option and it is the best way to shop. They bring it out to your car. Its nice because u only buy what u need, when I shop in store always spend more.

Do not even attempt shopping if you need a mobility scooter. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go with my grandfather we get turned away or he has to wait in the car because they don’t have enough electric scooters. He is 88 and cannot walk far. They hoard dead ones and never get them fixed. They say they are accessible but they are not for him and others with mobility problems.

No one answers the phone and when they do they just hang up. Theres no greeting, just click. The line hasnt gone anywhere and I have left and came back, there is STILL just the one person at customer Service all because the money service is never open. The manager that I tried to speak to just ignored me completely.

They are constantly moving the store around, making it almost impossible to find things, blocking off parts of the store that people need access too. Clothing racks are thrown into the middle of the isles of men’s section and you couldn’t walk through it’s a huge mess and this Walmart is always “remodeling” they barely have and cash registers and you always have to wait in a hug line because 40% of the people that use the self check out don’t know how to use it and you are always waiting on a employee that is supposed to be stationed there and you see them not paying any attention and are literally texting or talking to someone outside their section

Best subs and prepared Italian food around. Youll go there for a couple items and end up buying 10 because everything looks delicious! Fair pricing considering the quality. My favorite sub is called The Godfather which comes with prosciutto, roasted red peppers and homemade fresh mozzarella......to die for!

Prices are generally lower than Publix. Selection is good. Huge aisles. Dont expect to find any help from employees. Parking lot is usually a mess. Carts everywhere. Hot food is it worth buying with the exception of the whole chicken. Can be some extraordinary deals in produce. Fishing section is usually a mess and understocked. Hard to find worms most of the time. Beer aisle has been understocked for over a year. However their beer prices are lower than average

Deli person was great. Annoyed that only 2 cashiers. I will leave a cart full before doing self checkout. Yes they were busy at 4pm.

Got new tires they got me in and out quickly. They were very accommodating and thats only the the guy I spoke to I believe his name is Russell hey tell me about a hazard plan because Im included on my new tires.

I dont walk into Walmart expecting much but whatever they are doing to reorganize right now, man, I hope its temporary. Single file aisles, eh? Barely enough room to bend over and check prices. Some are just completely unpassable as well as long and narrow so you have to back out with terrible carts that wont roll properly. I mean, look at this photo. This was today June 3rd, 2021.

Love the greeter and employees are very friendly and helpful.. The problem is the Isles dont have the indexes on them so its impossible to find items using the app now. Also some items are not re-stocked for months on.

What can I say... Walmart has it no matter what you are looking for!! Endless selection at the lowest prices!! We are so blessed here in Cape Coral to have a Walmart store that is staffed with the nicest people and this store is so clean and neat!! Rocco in customer service and Michelle in management are a couple of examples of the right people doing just what they were born to do!! Love these people! Love this store!!

Customer service isnt open when store is!? There was 5 employees standing behind counter talking, finally realized there was a growing line asked customers to the counter.Than had to wait because they forgot to put the money out?! Its not poor customer service Its NO customer service!

I love walmart, it has most everyrhing u need in shopping. However i do believe they need to reevaluate their hiring process, just because an individual has a past doesnt negate them from being a good employee.NOT ALL FELONS are unchangeae. Someones experiences in life teaches them lessons along each individuals journey, it might have taken one a long time to change, sometimes circumstances hinder change until its the RIGHT time. Dont give up on individuality, search the persons demeanor and decide for yourself.Thanks Walmart ur still one of my favorite stores. Its a Walmart. Unfortunately I have to shop here, I used to enjoy going to the neighborhood shops. I used to enjoy supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs. I cant do that anymore, Walmart just plows them over with a big fat smile on their face.

Many shelves empty/sparse. Only 4 cashiers of the only 6. scan and go if want to get out. Problem in my lane... In line 1/2 hour. No apology from cashier or greeting/thank youHave been ordering online for almost a year. Will continue to do online and pick up. And never return to this store.

