Communication very poor. Slow diagnosis, slow part ordering, slow repair overall. Had my vehicle Tues 0830, diagnosis late after 4:45pm. Wednesday nothing done, submitted for warranty auth. Done Late in day and possibly ordered part that day. Truck 1/2 completed Thursday. AC FIXED…RADIO/GPS/CARPLAY….Same concern mentioned at every service appt and never fixed. I can’t be the ONLY customer experiencing the same tech issue.We will not return to your service center. Trying out other Chevy Service Dept in the area.

This was my first time at this dealership. I made an appointment for an oil change. The appointment time was for 11:00AM. I arrived just around 11 and my advisor Sherry walked over to me within a minute. I also inquired about an issue I thought I was having with my car. She said I will ask a mechanic your question. Well I not only got a response but a print out explaining my question. I was asked to sign an estimate sheet for the oil change and was told the type of oil that is used. I signed and sat in the waiting room which was clean. My wait was about 45 minutes. The estimate for the oil change was $22.00 less and I was charged accordingly. So, my experience was perfect. Absolutely ridiculous! Is the only word I have for my experience. I brought my truck on Tuesday 8.24.21 at 8.30 am for a noise in the front driver side, never heard anything that day at all! I called around 5 to get a update they didn’t answer it went to voicemail so my husband went up there to see what was going on at 5.30 pm To our surprise they never even looked at it! Nor gave a call to let me know that they didn’t get to it today it would be tomorrow. Which would have been fine if they did so I could have rented a vehicle, I work nights and my kids go to school in the morning that truck was my only transportation. Finally got a call at 11.18am on 8.25.21 stating they found my vehicle needed breaks, brake fluid change and a hub bearing it would be $1400! My husband said absolutely not when he did not think sound was coming from hub anyway well we then declined services since my husband is mechanically inclined he himself added new brakes and a brand new hub assembly the same night in under 2 hours. And what do you know it wasn’t even the problem there is still the same sound!!! So say me being a girl maybe they thought they could get away with whatever they told me! How horrible would it have been if I accepted their services and I was out $1400 with the same problem still going on I came in for !

I made an appointment to check a noise in my engine compartment while idling, and a vibration in the engine or transmission while in gear and stopped with a foot on the brake. The service tech was unable to find any unusual noise in the engine during idle. He did feel the vibration when the vehicle was in gear and stopped with the brake engaged. The service rep said it may be the beginning of some wear on the engine mounts, but not enough to warrant replacement yet. I also had my rear differential fluid changed during this appointment. The diagnosis of my concerns was done quickly and professionally as was the differential fluid change and at a fair price.I would definitely use Roger Dean Chevrolets service department in the future.

Where do I start???? Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation APPOINTMENT!! Yes, appointment.. Came five minutes early and the people were very nice and polite. I was told it should take and hour to finish. 3 hours later I am still WAITING!!!! They explained that the type of oil needed for my Tahoe they didn’t have so they had to “order” it. Then after 2.5 hours I went back up asking what was the deal? She explained that they had some new tires to put on another vehicle so the machine was NOT available for my vehicle so I will have to WAIT another hour. My reaction was “ I had an appointment this is absolutely bad service”. The lady just rolled her eyes at me. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience! When we came in to find a new family car, I was worried we would be pressured or steered away from the vehicles we wanted to look at. That was not the case at all! It was a long day at Roger Dean Chevrolet. I arrived at eight oclock for an eight oclock appointment. At ten thirty I was told I needed a new water pump. I was offered a shuttle ride home as the repairs would take three hours. I stayed at Roger Dean Chevrolet and read some short stories and watched Fox News for a few hours. The repairs were covered by warranty so the new water pump was free with a two year warranty for parts and repair.

