It was my first visit to return an item. The staff was very nice and help full. Saw the attendant trying to help a customer with all the tools and connections she had, just to make the customer happy. Like the dedication and patience.

This one is pretty good. Lines arent too bad here and shelve are stocked pretty good. I even found .22 ammo a couple of weeks ago. So over the last year there have done a pretty good job of keeping hard to find stuff in stock. Also have scored some great deals on clearance cloths. Shirts for $3 pants $5 and a couple of jackets for $10 so always worth looking. I have been pretty happy with this store.

This is a nice store. Clean and organized and easy to get in and out. I only shopped grocery and pharmacy so I cant vouch for the rest of the store but it was above what I expect for Walmart.

Great getting back to this Walmart after not visiting there for several months. I bought a few groceries and an item from housewares. Prices were great. I was there around 10am. Not very busy in store. So I got in and out pretty quickly. I did ask for some advice in Electronics and the associate there was very helpful. All went very well.

Busy but much faster than Kroger for groceries. Self checkout lanes are usually fully functional allowing all payment methods and cash back.

On way home from DTW to Toledo and metal shard gave me a flat tire. Went to belle and Firestone for patch so I wouldnt have to drive 50 mph with donut back to Ohio and the said they could get me in in 2 days! Walmart got me in right away. Friendly, helpful, made my day. Thank you!

Seemed to have more on their shelves than some of the other Walmarts. Very nice place. Still has some cashiers.

Online curbside pickup signs were tough to find. But the employees were great. They mention that are redesigning the curb side pickup.

Naya was an amazing worker, and extremely helpful. I was struggling to find the sweet and sour sauce, amongst other items and she was right there to help!!! Love it

Takes a while for someone to help but other than that its a good store.

The prices keep going up and they are having a tough time accurately displaying the correct prices.

This one employee by the name of Naya was so nice and helpful. This was by first time shopping on my own after leaving my parents home so suddenly and then switching states. I got nervous but she was so welcoming.

I only go here because I have to pick up something ordered online. Store is average. Could be better kept. More importantly, staff is not that friendly. They could show better service.

Seems like a lot of the times shelves are not restocked and seems to be a lot of pallets in aisles. A large selection of items pretty well maintained and cleaned up. As far as customer service goes its about half and half. Could use a few more friendly workers.

The lines to check out are almost always long no matter the time of day. The store is dirty and items are just left on random shelves. I asked the manager why the more lanes where not open she said that they had 5 employees all in sick. I bet they are sick of the wages.

I used to love Walmart. Now theyre overpriced and have no deals or coupons. Might as well shop somewhere like krogers or meijer

While the store was great and had everything we needed, I was very concerned about employees. I saw 2 employees that had there mask under there nose and another employee at the food station that had his mask completely removed. While it not sure about employee policies I am concerned for my safety and theirs. Everything else was good though.

Wonderful experience. Garden center men were so helpful and went the extra mile helping me load 50 bags of mulch into my truck. Selvin was very professional and accommodating. Great service ! Great people!

Belleville store was okay. The lady in mens clothes was having hard time understanding our question. Many sales associates in the floor, 1 acknowledged us. Green polo shirts are hard to come by here

Understocked on everything. If you need something go to another store - they are very limited on stock. I asked an employee where are the pool rafts or floats. He preceded to quickly point to a pool noodle that was off in the distance in a center bin & then walk away. I told him not a pool noodle, a float or raft - he pointed to his left & said itll be somewhere there. I asked do you know which isles & he shrugged his shoulders. Chose another store - worst Walmart Ive been in my whole life.

Was a decent store a whole lot better than the one in Belleville for being a Walmart.. the Walmart on Beville Road is Parlier and they have nothing and is kind of dirty.. nothing on the shelves.. and looks like they will hire just about anybody.. Canton Center a whole lot better for sure

This Walmart Supercenter is easy in and easy out. There always seems to be plenty of parking and I have visited it around the clock. The staff and management here work well together and provide a nice shopping experience. Questions are answered cheerfully. The prices are normally the best around for nearly every product they have the store. It is usually well stocked.During the Spring, Summer and Autumn months they offer a variety of healthy plants. Their Customer Service department is well organized. They also have a Subway here and offer vision care. Their groceries, deli, fruits and vegetables are normally priced right - though strawberries and grapes can tend expensive and sometimes they run out of bananas. That drives me bananas!Overall this is a great Walmart to visit. Well lite and clean they always have the right price.

Everything was easy to find and I was able to get the things that I went for and checked out Right away and get back home in record time.

If you download walmarts app. Picking up your items curbside, is convenient. They have dedicated parking spots, just for pickup. Used several times, no issues so far.

I went to pick up my online order and decided to pick up a few needed things. I find MANY household items like bedding, photos, lamps, etc at the most affordable prices here at Walmart. The food area however, always seems on the higher end over other grocery chains. Wish I could make it a one stop shop.

