We bought a 2009 Jetta for my son back in January. So far so good. They were great to deal with. I live out of state and they helped me get the car home same day which saved me a lot of time. Other than an ABS light recently, the car has been great. You have to expect little things to pop up on an 11 year old car. I would definitely do business with them again.

Be careful with this dealer. I bought a car from them and it has always had issues. What they do is that they reel you in with an attractive car that they got from an auction. But they wont fix any issues with the car after they got it. They just put on new tires and make it look pretty.They want to get rich from selling cars they know are junk.

Had the absolute worst experience with this dealer. Went back and forth for days because we were trying to negotiate this deal out of state. Car had several cosmetic issues and this company offers no warranty of any kind so we were a bit skeptical. Finally, came to an agreement with Shawn Eaton about the price and just needed to iron out the details as far as our schedules and flights. Took time off from work and booked our flights only to find out that his partner had taken a deposit from another buyer. No one had the decency to call us an let us know that this was happening. Shawn is not trustworthy or true to his word.

I had a great experience buying a truck here. Truck was clean and ready when I arrived. When there was an issue post sale, I was met with fantastic customer service and great responsiveness both by email and phone. I will definitely consider Bespoke Auto again for future buys

Called in advance by appointment to notify them to have the car prepared. On the day of the appointment the car had 4 flat tires, wouldnt turn on, was very dirty. The car started spitting black oil from the muffler. Gave the car a test drive & it DIED in the middle of a main road. Asked the sales man to be honest on his sales price & he held firm to his original price. Overall, terrible & dangerous experience.- Would not recommend AT ALL!

I called and I told who ever answered I was interested in a car and the amount I had he was unhappy with what I had and automatically said bye and hung up in my face. He did not offer my the financing option he did not try to work with me and see if they might be another vehicle that they have that I might be interested and he was very rude on the phone like the number one thing if youre in a occupation where it requires customer satisfaction then do it properly so you lost three customers because I was looking for a car my cousin was looking for a car and my uncle was also looking for a car well thats three sales that you had just lost

I got my car here over 3 years ago and havent regretted a single time. I bought used 2001 Audi, in very good condition, one owner car. Since then, my car went from New England to Florida, and back without any issues. I drove half the country in it, before I had a next maintenance visit. Im very happy with it and RECOMMEND this place!Now that I moved to PA, Im still thinking to go to Bespoke Auto if I decide to get another car.:) Itll worth the drive.

The vehicle I was interested in was listed in excellent condition. I spoke with the owner on the phone and although he mentioned a great service record he didnt know anything other than what was listed in the car fax. ( He had no idea if the timing belt was changed or not) I drove an hour and 45 minutes to find out the car was a rust bucket. When I politely explained to the owner that he had listed the car in excellent condition but the car was full of rust he said that the car was in excellent condition for the year.In my opinion and NADAs opinion, a car with extensive, visible rust on all four quarter panels and an enormous amount of paint chips on the hood and deep scratches all over the car does not fit my description of excellent condition. He also provides financing. If he uses NADA or KBB he has to know that his car isnt in excellent condition and he misrepresented it.A total waste of 4.5 hours of my day.

I just purchased a second BMW wagon from Bespoke Auto. Miro and Evo were extremely polite and accommodating. They fixed multiple items on the car at our request, and still gave is a great price. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from them.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I bought a 2005 Audi A4 Quattro from here 6 months ago, and the motor has already died. What a waste of $6,500 Thats ridiculous. Never buy a car from here. Youre better off going to an actual dealership.n

Probably the worst experience ive ever had with a car dealership. Buyers beware, Make sure you take any car you are going to buy from there to a mechanic you trust to up and down the car before you purchase it!!! they only need the car to pass inspection. So if there are any other issues they will not fix it!!! or they will mickey mouse it and tell you they fixed it!!!

I am very particular with my cars, and the one I was looking for is pretty hard to find, especially in good condition and for a good price. I happened to stumble on one here at Bespoke auto in Massachusetts... and Im from Utah. Buying a used car from a dealer is hard, but buying one from a dealer in a different state, where you cant even test drive it without the costs of traveling, is REALLY hard!When I called in on the car, Miro (without me asking) said that wanted to send me pics of the scratches, dings, and other imperfections. He said that he didnt want me to come all the way over there just to be disappointed. That really impressed me, but I was still on edge about the whole thingAs I arrived in Boston, it just got better. Miro woke up early to pick me up, due to my flight time. When I started checking out the car, EVERY scratch and ding that I saw, was in the photos that were sent to me. EVERY question I asked about the suspension, fluids etc... were dead on. Of course there were a couple questions that he didnt know 100%, but he told me he didnt know... he didnt try being sly about it.Im writing this review now after just driving my new car from Canton MA, to Utah, over 2000 miles, with no problems! It is a solid car!Ive been to a lot of used car dealers, some that are really friendly, but havent been straight with me. I would highly recommend Bespokes Auto to others if youre looking for honesty and friendliness. I understand that used cars have imperfections, even some that may have slid past the dealers. I also understand that friendliness doesnt equal honesty/genuine.Miro, and Im sure his business Partner, have both honesty and friendliness!! Like any business though, dont expect to haggle a grand or two off of the price of a car and expect that business to still treat you the same.Thank you Bespoke Auto! We need more dealers with ethics like yours!

I went into Bespoke Auto and met Evo on a Saturday morning (purchased a car) and it was ready on Tuesday. It was only him that day and throughout the entire visit from checking out the car, test driving, and purchase he managed to serve me very well.When I arrived Evo gave me the key and allowed me to look at the car alone, which I appreciated, most dealers breath down your neck and hassle you with questions (hoping you overlook something). Evo was very respectful of my space, time, and questions which he answered well. In addition, he assisted me throughout the finance, insurance, and registration process - which was a first for me. I got a clear explanation of the MA-state-warranty, service they performed on the car, and further steps to pick up the car.Overall, the selection of vehicles at Bespoke, in my opinion, is/was very nice with fair prices. I would take a look at Bespoke Autos inventory before looking into a large corporate dealer, you will be pleased.

I went to look at an Acura TL that had a clean carfax report. The car was definitely in a low speed front end crash. The dash wasnt reinstalled properly and clearly didnt fit right. The steering wheel had cracks in it in a clear shape indicating the airbag had been deployed. I went to look underneath and the front crash bar was new and had a sensor that was poorly welded on. I asked the guy what all the very noticeable defects were about and he said that the car had a dash cover and brushed off the other issues. After that I asked to look at another car that I saw on their website earlier that day and it just so happened that car was sold...I would not recommend buying a car here.

They had a large collection of high end cars that are clean.The staff does everything to help you succeeded in getting the car you want

This owner is probably one of THE MOST disrespectful business man Ive ever delt with. I had to bring my car back multiple times because of their own errors, they ended up making my car worst, and refuse to help me because my warranty was over, even though it was their mistake in the first place ! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! very dissapointing!