Poor poor service, ordered tires. Was notified I could pick them up, got to Walmart and they couldn’t find them. Finally found them and they weren’t the right tire not even close. Called Walmart’s customer service line said they couldn’t help me, called the TLE number at the del Prado store, was on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up, someone picked up the phone 3 separate times to just put me back on hold. I used to work at Walmart when I was 18 and provided better service than that. If your gonna have a job and go everyday you might as well do it correctly, don’t show up to do your job half ass’d if I could give less than 1 star I would.

I just moved to this area and this is the closest Walmart for pick up. Im willing to drive a little farther for better service. It took a while for my groceries to be brought to me. People who showed up after me received theirs before me. The first thing I do when I get home is lay out everything and check the receipt. I never received the emailed receipt. So I went on to the app to check what was picked. 3 items were missing. I tried to do a return for the missing items, but received a message that returns were no longer allowed for the order. I called repeatedly for almost 45 minutes straight (my annoyance made me persistent). When I spoke with someone, they transferred me to customer service who never answered. And everytime I called back, it would ring for a couple of minutes before someone would answer and hang up immediately. I finally gave in and called the pharmacy extension just to get a live person and ask for the manager on duty. Apparently they only work until 4pm. I was transferred again and the phone rang for over two minutes before someone picked up and hung up on me again. I decided to go in the next day to customer service. They processed a return for the three items but was told I had to call the 800 number to get an actual receipt.

Its hard to rate while a business is remodeling. We found what we came for. But its hard to organize a group of people no matter how big the business is. We hope the new look makes it easier to shop when its completed.

I shop at Walmart all the time. Besides the parking, I don’t mind it. What I DO mind is the experience we had yesterday with an employee. A woman on her scooter at self check out questioning my daughter about items that she paid for. Insinuating we were trying to steal. I was with my 2 grand children, and my two daughters. We were all tired and hungry and wanted to get the kids home. I understand the toilet paper under the cart but then trying to question other items she purchased? NO! It was complete nonsense!! They were bagged and on her receipt. I don’t know where you came from but maybe you should go back! I never saw you before and I’ve been here 20 yrs! NO! Unacceptable! That is not how things are done. My daughter called the manager and you were wrong! I was ready to go back and return everything we purchased. We spend enough there. No one should be treated like that. You are not security. I’d hate to see it if you were. Horrible. Embarrassing experience. If we were going to steal do you think we would have a cart full of groceries? The manager was nice and she was going to speak with her about protocol. I really hope she was called out on her actions. Watch out for her. She’s a troublemaker!! Let the manager know if she does it again.

Walmart has what you need. This particular Walmart in the south, people were very unfriendly. Where the southern hospitality?

Its a good store, but at times some of the employees are not the best and can be a little rude. Although I have to say the prices here are very good. One thing that kind of annoyed some people was the remodling they did just a little bit ago when they moved everything around.

What can I say, its a Walmart! The shelves were a little sparse here and there but otherwise it was a fine establishment for its kind.

Where are all the employees?You have to self checkout and then even the customer service line is still horribly long, which is especially upsetting during Covid. And you now have to wait for customer service just to get a gas exchange. Also, I have never gone to the store and found everything I needed in stock... Something is always out and its often the same thing. One might think that with computers these days they would know whats running out. Target, Publix, Winn-Dixie are all much better with availability. Not sure where all the positive reviews come from. Target has mostly self checkout, too, but at least you dont have to wait forever for customer service and their product availability is significantly better.

I am so disappointed about Walmart and my experience earlier this week. My 3 years son and I were shopping while two of the employees did not even think about wearing a face mask.This is really concerning to us since COVID. Additional, I sent an email to corporate without a response since!

I love the free pick-up service. All of the reasons I shop at Walmart without all of the things I dislike about shopping at Walmart. The people who load your car have ALL been professional, fast, HELPFUL, and FRIENDLY. They are the complete opposite of the inside employees.

Very clean and the shelves were zoned. Associates were very friendly and very helpful. All saided good morning. Fabric needs to be priced and zoned.

The only place on this side of town to find WATCO lacquer that has the nitrocellulose in it. Might find 3 cans at a time. Really rare stuff unless you buy online.

