Great cigar selections. Better than most cigar shops.

Never knew a liquor store was this nice. Went to buy wine for gifts, the staff was very helpful since I dont know much about wine.

The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. We called in to see if they had toasted coconut rum and they even put it behind the counter for our arrival. Great staff clean environment.

Exactly what I go there for is exactly what I leave with every time, And to me, thats far better than being the cheapest. With that being said, their prices are fantastic as well.

The place is nice... all the staff were very helpful and made some great recommendations.

ABC has a wonderful selection and great prices but I have a caveat. Their buyer program leaves A LOT to be desired! You spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars and you get a small coupon that you have to print and show (or bring up on your phone) and it has a very short eligible period. I have also spent enough to gain access to the vault (special values). I received an e-mail that the vault was open but didnt see the e-mail until a day later and when I tried to access the vault the website blocked me stating that the vault was now closed because I didnt access it in time. In short, I think I should be able to punch my phone number in at the register and receive my coupon and/or discounts automatically. This is perhaps the weakest frequent/best shopper program out there, imo.

We mostly go to North Fort Myers location. Staff is so so kind, on the ball & helpful! The Cape Coral store is very nice. We go there (when were over there).

Whoever I was driving was in and out quickly so Im happy..

This is the first time that I’ve gotten told that I’m not allowed to buy any liquor even when I shown proof of my ID. I did not like the cashier tone about the way she communicated her message; whoever was working on 9/9 at 7:15pm, It was so unprofessional of her and felt disrespected about everything. She made it sound like we didn’t have the money to purchased at all

Not too bad. They have a lot of the basics but if you want anything off the mainline they will not have it. Maybe it is just because I am from Wisconsin but I am used to a broader selection.

Selection is awesome. Not to much like some of the other stores. Easy in and out. Staff is friendly and can help you find something. Selection of seasonal beers was decent. International selection of liquors from all over the world.

I really want to give this place 5 stars but the first time I went to pick up a particular beer the cashier was very arrogant with me. I was looking for a particular beer that they carry but the cashier snipped at me saying they dont carry it anymore and didnt know where I had heard that from. Thankfully another employee looked up the beer and said they could order it for me (and that they still carry it). They did special order it for me and I picked it up a week later. They are excellent at ordering beers or wines for you personally and setting them aside so you can pick the item. The prices are decent, they have a wide selection, and almost all employees are very friendly and helpful. They also carry a beer my husband loves that we have a difficult time finding at other liquor stores. If it wasnt for the cashier, who left a bad first impression, they would have 5 stars.

ABC didnt have or know anything about my favorite Puerto Rican Rum, Havana Club

I was always a fan of total wine but as of this holiday season I will be a loyal customer to ABC wine. They had the aguardiente no one else had.

Staff is always nice and very helpful. Ask and you shall receive. Prices are pretty standard for this area. Store is clean and location is good. Easy in and out off Del Prado due to a traffic light right on the corner.

Found the peanut butter whiskey called Screwball we were looking for.

Very nice people. Wine selections were limited due to lack of product.

Amazing selection!! I love that every bottle has a description accompanying it so you really know what you are purchasing!! They also have a little gourmet cheese cooler, as well as a cigar area. They even have a rewards program!! Cmon now, cant beat that!!

Very friendly staff. Assisted with bringing purchases to my car. They are social distancing and wearing masks. In one of the states with the highest covid rate it is great to see a store that actually is doing the right thing!

They have a nice selection of alcohol to choice from. Clean, orderly and the staff is very friendly.Only drawback was their selection of wine coolers, it was very small.They also have a humidor for cigars and the prices where more than ideal. Not as pricey as other stores.

Walked in without a mask on and was screamed at by an employee behind the register!! 50 feet away.... she made a spectacle of me! 3 min to close.... said “get your mask or get outside!” Sadly, Cape Coral ABC Liquor will not get another dollar from me. Rude service, wrong way to handle years of being a loyal customer.

Good place to take some spirits home. If you are not careful and over indulge they will haunt you the next day. But a great place none the less. The staff is friendly and they are very well stocked. Wide range of wine. Prices are fair.

Awesome event especially when you are trying to find different wine or liquor but dont know what it tastes like thats the event to go to..The Catering appetizers were also very delicious. Lots of great people to meet especially if you are trying to Network. Most important the Manager and staff very friendly and caring I will definitely do this again..I recommend bring some water.

Great selection of various alcohol and beers. The staff is super knowledgeable about all their products. Went in today for some rum, but needed different than the normal labels. The young lady, sorry dont remember name, who helped me, could describe various rums to their tastes and how each was different from the next. Thank you for the selection.

I have been going to this location for about 4 years when I lived nearby. Remember the renovation. A couple visits while on vacation for the holidays there was quick lines. I may have been lucky and had the same guy cashing me out. He was joking and calling me Michigan (my shirt). Good beer selection, but I didnt find my first choice. No worries.

Great staff. Really broad selection of wines. Picked up a Stags Leap Artemis at a good price along with a couple bottles of Charles Mignon at less than 50 a pop...

We used to travel over the bridge to the other side of paradise in order to make our purchases of liquid libations. But we took a second look at ABC Fine Wine and Spirits – and Im glad that we did. Prices are competitive with the other side of the river, and staff is friendly and helpful. Selection is top-notch as well!

George found the 🍻 beer he was looking for, bought it warm as we were traveling. Floor manager very chatty, knowledgeable of his stock & store. More $$ then box stores (Walmart, Publix, etc...), but worth the stop & purchases (husbands opinion)
