Its October and mostly sold Halloween clothing and accessories this time of year. I wonder what they will sell the rest of the year. This place is inside the mall, so parking is plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place was crowded. Definitely a place for the under 30 crowd. Tee shirts galore.

Came into the store for a Halloween outfit and the staff immediately help my wife and I. Also I couldnt find a shirt my size so the staff got online and seen if they could order it for me. Staff was very helpful. Its greatly appreciated 🙂

I was only in there to get a gift certificate but the staff was extremely quick, courteous and helpful. The young lady that helped me out knew exactly what she was doing. I appreciated her quickness as I was in a hurry!

In there today looking at Junji Ito things with my son and fiancé and talked to a worker about anime and Type O. You and the other lady talking to us were wonderful and it’s so cool to meet ppl with the same taste. Thank you for being such a kind employee 💚 you rock.

A worker told me my nails were pretty, somehow that became a conversation about Eraserhead from My Hero Academia. Hot topic is one of the places I get all my clothes! Best store for anyone into anime, alt, or cosplay!

Friendly and helpful staff

Over the last 4-5 years I’ve visited this store hundreds of times — and spent a fairly large amount of money. The employees know me by name and know I’m a polite, easy-going, loyal customer. Sadly, the general Hot Topic shopping experience has really went down hill over the last 6-12 months.The brand and its employees are now busy catering to the lowest common denominators and adding/enforcing rules that tend to only benefit those interested in reselling or “flipping.” Those of us who have been loyal to the store over a long period of time (or can’t be in line every morning, or snuck into the mall by an employee) are getting left in the dust. Employees are even teaming up with these “resellers” to have them buy things for them they aren’t allowed to buy themselves.Today, an employee told me there was an extra box of collectibles in the back. She went to get them, then came out and outright lied to me, saying they actually didn’t have them. However, I could see that second box through the back room door. She was not putting it on the floor so that it could be saved for an employee to buy instead of putting it out for customers.In all my years of collecting I have never spoken up about something like this, but it has really become a major disappointment with this store, and the brand in general. I will be looking to spend my hard-earned money with a store that actually values and takes care of its longtime customers.Hot Topic has truly taken the fun out of shopping at their stores.

Decent prices. Not a whole lot I really care for in there, however. Used to love all the different stuff. Now it is mainly 3 popular Hot Topics and the other different topics are t-shirts. Harry Potter has certainly left its mark here, too. Jesus.

The store is pretty clean and organized. The employees were very nice, friendly, and helpful. They make you feel right at home and understand the customers very well.Unfortunately the jewelry there is pretty bad and pretty cheaply made. The necklaces break and corrode. The Black Heart piercing jewelry is nothing but garbage. I bought a pair of earnings and they started corroding in my ear and caused me pain and itchiness in my ear for days.The clothing is okay for the most part, I find that the t-shirts shrink and wear down faster than clothing from other stores. Which another thing about the clothes, it seems that a lot of the clothing thats aimed towards girls is really, really tiny. Like only skinny 12 year old girls could wear them, sure I could order them online in a large size, but Id rather try it on in person to be absolutely sure it fits me.I often find broken things in the store, products with smashed packaging, or sometimes the products are broken when you buy them.I like Hot Topic and all, but for as cheaply made as everything is it shouldnt be as expensive as it is. Not dissatisfied with store or the employees, just the quality of products and the price. Its sad cause I really like Hot Topic.

I shop here often, the new renovations has made thingsbless cluttered. Good style good for earlier 90s to the 2000s rock/metal. They also have a few other sections for up-to-date trends. The prices are a bit expensive but they always have great deals!

Excellent store. Love how awesome the staff are and helpful. Always treated well. I also love that hot topic has gone back to selling a lot of the darker stuff that originally made me fall in love with the place.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. They go around, aking fir hello, getting stuff down, looking stuff up. They always have sales and coupons and its always popular stuff. I get clothes, harry potter stuff, ear buds, even stuff for my phone. I always love going to hot topic but this is one of the best stores because of the staff.

Hot Topic has always been my favorite store. I actually feel edgy and cool when Im there. Spoiler alert: I am neither of those things in the real world. I always find a million things to be, which is a terrible problem when youve already got a mountain of credit card debt. I always buy something when I go into Hot Topic. Every. Damn. Time. The most recent time I found the most badass cat ears ever. Im looking forward to wearing them out and embarrassing my mother.Enough about me. Let me tell you about the employees of Hot Topic. They are freaking awesome. I have been shopping at Hot Topic for over 15 years (yes, I am THAT OLD) and have NEVER had a bad experience with anyone. Yes, some of them look like a Republicans worst nightmare with piercings, tattoos, brightly colored hair, and human rights, but they are the nicest and most helpful people you will find.I will continue to shop at Hot Topic. I will be that 80 year old browsing the cat ears. And I know the employees will still be awesome and helpful.

I love this store and all its pop culture items. They regularly run great deals and have a membership for even more deals. I find lots of gifts here for friends. They have funko pops, some are even exclusive to their store. They have apparel as well as accessories and decorations. Its all pretty nice organized by show or charecters.

The workers are always super friendly and happy to help. It is a larger store than the one at Summit. Always running some kind of promotion and will price match if it is cheaper on the website.

The only place I can find Dragon Ball Super merchandise on floor. Would be better if the ladies had more size options. Anything more than a size 4 and they walk out feeling fat.

Nice selection of goods, many different fandoms that suit my tastes. My 9 year old son loves this store as well. Some packages have damage and we saw shirts with dust bunnies on them, honestly though thats probably just rude customers and not a reflection of the staff.

Meh, its Hot Topic. Prices do seem to be more reasonable than they used to be.

While the store is ridiculously cramped and hard to get around, the staff was ridiculously pleasant and helpful and made it a lot easier to get shopping done around Christmas time. Overall I was really happy shopping there.

Hot topic always has interesting & fun stuff to shop for. If its kinda weird or in like disney stuff, goth, alternative, lots of tshirts hoodies, etc.

I would spend a lot more money here if the prices werent so high! I suggest opening a small novelty store in a place of its own.. I know three generations of 7+ families that shop at your stores once in a while like once or twice a year but more like once every two years, and spending no more than $35 each time. Just an idea!

They seem to have a high turn around of employees. We usually visit the canton store once every 2mo and the employees are always different. Regardless, they are always nice, the ladies are great at their job and always help even when theyre busy

I was in there to find an outfit for a concert. I am a little older and dont typically shop there. I am in my forties, and the staff, ( who were probably the age of my sons) were absolutely phenomenal! I felt like I had my own stylist team! They were so accommodating and gave me ideas that I would have never thought up on my own. I left there feeling like a schoolgirl again. I will definitely go back there. I left with the most adorable outfit, and I dont feel ridiculous or that I am dressing inappropriate for my age. I have shown several of my friends The ensemble I came up with and everybody is absolutely gushing with my findings. I cannot thank them enough! Additionally, I signed up for the email and got 30% off of my entire purchase which included clearance. The store is trendy...and may seem a little offputting to some with the windows display.. lots of skulls and foth-sort of stuff...bit there is lots more.. if you are not a pansy and want an andevture...live a little. Go for it!!!!!
