Always my go to market for fresh produce, seafood, meats,deli and all around great service period.

All the workers and always nice and welcoming here. The store is always clean. I dont mind paying more for the friendliness and smiles 😊 it truly is a pleasure to shop at Publix.

Shopping is great could be a lil cheaper, but you can ready to eat food which is awesome oh and the sushi is amazing they have $5 Wednesdays sushi and I love it.

This place is overpriced as it is, but I had to go to get some orange juice, elderberry juice, fresh organic green tea and propel with electrolytes. Turns out, some of the packets of proper are all harden and crusty. This place blows anyway.

I have always received the best customer service at this location until lately the quality if the food and customer has got to me today 10/19/21 10:49am.First I do want to say YES I had 20 items in my cart when I went to the express checkout where the young girl was standing in the isle because she had zero customers and this is why I chose the express line. She told me I had to many items in my cart to check me out!Yes I had 20 items, 10 of which is packaged gravy & rice packets. And all items are in the top part of my cart where the kids sit. So I went to the next isle where an older lady named Elizabeth was happy to check me out and apologized. The total for the 20 items is $114.38 which is about my normal bill there every few days.I chose to come to this publix store and I chose publix over the dozens of other stores that I can go to but with the customer service going in the toilet, the meat that has been very low quality or expired with a ton of red dye pumped into it just to make it look edible I think I am done coming to publix and I will find a new company to spend my money with.Take my $200 a week away and it doesnt make a dent in your sales but take my $200 with 500 more peoples weekly totals and you are on your way to going out of business.Food for thought!Your service and food brings us in and also away!!

Doras sense of urgency, professionalism, and upbeat personality was such a pleasure to observe. She and Richard seemed to tag team pretty well, even though he wasnt wearing a face mask while preparing sub sandwiches. He was also very helpful. Kris made the check out a pleasant experience, as well.

Well being from Illinois, Im here visiting my son. These prices are outrages. I truly Wish for the resident that either Meijers or Jewel would franchise out this way. A few examples to illustrate my point of view. Chicken breast for 2, $10.00?Really? Steaks $13.99 a lb? You might as well go out for dinner. Bread, $3.29? Major brands in Illinois for $1.89. Bacon, $6.99, for the Publix brand? Are you kidding? Jewel signature brand $3.89. Orange juice $5.89?? Isnt this Florida? Where oranges come from? $3.29 in Illinois. The only reason I gave this place 3 Stars was because of its proximity to my sons house & the very courteous employees. I feel sorry for Florida residents because they are getting RIPPED OFF, just to eat. My goodness. Thanks, but NO THANKS!!

Produce department looked amazing & stocked!! Out of cold valasic pickles, out of white/choc/mocha drink & no MD Ampd drinks. Everything else was stocked!!!

Always Fresh Fruit and the Deli Service was Great

This is my every other day regular stop as it is less than one mile from home. Throughout the entire covid thus far, masks have been required to enter the store. I arrived today, after reading of a massive resurgence with cities and towns starting to shut back down... and MORE THAN HALF of the customers are inside without masks, herding around the deli counters and all crowded together, making it impossible to pass through safely. WHY?? Since when did they change their acceptance of this? Especially when everyone else is still requiring it???Utterly disappointed that I will have to move on to another store to feel safe. Thanks for ruining my shopping experience, Publix.

Why are masks not Required for entry ??Why did Publix drop the ball?Target has an employee at the front of the store to ensure all who enter where a mask, so does Walmart!I just got home from Publix and at least a third of the people in there have no masks. I didn’t make it this far to get Covid now, wear a mask, even if you don’t like it. And SHAME on Publix for not enforcing masks. 😢

What an awesome place to shop, they were open during the whole covit shut down and continue to stock the shelves the best they could and continued to supply some of the best customer service I have ever seen, The meat department has two awesome people working there, Bre and Richard who literally go out of their way to help me every time I come in and ask them for anything special. Very busy, but always clean and well-stocked. The parking lot has more than one exit, so everybodys not being funneled down the same path - to me, that is an exceptional feature! Also, I love the cutouts in the medians for the cart return!