BILL STYLER arranged to have someone pick up our vehicle take it in for an oil change and returned it to us within a few hours. The driver was courteous and pleasant. It was so nice of them to do that. They went above and beyond what any other dealership does. My husband is disabled and that made it very convenient for us and we never had to leave the house.Cant remember the gentlemans name that picked up and dropped off the car. The service department went down the tubes. Last month I called three times for new tires and was on hold for more than 10 minutes each time. I went to Firestone instead. Today I arrived at 9am for a 9:30 appointment only to be told that they would not work on my car until this afternoon. I explained that was not my understanding when I made the appointment. The service advisor “Billy” who made a big deal about how he did not have time to check me in then argued with me. Apparently he only has two technicians and they’re not sitting around waiting for my car to show up. That’s not how appointments and customer service at my business work. Shame on Roger Dean

Made my appt on the website then was called the next day to say the appt wasn’t available. Got a new appt and when I came home the screws from my cabin filter were on the passenger floor and my insurance card (which was in the glove box) was also on the floor. I’ve had problems with the service dept since the day I bought my car. I’ve bought many cars from different dealerships and none has been as bad as Roger Dean. It’s like they really don’t care about their work at all.

I had an appointment for 10 am and wasnt even contacted until 10:10 am. Then waited another 5 minutes until someone came to write up my service order. I was there for a routine oil change and maintenance. After almost 2 hours I asked what was taking so long and then was told it was done a few minutes later. I went to the cashier and she said the keys were in the car. They werent. I had to ask Billy for my keys. I then took the car to the car wash down the street as there was oil on the drivers door and the back hatch door. I was very disappointed and would really consider never returning. My husband is looking for a new car in a few months and now we may consider a different dealer due to the lack of service.

Not happy at all!! I first took my car to get an oil leak fixed on December 1, 2020. I spent $350 for Billy to tell me that all was well and everything was fixed....no more leaks.I dont drive my car often and a few days later, I see oil on the floor of my garage. I figured it was residual oil from lack of them thoroughly cleaning the car.Nope....that was not the case. I took my car back on December 30, 2020 to only find out that I have a leak somewhere else and that it will cost me $900. Not my fault that it was missed the first time around. I expect a dealership to be 100% thorough. I dont trust them anymore. Not only that, my appointment was at 10a on 12/30/20 and did not receive a call, so I had to reach out the next day, 12/31/20, only to find out they hadnt even looked at my car. How do you keep my car overnight without discussing anything with me? What was the purpose of the appointment?I am very angry and will be making a formal complaint. I will not be going back to Roger Dean Chevrolet ever again and I would advise you all to go elsewhere.1/4/21 Update: I spoke with the manager and he basically told me that they cant find all the leaks at once and offered the repair at $750. Are you kidding me!!?? Youre a dealership. If I bring my car in for an oil leak, I expect a thorough inspection and repair. After all, it is my hard-earned money that will be paying for the work. Its not like its being done for free. Thank you, but no thank you. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately I received no more information about the radio issue after another diagnosis than I provided the Service Advisor before the appointment began. At the end of the day, I still sit with a $50K plus 2020 Silverado with a radio that does not work properly. No clear path to resolution other than waiting for GM to push another software update sometime hopefully within the next 3-5 months. The issue has been ongoing for a year and it would appear I will be waiting longer. GM should be ashamed and the dealership should have a better answer than it is up to me to take the issue to GM since the dealership is not authorized for any repairs GM has not approved. Where is the customer advocacy?

Worst customer service ever!! I. I scheduled a schedule maintenance, wheel alignment, and replace a light bulb. I left my car at 9am at the parts and service center, and I came back at 12:39, at that time they said that they didn’t perform anything because I dropped my car, and they said that the car will be ready at 4:30pm. When I came to pick up my car, they said that the machine to align the wheels is broken. When I went to the cashier I also noticed that they didn’t change my oil and filter as requested, so I spent all day waiting for my car just to replace the light bulb. My service consultant was John Somers, he was the same person who the last visit I requested the price of the tires and Berger gave it to me; consequently, I bought the tires at other place .

I bought a used car about 3 months ago now. It is my second purchase with roger dean. My first experience went off with out a hitch and was very pleased with my purchase. Once the Equinox hit 6years old, the transmission went out along with the timing chain. Although I was hoping for more longevity with that purchase I was told these newer cars dont last like they used to and its normal for transmission la to go when you hit over 100k miles. My car had 113k. After finding out this information I decided to purchase another new to me car (used). I purchased a 2017 brick envision. This was my dream car. Sam was an excellent sales man and closed the deal easily. Financing went great and the deal was closed quickly. After driving my new car for several week I found that it has a putrid smell that I cant not remove and the breaks squeak upon pressing them all the time. Not just in the mornings or when wet. I have taken the car back 3 times now and it did not go well at my last visit. I was told by the used car manager that they have tried all they can and what more do I want from them? I dont know, I guess 22k isnt a lot of money to some, but to me its A LOT of money. I guess what I wanted is a car that doesnt smell and makes noise. I was told, not much they could do after it being SO LONG after my purchase. Nothing has helped the smell and the breaks still squeak. I guess smelly noisy cars are normal and what you get when you buy used. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing anymore vehicles from Roger Dean!

