Clean store and restrooms. Large selection of food and drinks; fresh and snacks. Much improved from the last time visit several months ago.

Came in on Monday the place is cleaned then I ever saw it.. The parking lot was cleaned. The maintenance guy that was working in the afternoon was very nice. Good job guys

Very clean, well maintained looking Pilot. Mens room was in great shape and thats very much appreciated when you spend a ton of time on the road. Automotive side is a little tight if youre pulling a trailer, but its workable.

Tramaine was kind, polite. and patience. In act, I wish he was my grandson. Since I visit so frequently, as a senior citizen, I appreciate excellent customer service.

Bathrooms are filthy, in desperate need of cleaning...can only imagine what the showers look like...would bypass this stop next time.

Im getting tired of Subway being the only fast food option for most of the Pilots that I visit. Add in something like Zaxbys chicken please.

Not happy with the price of their subway sandwiches. Over priced. As far as the pilot very nice and clean store. Good showers friendly pilot employees.

Self-service Transflo was down. 2nd-shift staff seemed to be unaware. Also, they didnt know how to use the Transflo behind the counter. I had to instruct them how to do so. Management needs to do a better job in terms of training.

My family and I have been traveling all day. This place has the best bathrooms weve been to in a Long while, not just today. The entire place is kept Really Nice and Clean. They also have tons of options for pretty much anything you could want. Love it! Well definitely be back!

I am just leaving a review of the Subway. This Subway doesnt even show up on a list of restaurants on Subways own website. I stopped last night at 9 PM to get a sub and there was no one behind the counter. I stood there a couple of minutes waiting for an employee, then I noticed a small hand written note by the register that said they were closed until 9:30. Why? Whats up with that? So today I went back around 6:30 PM to hopefully get a sub and today there was a list of sandwiches that arent even available. Then an employee told me that they were out of half of the veggies. I was VERY angry and asked the employee why they were even open. The response I got was, I dont know. The manager wants us to be here. I really dont know why this Subway is here and I will NEVER go back.

This place is a joke, they dont care about their employees well being. its pretty sad that the young lady at the register couldnt breathe then was rushed out in a ambulance, they neglect you, it dont matter whats wrong with you. They make assumtions you dont want too work, okay so your gonna let someone work in your store and contaminate people and get others sick all because you dont care about your employees, because you need someone to work, Someones health comes way before a minimum wage job! This isnt about me, but someone who works there and i was first to witnesses this in line checking out I just find it down right disrespectful, and not a very safe environment.

Arrived mid April around 10pm. Deli closed, Subway closed, Grill closed. Cooler half full little milk available. The following morning to a limited deli and a half stocked Subway. A disgraceful operation there which screams poor management.

Wasnt able to pay for parking because of not having the frequent fueler card. Got rid of the card back in March when they closed down all food sources.

This used to be one of my everyday stops but recently the place has gone way downhill fast pumps are a mess always broken def nozzles only work part of the time. restrooms need maintenance and cleaned always . The showers are down half the time . Only thing positive I can say is that the people behind the counter are always polite and positive . Hoping they get some new management soon .

Ive been on a dedicated run for a month now and I stay at this Pilot Monday through Thursday. I also shower every day Im here. So far the Showers have NEVER BEEN CLEAN. NOT ONCE HAS THE TOILET OR FLOOR BEEN CLEAN. DRIED PISS AND HAIR, SKID MARKED TOILETS, DIRT ON FLOOR.

Clean restroom and shower. Potholes should be fixed.

Awesome place to stop for anything from food to gas to souvenirs. Its easily accessible, clean, and has friendly employees. Good prices and a large selection of items are a definite bonus. I stop there regularly on my way out of town.

Lots-of-lovely-stuff there. A lot of it you can enjoy eating, yummy. Out front is a Chicken store you shouldnt miss, but we stop 4 the Gas Prices. Youre bound to appreciate them too.

This place has really turned around for the better, Since my last review. The food is great. The restrooms are clean. And they have a store packed full of cool items.

Super nice staff and clean!!! The manager was assisting customers, running register and talking to the staff in an earpiece all at the same time. I will definitely stop there anytime Im in that area. Was able to buy lunch, souvenirs, drinks and gas plus bathroom break all in one stop. Very time effective when traveling!!!

