I love coming here. Super knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me with my projects. They almost always have what I need along with offering good advice. If they dont have it, theyll tell you where to get it.Family owned and it shows in the high level of service. The big box places dont even come close. I come here first whenever I need lumber and other building supplies.

I have normally been a big box type of buyer. However, I needed some 16 boards (delivered) so I decided to check out other local suppliers. J.P. Haynes had better grade lumber than the box stores for a reasonable price. I wasnt around for delivery and the delivery guy stacked the wood very neatly next to my project site. Great service, Ill definitely use them again.

JP Haynes has been around since the mid 1940s in the same location. They were so helpful during my Sons major remodel of his new cottage/bungalow home on Lake Allatoona 5-6 years ago. Good quality building materials, diverse selection, very competitive pricing, timely deliveries when needed, and always friendly. I just cant seeing using anyone else as long as Im working in their territory. Always a pleasure working with these folks, including just this morning.