I took my car in at my scheduled 10:00am appointment time on Thursday. I did not hear anything from them all day. My husband called them at 4:00pm, and they had not gotten to my vehicle yet and said that they would not until the next day. They called me in the morning on Friday and said that it was a oil pan leak and that it would be fixed and ready by the early afternoon. The afternoon came and went with no phone call. When my husband called them around 3:30, they said that they had just gotten it up on the rack to fix it??? Now, Im not a mechanic, but it doesnt take that long to make that kind of repair. Also, how did they know that was the problem if it hadnt already been on the rack??? When it was finally complete, we did not receive a phone call. We had to call them again to inquire about the status.

Today we were skeptical about going to a dealership to look for a new car. Luckily I was referred to Luis Garcia and he did amazing with our purchase from beginning to end. He helped find a vehicle to meet what my parents wanted and he was straight to the point with numbers. No back and forth with the games that dealerships usually play. He got us a great deal from the value of our trade to the price of the equinox we purchased. I cant say anything bad about this experience at a dealership. I have had so many bad experiences that it made me hate buying a car. But today I was very pleased with my purchase. I recommend seeing Luis for your next vehicle purchase needs. Allan the finance manager also did a great job he got us in and out in an adequate time.

My wife and I were in the market for a used truck. We stopped by several places before we came to Roger Dean. The experience here compared to other places was night and day. Axel promptly greeted us and showed us the initial truck we saw online and then showed us another truck that we instantly loved. The truck was priced right. We were given fair value on our trade. The used car manager, John, was great. Overall, it was the best dealership experience that weve ever had. We highly recommend Roger Dean and if you do go ask for Axel!

Ive been so busy with life that I almost forgot to write this review! I contacted the dealership in search of a 3rd row vehicle asap! Mickey was amazing he did everything over the phone and had my approval and my amazing certified pre-owned suv cleaned and waiting for me just had to sign some quick documents and out the door I was. I have been to countless dealerships in my life and not one compared to this one. Everyone was respectful, acknowledged myself and my kids and treated me like a queen buying a brand new Bentley haha 😄 thank you mickey and the team at Roger Dean for making my experience easy and unforgettable!!!!

UPDATE:So Im a GM-S family employee member and was completely upset and dissatisfied with Roger Dean. So our lease end was coming up Nov 2021 and I really didnt want to wait to buy a new Silverado until November with the state of the truck situation right now. So I stopped into Estero Bay Chevrolet because they had a Z71 Trail Boss I was interested in on the lot. I really wasnt serious in buying over that weekend but they ran me a deal and when they came to the buyout of my 2018 Traverse that I leased at Roger Dean they informed me I was way over on my mileage already... but yet I still had roughly 5000+ miles till my lease end. Well, come to find out, the Traverse that I leased was Daves, the general managers personal vehicle he was driving at the time, and it had 2,800+ miles on it. Instead of adding our 36,000 that we were entitled to for the lease to the miles already on the demo vehicle, they subtracted the mileage on the vehicle from our 36,000 miles so we basically ran out of miles at right about 33,050 miles in GMs paperwork. The deal they gave me was really good so I went ahead and did it and pick the vehicle up on Saturday. Monday I called Dave at Rodger Dean and explain the situation to him and all he could say was I guess you should have came and seen me to buy a truck and I could have fixed the situation, and I would have given you more money on the buy out!I wont be doing any more business at Rodger Dean Chevrolet anytime soon and will spread the word.Car buying experience was great, staff is great. Had to go back twice for stuff they had forgotten (floor mats, cargo cover, and paint damage) and they never cleaned inside the car before we picked it up. It was a demo vehicle that General manager was driving with close to 3000 miles on it and they wanted us to bring it back a 3rd time to clean it up.