It was good. Especially now that they have dunkin donuts. While not my favorite donuts. Definitely better than the regular gas station ones.

They are much need of more help. One lady cannot run this place without making a lot of drivers upset.Do whatever you need to do to get more help. This includes higher wages if you need to an judging by the ridiculous prices you charge for everything, you can afford it.Oh btw, what is up with those guys just joy riding around the parking lot not doing anything? Put those guys to work or get rid of them.

Pit stop on the highway on a trip to West Virginia. Very clean restrooms! The staff was very friendly.

Wow, easy parking at 11pm? At a pilot? If more pilots were like this, I wouldnt complain about them as a whole. This is actually closer to a flying J style place. Great C-store, large bathrooms, good subway. I recommend.

Bathrooms are clean and the staff are friendly and willing to accommodate any special requests. I would like to specifically mention a young man named Ray that works in the Subway. He has a great attitude and provided good customer service.

Its a good place for truckers to stop and be able to rest take showers get set up and they got us election for everything you need whether it be food or spare parts

Bathrooms were clean. I ordered a sub from Subway, and the prices are ridiculous. Subs are at least $1 more than other stores. They were out of half of the veggies I normally order too. No at all convenient or up to my expectations. A subway should have veggies in stock, thats the point of their store.

Great, but Subway is not always open late night, and the pilot never has food out late night. But clean store and showers!!!

Just did away with the soup bar in favor of a Dunkin Donuts.In the middle of January in Canton, OH, no one wants a hot cup of soup or chili. No, what they want is a chocolate eclair, or maybe a glazed donut.

The bathrooms in this place were very dirty. One sink was so bad I was afraid to wash my hands in it. No paper towels and the floors were awful. My husband said the mens room was flooded. Even the store was not clean. Such a shame since most Pilots are very clean.

Easy on/off to Hwy 77. Quick Subways menu, plus fast grab and run, biscuits/muffins. Coffee, soda counters. Maps, and truck stop guides. Smooth running operations.

Very busy place, semis were backing up on the highway trying to get in while other drivers were trying to park. Pilot needs to build a few more truck stops in this area. We ate at the Subway it was all good except the bread was like chewing on leather.

Definitely not safe at late night, early morning. Stopped here for a shower, a couple was fighting in the parking lot. I asked the clerk to call the police, and went back outside. Apparently she told the manager, and the police were never called. The manager claimed she checked the parking lot and saw nothing. I was outside and never saw the manager. The fight was in a side parking area, and the woman fighting threatened me because the police were not called.Obviously a new, responsible night manager is needed.

Nice clean location to stop for gas and a bathroom break when traveling. Nice convenience store to pick up a beverage or something to snack on. Plenty of grass area to too if you need to walk your dog .

I love this place. The people are fantastic. The place is always clean and well-stocked. Plenty of choices for food and beverages.

Good place to get gas and grab something to eat. They have great pizza and lots of drinks and snacks. There is also a Cinnabon and Subway here. Everyone is always super nice and helpful as well.

Wonderful workers always a great midnight to 1 a.m. attitude theyre a great quality service. But totally should do more deals on their 20 oz red bulls and get rohtos eye drops.

Staff were polite great selection of items. Cinnabon was amazing and to be able to get fresh and hot ones at 9pm at night was great. The bathrooms were dirty and in serious need of a detailed cleaning.

Exactly what youd expect. Clean and orderly bathroom. Clean store. Pumps had windshield cleaner and good squeejees.

The coffee was good and fresh and the donuts were fresh as well but the restrooms were nasty.

I pulled into the entrance and part of the road is gone and there is a huge sink hole. It was dark and raining and a pickup truck was leaving so I got over to the right and I hit the hole hard. I hit it and now my steering wheel is messed up. I will call to complain. No warning cones or nothing. So beware when you pull in big hold to the right. Update here is the photo and as you can see the owner said Thanks but made no mention to repair it or anything.

Ok Im going to say this once pilot you need to send someone out and move all those drivers who like to do the creative parking. Ive already been hit by a truck this year at this location. Either get off your duff and fix this problem or corporate will be notified for creating conditions that are dangerous to pedestrians and property damage on your property

Great variety of food and snacks .With hot and cold sandwiches, dinner meals, pizza .The choices are really endless . Plus a subway and Cinnabon yummy yummy. Not to mention very clean restrooms .

