I always get the sushi here. It’s amazing, some days they might have it others not. But there’s always a sale on Wednesday for sushi. It’s always fresh. I always go here to shop, and it’s just overall a great store. Good prices, good staff. And it’s clean too :)

It is a very nice Publix, it is well stocked and I like where it is located, very clean and organized and the employees are nice and friendly. I usually go to the Publix off of Pine Island Road and Del Prado but I was over on this side of town and I definitely liked this one. Not as big as the one on Pine Island Road but its still nice, and in a good shopping plaza. Also they clean all the carts with disinfectant just like the other locations. They are back to closing at 10pm again as well, which Im happy about.

Publix was out of a few items today at the deli.Out of Jojo potatoes.Out of deviled eggs.Out of a lot of the Mama mancini stuffPretty much out of everything you need to make a tray of food for the deli.The chicken tenders I got were dry and the sweet potatoes they offered me were like eating potato chips. I tried to call up the store after the fact and they dont answer the phones.I mean its 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon and everything that you need to eat at the deli is pretty much out. Im hoping that next time they have stuff ready to eat.

Best Publix Ive ever been to! Polite, attentive, caring, and more than willing and able to help you find anything and even bring your groceries out to your car. Thats a whole other level of customer service folks. Awesome is the word to describe it.

It was pleasant.. did you know that Jimmy Dean has a plant-based sausage egg and cheese croissant? You can get them at Sams club. Why cant you get them at Publix?

Very clean and well organized store. As I entered the automatic front doors, a gentleman employee offered me a cart that he had clearly just finished wiping down with sanitizing wipes, and as I thanked him and took it, he proceeded to wipe down the next cart behind mine. The selection was fantastic; kudos to the pharmacy/cosmetic department for having everything I could have hoped to find and more. Most of all, Id like to think that cashier who checked me out (unfortunately, I did not get her name), because she was very sweet and smiling from ear to ear, as far as I can tell with a mask on! I will definitely be coming back

Well its publix you know what to expect... more expensive than other grocery stores, better customer service, better quality in food choices, if there are more than two people standing in line to check out and all the other checkouts are full they will open up a lane and get you out of there faster than if you were standing in that other lane...

Fast, friendly service. They are not well stocked with gluten free options. But when you are visiting for a little while, you must learn to use unfamiliar items.

The store is always clean. The staff at the bakery is more than happy to help with all your needs. We like the selection and the checkout.

Your Mardi grad wings are delicious however your packaging is the worst!! Can’t fit in the hand basket and when tilted, leaks! Leaks in my bag in my car!! Please bag it like your other wings!!

Ordered a sub almost 40 minutes in advance after a 12 hour work day. I get to Publix to see my sub isn’t in the ready line. I wait about 10-15 minutes before I’m even helped them when i mention my order I’m informed “the machine ate my order ticket and they never made it” 40 minutes and they waited to tell me that. I can’t win at this Publix. I either order in store and have to wait 20 minutes or i order online and have to wait at least the same amount of time. This location needs to step their game up. Avoid the deli and you might have a pleasant experience

Overall I personally fine Publix to be a pretty decent store. It reminds me of a small market chain that I used to see at home. This location in particular has a Boars Head Deli alongside their standalone deli. One of my favorite features is the sushi bar, they make fresh sushi each day and have a few varieties of rolls. The cashiers are fast and very friendly would rate them a 5/5. The only reason the overall store didnt get a 5/5 was because I think the store layout is a bit flawed. Id recommend taking a page out of Walmarts book and having a grocery section and a home section so you dont have to walk all around the store, this would be especially helpful for older folks, especially considering the diagraphic of the local population and their customer base.

I go to Publix for their weekly specials especially like this week when they have half gallon Blue Bell ice cream on sale. This week it was$4.99 per half gallon. This is a very good price and is some of the best ice cream. Its usually $ 7.29.

Took my Mom there to get some over priced groceries,which she shouldn,t have to buy.But the Promised Land ALF their food is only Spanish food,which some people don,t like,and they don,t speak any English at all.That,s a big problem in communication.

Went to get my husbands covid-19 vaccination. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. When I got to the cashier it was one of the ladies that had helped at the desk. She said Hows Curtis doing? She remembered his name and everything. Great experience ♥️

I was in the 10 item less line and the cashier rudely pointed out I had 12 items and told me to move to another line. So I left all my items and went to Winn Dixie and bought what I needed.

I hate the fact that publix is set up differently. I think the produce isle is on the left side and its not. I would be better if they were set up the same. I often times have to walk from one side of the store to the other. Then never fails. Some customer take up way too much time at customer service. Its always an inconvenience.

Great store, the bakery goods are fantastic as well as those that work in it! We are big fans. Not the least expensive place for sure but the deli sandwiches, and meat department is excellent. It is clean and conveniently located on Del Prado in SE Cape. We will continue to shop there!

Ive worked for Publix for about 10 years. Ive only been shopping at this one for... Under 6 months?Its purely out of convenience. The selections are limited, they run out of what you want, and I just bought expired items.Its more frustrating when you work for the company (I dont work at this location).

Kudos to this Publix...great customer service! Bag split open and cole slaw went splat! I went in with receipt and it wasnt even needed...they told me to just get another one! The evening was saved! Thank you Publix!!

Came in to see my favorite friend who I though still worked here come to find out he ended up quitting his job at publix. You will never meet a more hard working man like Jake. Everytime I came in that young man would help everyone no matter who they were, seen him several times pay for costumers groceries when they couldn’t afford it. That young man could changed the world and give you everything without asking for anything in return. Very sad knowing he didn’t get the opportunities he deserved.Hope we’re ever he is he’s making those around him smile and proud of him. Thank you jake for always helping those at publix when no one was watching.

This review is for the pharmacy inside.My husband, son, and I went here to get flu shots because of the price for uninsured people. A few updated websites for 2020 said Publix flu shots were $30 for people without insurance but after I got there and waited, I was told it was $48 and they didnt know why. There was a lot of commotion going on in there at the time because another customer was yelling and cursing at them, it was horrible. The pharmacist who gave us our shots did them quick and painlessly though, and also answered my sons questions about the flu shot. We each got a $10 Publix gift card when we were done! Overall, it was disappointing because of the cost issue, but made up for it with the friendly and professional experience with staff. I probably wont go back again next year, Ill find somewhere cheaper.

The store itself was fine but the parking lot did not have any handy cart corrals. Loose carts everywhere, up against cars. I wont return until they rectify this. Its not worth damaging my car for.
