Used the drive thru.was verry busy beer ice cold

Called for uhaul and the lady was very rude. She answered the phone saying “what” so I asked about uhaul and she said this was the uhaul place. Due to me having to drive to different places and certain trucks were showing available online but weren’t actually at the store . I decided to call and verify they had the truck I was looking for. She claimed she didn’t know anything about uhaul and she didn’t have time to help me with any questions I had then proceeded to hang up on me. This lady was a foreigner and she needs to learn customer service if she’s going to be over here collecting our money.

Seems like a nice buisness, they deal with some cranky people for sure. It was clean, convenient & the guy working was kind to me & my kid. We will definitely stop back.

There are two drive thrus very close to one another. This is the one that you want to come to. Every time I come through the I am treated like family. Awesome folks.

I used to go thru there almost everyday until one day the owner accused me of “ always trying to get something for free” like she knew me!!! I haven’t been back since. Terrible service 👎👎