This store is always clean. Now with the virus they are cleaning the shopping carts. I needed a cake, the bakery department was helpful as they always are. The baked goods are delicious. Keep up the good work! We, the shopping public, appreciate your hard work to keep us safe!

I just left this location and didnt buy anything. SEVERAL employees were not wearing their masks properly- one in a manager type shirt even had hers pulled down to her chin while leaning down talking to an elderly gentleman in a motorchair! Also, while passing the bakery, there was someone behind the scenes not wearing a mask at all! She was handling unwrapped baked goods!!I work retail, too, and we have to keep our masks on properly AT ALL TIMES within the building, or there are consequences-- it is for everyones safety and piece of mind.This crud isnt over yet, but you are allowing your employees to be slack minded about the publics safety.How is this acceptable, Publix???I will be shopping at the location on Pine Island from now on. Which is a shame, as this store is right across the street from home...

Stock your shelves, have products and goods to sell. That is their one job. Do your job!!!Short staffed is an excuse and a recurring excuse at this Publix location. Weekdays, weeknights, or weekends the deli and other areas of the store have said sorry, we are short staffed. Publix is a grocery store, I expect the deli to have the pre-made subs and sandwiches they advertise and the wings they also promote but no... they can make a sandwich ring and it will be ready in 2 hours or wings will be ready in about an hour.No way!!!

Publix is just a little pricey, but they have just a about everything there.

Why are you allowing people nealing over your deli food, especially without mask. I understand you cant enforce masks in your store but, why not enforce distance away from counter with fresh food????

The people at Publix are making sure everything is sanatized. Each cart is cleaned on all surfaces that you touch. I never hesitate to let the associates know how much I appreciate what they all do.

I’m not one to usually complain or say negative things about anyone or anything and if I ever did i always kept them to myself. I always do my shopping at the Publix on Kismet and Del Prado and it’s very sad to say this is the first time I’ve ever been dissatisfied with an employee or anyone at this location. We got a 32 pack of the Nestle water bottles today and when we picked up pack today the bag ripped open and the water bottles were falling out. We turned around to find an employee available to help us out so we can get another water pack that is not damaged or that have possibly been tampered with. Well, the employee who was standing right next to us stocking the shelves with the gallon water jugs gave us a very nasty attitude shoving me out of the way saying I’ll take that very rudely and snatched it out of my hand. I’m a little bigger then this kid and you would think that if someone ever did that to me I would probably hurt them but that’s not the person I am and that’s not I handle situations like that. Also, I seen him literally throwing things down instead of setting them down nice and neatly.So after that I go back to talk to him and ask his name and at first he didn’t tell me until I got a quick glance of his name tag and his name was Adam. I told him thanks you very much and I’ll let your manager know of the rude behavior your having today around your customers. His exact response was go ahead I don’t care. That does not mean that I won’t still shop at this location because I love this one and everyone is very friendly. This is just a first time dealing with a disgruntled employee. I work in a restaurant so I do believe that customers do come first. Please, tell me if I’m wrong or has anything like this ever happened to any of you folks.

Publics is our grocery store of cholce for the 12 years we have lived in Southwest Florida. Excellent people work there and Publics supports the community very well. Good choice of products, fresh fruit and Vegetables. A friendly and helpful staff.

Just want to say im through with Publix. Everytime i go there there is an issue. This time the bottom of the box of fried chicken i had opened up and went all over I was in a rush and not much time. I call out to the lady because I didnt have enough hands to get my wallet and phone off the display and it took 3 times to get her attention away from another Co worker and all i said was i need help please didnt say why and all she could do was say Ill get someone for you and walked away.

I love Publix....Ive been a Florida resident for over 30 yrs now and never knew what a Publix was until i moved here. When people think of Florida, Publix usually comes up in the conversation if you talk about Florida long enough. Best deli, bakery, and fresh seafood in the state. They might be a little more pricey than others, but if you are a smart shopper, you can get really good deals if you have the patience to find them.