Gross half drank bottles and half eaten food all over the store. Dirty didnt see a staff member until I got to the checkout. Then the cashier was a minor that needed assistance with a alcohol purchase and could not get any help. Will not shop at this location again. They need secret shoppers to report this mess. Also not one shopping cart in the store.

Today I was racially profiled in the store. I’ve been shopping at this Walmart for years now and I spent a lot of money doing so. I went in today to grab a mirror and a arm frame for my picture at which time I want to carry the mirror it was very heavy I was not offered any help from the customer service representatives working in that area. I’ve been carried the mirror from the frame section all the way to the other end of the store I’m by myself to the self scan because I only had a few items. I was at the self game for about five minutes and this associate kept making eyes contact with me and never decided to help me or even acknowledge my presence but kept watching me like I was stealing. She never addressed me but went to get the manager like I was an issue and then I was upset because the 5 plus minutes I stood there and wait for help and she kept eyeing me she could’ve just helped me but instead decided to get the manager like because I was an African American woman I was stealing or a problem.

Omg, bought this cute lace romper from Walmart, who wouldve thought. It fits, super comfy and I love it.

I recently went here to return an item I purchased a few days ago and though the line was long at the customer service desk the were two associates working the counter so it went very quickly. Laura knew what she was doing, was friendly and efficient! Great experience which isnt always the case at Walmart lol.

Theres about a bazillion of these Walmart stores. They mostly all look the same, mostly sell the same stuff, and mostly have the same prices. They mostly have the same hours and most buildings are similar in size. Most people come here to get mostly food or household items. Most of the employees are sadly underpaid. Im mostly done with this review, because Ive mostly said all that I wanted to say.

This is my favorite Walmart location. Never had any issues with employees and they have a lot of essential items on hand. The only thing is they stopped carrying certain products I can only get there. Probably because of covid reasons. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The stock should match the items in store as best as possible. The store needs to slim down some areas so buyers can find products instead of guessing what price goes with what item. Particularly in the baby section.

They were out of many products especially water which is what I mainly wanted.

Waited 40 minutes to check out 6:30 pm on 06/10/21. 2 cashiers and 1 self checkout. Ridiculous. Please hire more cashiers. Selection was good though

I went to the Walmart in Canton on Michigan Ave and Bellville Rd... I went there to exchange a propane tank, when I arrived I was told to go to the garden section, I did but no one was there and I had to track down the person who was supposed to be working in that department....10min.... When I found him he stated that I had to go to the front of the store to pay for the propane tank then we turned back to the garden center, another 17+ minutes. (long lines). When I return back to the garden center, I had to track him down again which took another 8-10 minutes.Whatever happened to good customer service when someone help and assist you from start to finish?

Always in and out here they constantly have their shelves stocked well in comparison to other Walmart and always have great prices!! Their staff are always helpful at assisting you with whatever you need help with and everyone Ive met who works here is always friendly!!

Good customer service, but the store needs some cleaning and updates. They didnt have what I was looking for, low on stock.

Their online site indicated 5 of the item I wanted were available. Arriving the next morning 2 workers said no. The last one walked me to the shelf which was empty. She indicate a new supply would arrive in 2 days but could take several hours to unload and stock. I asked to reserve them - not store policy. I asked if a call could be made to another Walmart close by. They never answer over there was all I got. I went out to my car and called. After 12 rings I gave up. Finally, I went to Lowes and purchased a similar product. 3 Stars is being generous.

I always enjoy the michigan Avenue Walmart as its not so large and a college crowd shops thereI like their selection of womens wear.

Has got to be one of the worst locations ever. Employees are always rude and no one is ever working, when you ask for help its like your asking them to go above and beyond to help you find something. Its sad. Why work in a retail setting if you hate dealing with people.

Was in and out. The only thing was online was incorrect about open time! I called to double check and thankful I did! It did not specify days they opened early. And if I had gone at 6 on a Saturday it would have been closed! Had to call about 15xs to get some one to answer too!

We went to get glasses at the Vision Center, it was a quick and great Visit.

There are never electric shopping carts also when asked if they sanitized carts, responded we dont do that

This Walmart location stocks more than most of the locations Ive been to. They even have a great selection of healthy meal options that I used to only be able to find at expensive health stores at a considerably lower cost. As a gluten-free vegan, Im grateful for any savings, as lifestyle tends to be more expensive. My health is worth the sacrifice, however.

Always able get what I need in and out and I would like to thank you to the employees working through this pandemic for America still had everything they needed

They friendly and I love going there

This walmart location is one I come to often. With that said I have seen both the highs and lows which seem to be determined by the time of day and the specific day of the week. When I am able to come in during the early mornings (Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday), shelves are fully stocked with register attendants ready and available. Going in past the 11am hour on any day tends to have me (and a shopping basket full of items) in a line for 1 of 4 open registers (with 6-8 closed ones) with 6-10 other people. It can sometimes take 20 minutes to get to the front of the register, though the self checkout is often the saving grace with this. Also, Walmart employees are very helpful here when I am trying to find something or need assistance getting items.

Experience is getting better and better here. Good to see supportive staff and items availability. Thanks.
