I stopped in for a paint sample and bummed around while waiting for it to be mixed. The staff was so helpful. They helped me pick out the right shade I needed and also either pointed me down the accompanied me with my other inquiries. Very clean and well stocked. They also have some nice hinges Ive never seen either all together, or in the color Ace had available.

Always there 2 sometimes 3 times a week all employees very nice .Wonderful new store easy in and out .Got just about everything a neighborhood hardware should have and then some.

Great selection for a convenient, local hardware store. Nice and knowledgeable employees too. But management apparently chooses not to follow health and safety rules — half the customers inside today had no mask.Come on guys, it’s not hard to do the bare minimum and protect your customers and staff. (To management’s excuse of “medical reasons” - what are the odds half your customers have the few, rare conditions that would prohibit mask wearing? Plenty of other local stores do the right thing by their customers and employees, ensuring a safe store. You can chose to do the same.)

Helpful employees and good selection. Prices can be a little high for certain things but the convenience makes it worth it usually

E&H Ace Hardware is a great store. The employees are helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I needed a hard to find part for a repair and the manager, Scott, found a solution. This store is preferable to any big-box store just for the expertise and care the associates provide for their customers. I will gladly be a repeat customer in the future and highly recommend this business!

I try to buy locally but this store makes it difficult. We have been doing many projects around the house. We have tried stopping in but the customer service is unfriendly and it is difficult in finding products and the lighting is terrible

My first time in your store. Greeted by a very nice woman, believe her name was Brenda . She was very helpful with what I was looking for. Took her time and tried very hard to meet my needs. Got my pint cans of paint for my project! Very professional! I will definitely come back to your store again. 3/17/19.

Great little hardware store nearby. Super convenient and close. Great selection for being a smaller mom and pop shop. Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. This is my go-to store for simple household hardware, landscaping equipment and around the house DIY projects. Definitely a great place to get what you need.

Friendly store and staff, but limited selection and staff lacks knowledge of their stock. Usually better off just heading up the road to a competitive large chain hardware store.

Great hardware store. I try to go here when I can over the big stores. Unless they are busy, you will be waited on upon entering the store. Customer service is leaps and bounds over the big chain stores.

Website said they had an item. Drove there and the system showed 1 but it couldnt be located. The employees were friendly so that gets them a couple stars. I had to drive across town and I didnt get to stop on the way home for cupcakes that I had planned on getting which would have been on the way home. Ruined my whole night. Its a 9 inch circle I doubt it was previously stolen. How often do they do inventory?