Just had Cape Coral police tap me on the back and ask me to leave because apparently Wal-Mart asked me to and I didnt, thats a lie, I was simply walking around with my headphones on not bothering anyone I thought at least but no, apparently I was so now I am banned? Thats fine, but the audacity to lie to the authorities and say YOU, Wal-Mart, asked me to leave before calling the police is whats got me pretty upset right now. I certainly wouldnt go back there after this, legally allowed or not, thats disgusting behavior of employees. I also bought something everytime I went inside, so it wasnt like I wasnt a paying customer.

Why does Walmart make returns laborious? If you dont get in the return line very early in the day, you are in a line that backs up forever. Is this intentional to discourage returns? Other retailers are able to handle returns much more efficiently. Especially Target. Can you streamlline your return process Walmart?

Brought my friend there who had a knee replacement. We found broken schoolers. Asked two employees to find a scooter. They never came back. Waited for over 20 minutes. We did not do our shopping!

Employees are extremely rude and the store is an absolute mess makes it extremely difficult to shop and find what you need. It seems all the Walmarts are on a downhill slide. The upper management really needs to review the changes they are making because in my opinion they definitely are not working.

What is going on with moving everything around? Once I found the pet aisle last week, the canned cat food shelves were nearly bare. Gave it another shot today, looked like the same stuff, a lot of empty shelves. Health and Beauty section all FUBAR, too. Found tooth paste, no idea where tooth brushes, mouthwash and floss went!

It is what it is there like always....great People that work handing out the groceries I try to tip them as much as I can when I can but there good people and nice people Ive never had a bad experience with one yet......

Many shelves had the product on the top shelve and labels were not showing. Reached up the grab one and 3 cans stacked on top of each other fell and hit me on the forehead and nose. Pretty good cuts on my face. Never again will I shop at Walmart

The elderly man is a sweet greeter. Love the style of clothes. If it wasnt so filthy, I would give 5 stars. Hire a cleaning crew to clean the store and parking lot. Carts need to be put where they belong.

I was in my Walmart Superstore this morning at 9:15am>I couldnt find what I needed in the frozen food department. an associate named Kevin asked if I needed help.He went above and beyond in finding my item.He checked the freezer and when it was not there he checked his computer and found it was in stock. He left the floor and went into the freezer in the back and retrieved my twice baked potatoes.He was friendly and polite and more than happy to go out of his way for me.It is a pleasure shopping in this store and I thank you so much for having such good people working for you and us.

I was able to go in an out fairly quickly. I didnt quite like the layout of this particular store which is why I couldnt give it a 5 star. The pharmacy staff were extremely nice and helpful. I was there to pick up my prescription after a bad accident I was in the day before and they did not hound me as to why I was limping and fairly quiet. The store was clean and you could see staff members through out the store; unlike some other locations. They seemed like a well oiled machine.

Once again a very poor experience.10 pm the store closes at 11,not pne cashier only self check out.There were plenty of people stocking but no cashiers.Asked a yellow vest woman if there was a cashier and she flipped a no and they will help you at the self vheck out.My reply was a simple Welcome to Walmart where prices are 20 to 70 percnt more and the sevice non exsistent.

My father went to buy some soda and the lady checking out the sodas didn’t want to help he out just because he didn’t talking English but thank goodness there was a nice person behind him that helped my father out. It’s funny that when you go to Mexico and you don’t know Spanish everyone try’s to help you out but over here in U.S.A the people just get mad for not knowing how to talk English how and don’t want to help you out like what makes you think you are better then the rest of us we are all people even if we talk differently or look different. They are in the process of moving everything in the store. Difficult to find what you are looking for, the arrangement right now makes no sense. Cleaning products and veggies in the same aisle? Paper towels and toilet paper separate from paper plates and napkins? But I guess it keeps you wandering and purchasing. I was only there for my Covid vaccine and p/U dinner needs and dairy products. I dont live in Cape Coral so wont be back.

Worst service ever. I pulled up toParking spot and called number. They said they would be right out. They made me wait 45 minutes to tell me my order had been cancelled and there wasn’t much they could do. Walmart needs better hiring, this department is a mess

Always great store to shop but need to correct their COVID19 policy back online. Entirely too many people not wearing a mask.. employees included. Other than that, great place to shop for what you need.
