It so nice when you visit retail store these days and the staff actually seems to care that you are there to make a purchase. Adam went above and beyond to make sure that we purchased the correct battery for our car and then he installed it. All the while being very friendly! We really appreciate his great customer service and expertise! Thank you Adam!

Stopped at Autozone located at 1023 Del Prado Blvd S and asked them to check my battery. The gentleman that assisted me was very nice and checked the battery (it was dead). He then got me another battery and put it on my car for me. It was such a relief to me that he was so gracious about replacing the battery. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Went into AutoZone yesterday with my son for a battery, we were met by Adam, we have been using this store for about a year now and I have to say Adam was very knowledgeable, outgoing and it was a pleasure working with him. We were in and out in under 10 minutes and thats with changing the battery. We will be going back for all our needs thanks to him.

I visited the AutoZone on cape coral parkway twice in the last month and was helped right away by knowledgeable staff who had me in and out in no time. Marc helped me once and the last time Oscar helped me. Both are very good and helpful.

AutoZone Auto Parts on Del Prado is the absolute best place if you need parts or have questions about your car! They provide customers with phenomenal service that is quick and efficient. I needed new wiper blades, and had no idea what size I needed. They helped me out at the front desk, and replaced my blades for me. I was out and ready to get back on the road in less than five minutes. Theyre truly incredible!On another note, they have a strong variety for any auto part you may need. You can choose from a variety of oils, battery chargers, wiper blades, tools, headlights, and more.I would highly recommend.

Every time I come in here I have to wait a very long time for service. Also they do not give core returns on small power sport batteries. I understand that sometimes transactions can take a while at an auto parts store but I have sat and waited for almost 10 minutes only to find out there was another employee in the back that finally came to help me. The guy at counter could have easily called him. This has happened more than once.

Stopped in at OReillys first. Guy behind counter never looked up from the register and acknowledged me standing there needing help, so I walked out. Went next door to Auto Zone. The minute I walked in, I was greeted by Tracy - even tho she was with a customer! She was helpful, kind, and fast. With so many auto parts stores to choose from on Del Prado, Auto Zone will get my business.

Tall guy possibly a manager with tattoos all on his arm.. Needs to treat customers with respect! Ive been going there for 4 years and spend several thousand on all my five vehicles.Spent almost $300 that day and wanted to return a core to get some money back. Also had a $20 rewards points. He wanted to use my core money for the extra supplies that I needed. I told him I wanted to use my rewards to pay for the supplies then had an attitude then he tossed my change onto my hand like if I had germs. There are many other Auto Parts to choose from in this area..All other personnel has been nice to me for the last 4 years.

Well I needed a new car battery. I did my research online compare prices and such. Looked for location and service. I decided on this location. I went there on a sunday morn. As I thought it was quiet. The clerk( I failed to get his name ) was extremely helpful. Told him what I needed. He proceeded to test and confirm my battery. It needed to be change.He offered choices. I told him my choice. The battery was replaced and transaction was completed in about 15 minutes. Great
