Love this store! First time shopping here but definitely not the last. I bought an enclosure door and was greeted immediately. The young man who assisted me displayed exceptional customer service! He educated my husband and I on the different options and I was happy with our purchase. He did an amazing job up-selling us when we noticed we couldnt fit the door in our truck he suggested we buy a pack of bungee cord and tie it to the top rack. Huge selection for animals, farms, and other out door activities/ projects. Clean and well organized. Mask are required there is not a line to enter.

Called to check if they had a needed farm item and the price, clerk said yes and we drive a distance to get it. Get there and they say they dont have it. We tell them we called to verify it was stocked. Got the Oh well we dont have it!. Wont shop there, and wont recommend a place that wastes customer effort or time.

First place I go for my home and landscaping needs. Always have a good supply on the shelves and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Management team chooses to have snake repellent on the shelves in stock but has no Japanese beetle traps. Meanwhile in reality were not having an outbreak of snakes in southeast Michigan eating crops its Japanese beetles way to drop the ball guy

It has alot of interesting things

I was in the Canton store on 3/20/21 and was there to buy a power washer.i asked where the power washers were and was told isle 2.never asked me if I needed help knowing Im ready to spend on a large purchase..no help. Then I asked for help on getting this off the shelf. The woman told me the large carts are over there. Unacceptable .

I got some live chicks from this store and they are doing great!

Ive been here twice for propane refills, including a 4.25 lb cylinder. Employees are always friendly, prompt to come out to the refilling station, and helpful inside the store. Also, they offer a very good per gallon price for propane.

I like Tractor Supply but the last two times they dont have what i needed😒😞

Fast and easy. Super friendly curbside delivery. I live over 30 minutes away but would consider driving extra for such a friendly and helpful staff.

Went there for the vet clinic; it was awesome! The vets/vet techs were so sweet. They also give you a free 5 lbs bag of food with the vaccines and a coupon to use in the store, so my doggy was able to pick out a toy after her shots :)The store is very clean and has a great selection!

My husband went there today, & bought 50 Lbs.of pig pellets. He got home & found mold through out the bag. He took it back.

This is a great TS! Joshua the manager really went out of his way to help us out. Its a new location that is now the closest to me. It will be my new TS that Im pleased to go back to. This good review should negate my 1 star review of the TS in Saline. Will never revisit the Saline location ever.

Some cool stuff. John Deere miniature tractors, t-shirts. Galvanized buckets. Dog/cat food. Hardware stuff, nuts and bolts. Paints, stain. Cool place. Isles very narrow. Pleasant staff, all eager to help.

I love this place. You can always find staff to help. Great variety and selection. I shop here as often as I can.

The employees are helpful

When TSC first opened and I saw a dog wash station I was so excited. I had my dogs there within the week. It was great! A handful of towels, full pump bottles with a variety of shampoos, brushes and a high powered blow dryer. There are tables the rise and lower. I loved it. Today I went back and I am incredibly disappointed. The dirty towels stacked waist high in the corner bin, 2 combs and a cat brush, 5 bottles of shampoo with only 1 having anything in it. There was hot water but it sure would be nice is the blow dryer blew at least warm air. I have been telling everyone about this because I place to wash my dogs. Now Im not sure Im even going to come back.

Please keep up the good work. This store is clean well organized and has professional people. I wanted to be negative about the Trenton store because of my last visit, instead Im going to be positive about the this store and continue to only come to this one regardless of my location thank you

Always great service

The staff is never really what I would call friendly at this location, Michigan Ave, Canton MI. And their prices are higher than other locations, so always have them price check. They will look at you like you are the Biggest Pain when you ask them to do it, but the price difference is worth it.

Sorry to see the attitude of some people stating you’re displaying your political views. That is the most ignorant review of a store that I have ever seen. If I was a store owner I would do the same thing. It says to a customer, hey we are following the recommended course of action. We do not want to run around and explain ourselves to our customers and have an argument because they don’t want to wear a mask. I think someone should seek some knowledge of what a political statement, view, or argument is. Because by posting a sign showing what and who has ordered an action has nothing to do with a political statement. You need 100mg of “think before you speak”

Well stocked store with very friendly staff. They have a wide range of pet items too, I was surprised to see (Id gone there to get pine pellets to use as cat litter... much cheaper than elsewhere because its labeled primarily for horsed). Thanks for the help getting the bag into my car!

The signs plastered all over the front door say due to Gov Whitmer masks are required in the store. I feel like anyone with half a brain knows that covid-19 is responsible for the need to wear masks. If the manager/owner disagrees that public health is important they are entitled to their opinion. But I do not appreciate having their political opinions shoved in my face when Im trying to buy chicken feed. I will not be back to this location.

New store closer than saline. I had issues with a 25 ton log splitter I purchased and the manager not only help me once but twice with it. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend the store.

I ordered something from online and was delivered yesterday told was ready to be picked up. Got in there and the manager says they don’t have it. So where is it? How does ups deliver it but you don’t have it. Never will have things delivered there. Because their employees have no idea

Im traveling out of town as I do love this place because I have one 3 miles from my house. I went there today to buy a pair of work boots to get me by because I left my red wings at home the kid there was super nice he gave me 20% off my boots definitely recommend this place!

Buyer beware. Bought a brand new Husqvarna gas trimmer, got it home and found it had a broken handle. Store wont warranty. I have to take this brand new machine to a dealer for warranty repair. TS is not a dealer.**Replying to TS reply of my review: yeah I tried that, contacted your customer service. No help whatsoever. When a customer has a brand new piece of equipment that hasnt even been used yet, take care of it. Replace the item. You dont send the customer elsewhere. That tells me that youre only interested in taking my hard-earned money.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I’m at my absolute end with this store. First I had to return a long splitter and exchange twice due to poor quality. Then the 3rd one had to be taken in for warranty repair to fix the same issue as the original purchase.Called today 3/14/2020 at 7:30pm to ask if the store fills propane for RV’s. The rude older lady that answered the phone informed me that “I better get down there quick cause their closing and I’ll be out of luck”. I get there at 7:45, wait in line for 5 mins and politely say to the cashier (same rude lady from the phone conversation) hello, I called a little while ago about getting propane filled. Her response was “nope, you’re out of luck sorry she already closed the yard. Are you the one that called?” Pure and absolute laziness on this stores part. They have no concern for customer service what so ever. I will actually go out of my way to tell everyone I know and meet to NOT give this store any of their business. I would rather drive an hour out of my way to another store than deal with the lazy, incompetent staff at this location.

Finally a Tractor supply less than 30 min away from my house.

I will not return to this location I will continue going an hour out of my way to find Timothy Hay. I find my bale at countless other locations why not this one?
