The pumps have been down for apple pay for a full week and none of the employees seem to know why or for how long. One girl even tried to tell me the pumps don’t take apple pay even though they literally have stickers confirming that they do on all the pumps, active Verifone tap scanners, and you know, I’ve been literally doing it for months at this location already. The store manager said that knowing when they will be working is “above his pay grade” so I will not be returning to this racetrac until they figure out how to actually service their pumps.

I understand being short staffed but at least have employees work the drop box at night that have the mental capacity of getting a coffee and gas through the drop box, took over 15 minutes and I even called to make it easier but Emma had zero customer service skills or the competency to fulfill either order. She was extremely rude waiving me off after getting the coffee and then started snickering and talking to a Krispy Kreme vendor inside

The people are great and service is wonderful. However, I work over nights and every time I come into this store to get frozen yogurt, the machines are down. 7th time in a row now. I understand its winter but if youre going to have something then it needs to be available to your customers.

Straightforward, many pumps and fuel is priced right. Great customer service and friendly. Made special trip to fuel here because of the great price. Food selection was a little limited but it was Sunday morning,

Ordered the large pizza togo for 7.99 ordered from comming hw aswell and i have to say they are 2 different pizzas and they are both great in their own way the picture of the pizza is the one for this location would definitely recoment the pizza to anyone who wants to try different fast pizza other than Little Ceasars. Also the staff its really nice

Absolutely so discriminatory, They did not sell to my hispanic boyfriend, he was denied to buy alcohol when he has a legal 21 year old license. The blonde hair blue eyed man said We couldnt buy alcohol because I helped him carry one four loko to the counter because his hands were Full. He asked me for help, and i did. There is no reason we had to be denied alcohol, i dont even drink alcohol and this was incredibly rude and embarrassing. My entire family wont be buying their daily purchases in this establishment anymore.

I walked in to get check out & the cashier named Marisa was very racist. I had been standing there for a good 5 minutes in a long line & she kept taking other people before me. Wouldnt you take the ones that had been standing there longer before someone just walking in??

Im here eating some chips before I head out to drive sitting in the lounge writing this review on the free Wi-Fi! This place is great. I asked for cream cheese for my chips and they immediately got some! Great customer service.

Well run RaceTrac and the only really good gas/coffee/snack option on the south side of Canton.

I dont know what else to say about this place ..... clean and well maintained .... yes it is ... today I went to get some chicken taquitos ...one of them had beef in it..i dont eat beef..it is against my religion ... guess what ..last week when I wen to get them... it had beef in it to... I told the manager about it and she apologized..so eventually I got free cheese taquitos... today I just left it there and walked out the door..i have no intension of going there and biting into a beef taquito and hoping to get one for free... I can pay for my food.... the funny thing is that...its already happened to me once before .... I only realized it once I ate all of it... SOMEBODY IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB PROPERLY....if I go and argue with people out there, im just going to look like an IDIOT... I am not happy about this situation