Great service! The manager was very helpful and courteous. When I realized that I threw something very valuable away Sunday morning, I went back Sunday afternoon to check the trash cans for it. The manager helped me look through the trash and even looked in the trash compactor. But the best part was the service and helpfulness of their maintenance man. This young man was willing to rummage through bag after bag of garbage to help me retrieve my valuables. I could tell he and the manager were very concerned. I thank you both very much! Stopped here for diesel fuel a couple different days. They have a ton of parking for big rigs. Subway is attached to this pilot truck stop. Staff was were nice and helpful with helping me set up my new proffessional drivers points card and helping to fix my pilot app. Also make sure you answer the ladies when they say hi when you enter or else they will keep saying welcome to pilot ...true story it got to be funny. Anyways very clean place. Get your snacks/shower/fuel or just take your 30 minute break. Also make sure you get the points card for your regular vehicle and hook both to your app on your phone so you get double points.

This Pilot is very clean and nice. The food is great. You can get just about anything here. Also, the service was very good!

Subway was good. The pilot was OUT OF COFFEE. CREAMERS AND STOK EXPRESSO SHOTS. The place was a mess. I dont know what was going on there. Its obviously time for a management change...

Well went in for a shower. First the app didnt work, shocker, and the kiosk didnt work. Then had to wait 30 mins on a shower 3 were sitting dirty while 5 people cut up behind the counter. Then got into the shower and the fan didnt work along with the shower being on full blast hot with luke warm water and barely any pressure. It seems to me all the money this company makes there wouldnt be stupid problems like this. Figure it out and get it fixed.

They explained how the pilot card works and got me signed up on their end just the most helpful gas/convenient store been to in a long time! Kudos to the ladies the night of 5/14/19

Pretty clean and has alot of what is needed for road trip or being a OTR driver. Bit pricey and a pain to get out of this location at times.

They always have a lot of staff there to help you. Its conveniently located right off of the highway which is really nice. And the bathrooms are usually very very clean which is something I always look for since I drive so much.

Clean and friendly. Be sure to take advantage of there rewards program it is well worth it. Always fast in and out. Also lots of nic nacs to look through.

Was passing through Ohio, this Pilot TC was across the street from my hotel. The staff was very friendly helpful, this store is open and spacious, they have a little of everything from food, clothing and electronics. The food I bought was ok, I ate it all.

Here we are again at a Pilot Flying J in the middle of the virus epidemic and the showers are not clean. This has been going on for at least 6 months getting worse. When will Pilot Flying J step up to the plate!

Its great! It has a Subway attached to it as well as a Cinnabon stand next to the cash registers. They have 20-ish showers that are all in in the back and they are surprisingly clean. I really enjoyed it there.

Thanks to the management for the quick response to my complaint about the dirty fans in the showers. Now in each shower installed a clean new fan. You deserve 5 stars from me.

Cashiers lie about the food o it only been out 20 mins get it and eat it its been there for hours and hours plus they are lazy. The subway there sucks from midnights to afternoon shift and there workers are dirty dude was making my sub no hair net white stuff all in his hair i told them i am not paying for that and i really am not going to eat it and never been back in there that subway sucks. Truck stop part dont get me started there.

Always clean. Always stop for a hot clean shower after getting loaded in canton. Just need to get rid of subway.

All Pilots are better than any other truck stop based on quality and value, soooo yeah.

They need to get some hot water in the showers. Also if water is going to be cold please dont allow it to get about 150 degrees every time someone flushes toilet or turns water on.

The bathrooms are always clean and well kept/ they give free hot water if you have your own tea bag and cup (a huge plus, most other places charge for water). Ive been here many times during travel and I give it a 10/10. Staff is friendly as well.

Worst pilot/flying J Ive ever been to . It was so dirty and they didnt have toilet paper in the bathroom in any stall very very busy place. But bad employees took over 30 minutes at Subway to get my food with just one person in front of me. The subway girl was flirting so much with the person in front of me she wasnt even making his food and he wasnt happy about it either. The fuel pump I was at didnt even work.
