Store closing Clearance Sale going on for a few more days. We found a lot of goodies but stuff is going fast. Most of the Items are 70-80% even jewelry and a lot of the clothes items are $6-$9

This location is great because the lighting and atmosphere make me feel charged with excitement! They honor their sale items and are kind if a return needs to made. Great customer service and artistic displays.

Train your employees not to accuse customers. Encountered an extremely unprofessional employee at order pick-up who accused me of cutting the line in an extremely rude manner. Never mind the fact that I was waiting in line for several minutes and clearly did not cut, but the way she said it was very disrespectful.

I love JC Penny, but this store doesnt have the best selection at times. However, for ties and dress shirts, this is always my place. Great variety, and more often than not they have a sale going on.

Good old JCP. Good deals when I went in last time, pretty clean and associates everywhere. They still have a little for the whole family, good home good area and well organized and cared for.

I did have a wonderful shopping experience for clothes and leather bags here. Very good selection of clothing for children and adults.the gents and ladies sections had variety of stocks, all at very attractive and affordable price.The discounted sale materials were all good quality and colour.The care they extended for a safe shopping for all customers were commendable. Impeccable I observed. They take adequate care as to customers observing all covid care for its spread control..So the social responsibility this premium location shop observes and does is to be appreciated...I suggest all buyers to keep J C Penney in top list for their clothing needs, and other accessories..

J C Penny is going out of business which is very sad. This store is always clean. But the stock wasnt full. Sad

Went to Jcpenney store to buy some boots. They were higher in the store in Canton then Westland and online.

JCPenney in Canton Mi, is a great department store. I found everything I needed. The customer service was excellent and the store was very clean. They had really great selection on items and a great clearance selection. I recommend that everyone to shop here, its a great store!

So unprofessional. We booked a family picture shoot and they did not bother to call and let their clients know they are closed !!! 30 minute drive for nothing !!!! Never shopping or affiliating myself with this company ever again !!!!!!!

I waited almost 30 minutes to conduct some business at the returns / order pick-up cashier stand. The cashiers were working steadily and were very pleasant, but the line was quite long and got longer as I waited. This among the reasons Im cancelling my Penneys charge.

This location is closing so everything is on sale from 20-50%right now. The store will close in about 2 months from now.

Visited the Canton Michigan store. Bright, clean, neat and tidy and sales staff visible and eager to assist. Elaine in the Mens department was cheerful and helpful. She found what I was looking for in less than two minutes. Awesome service with a smile. She deserves a raise. Because of her service and how clean the store is kept I will definitely return.

This store has THE BEST Bargains. And the selection is grand 👀

Do you want to buy your bras at Target in a linoleum lined closet? Or with velvet cushions, soft lighting and seating? They have good eye, and good coupons, and excellent service.

JC Penneys is a great place for clothes for the whole family. Their selection of womans professional wear is great and easily organized. Other sections are sometimes a little disorganized which can cause frustration while shopping. Prices, when there are sales, are comparable to other department stores.

I just want to give a big thank you to Otis for the awesome highlights and short and sassy cut. I was loving it so much I forgot it was my anniversary! Yay for finding you open on a Sunday! Hope to catch you on my next cross town delivery

Good place to shop .

Bought a Biddeford King size dual zone heated blanket. It is fantastic! Large enough fot our California King bed. I can heat up my side all I want and my husband just enjoys the warmth of the blanket itself by not turning his side on (yet). Very soft and thin. Provides plenty of warmth without weighing you down. Works great for the 2 of us and our dog on the couch too. Folds up nice and small.

We were interested in finding something for my grand-daughters birthday party. We found what we were looking for and at a reasonable price.

Dont like the fact that I have to walk all the way to the back to pick up online orders. There were no signs saying so and no one to tell us until we walked up to a cashier.

Great Store the clothes have made a comeback, their swimsuits were nice, sport wear, kitchenware all were on sale and you cant forget Sephora is there also.. I definitely will be shopping here more... Go check them out, you wont be disappointed.....

Wow hadnt been to jc in a long time. What a nice clean and organized store. There are lots of really attractive clothes and a wonderful Disney section for children. The childrens clearance rack had some very cute Disney clothes and jackets.

Great customer service always ready to help in each department. Carry the better brands and reasonably priced.

Purchased two dress shirts for $20......awesome. Wifes purchase rang wrong. It was supposed to be 5 for $25 and rang up $12 each. Cashier tried selling us credit card at least 3 times.

It’s a clean well maintained store. Cashiers are nice and polite. They always have something I need that’s on sale. Pleasant place to shop in Canton.

Clean just not a good mens sport section

On the first visit could not find a sales person to help me at all. On the second visit found a sales person but they really didnt know anything about the products ever selling. Store layout is pretty awful, very hard to find the items youre looking for. Check out cashiers are hidden up in front corner of the store, took a while to find them. Ask an employee where they check out was in he sent me the back of the store to the returns which then sent me to the front of the store. Store should provide checkouts that are easy to find.

I like the store but it seems like when there is a sale there is always some mail in rebate or little fine print that they dont tell you about which is a bit frustrating.

Couldnt find one employee to help me in the mens department to find a mens winter coat. I walked all the way through the store and couldnt find any employees that work the floor. I ended up leaving empty-handed.

Its okay if youre looking for some offseason sale items but their selection is limited and youll often find higher-quality items at specialty stores. Their lines take forever to get through, even if there is only a few people.

Love the portrait studio! I was able to schedule some last-minute holiday photos for my daughters first Christmas and theyre so adorable.

This is a very nice store. Considering that its much smaller than Penneys at Novi Mall, it is surprising well stocked. I much prefer shopping here than at the Novi store.

There is NOT a good selection in the Petites Department. Someone needs to step up and acknowledge the shorter women. We would like a better selection to pick from.

Nice store. Different departments. Men, women, kids. They even have a housewares department. Usually long lines when I go though.

The store is always clean, the associates are always friendly and helpful. I always feel like I got a bargain.

They do have a wide variety of items in their store. My biggest complaint is their clothes. Id like to be able to shop there but the styles are either out dated or their buyers are bored and dont care what they buy. I think I have to find another store to buy clothes. 😣

While online ordering from Amazon or whatever certainly makes things easy and inexpensive, I dont want to give up the instant gratification that comes with walking straight into a JCP to find and experience that thing Im looking for. Sometimes I discover that what I really want is the item next to it.
