Tim sold me a Honda Civic that was one of the cleanest cars I’ve seen in the area. He was extremely quick, laid back and kind! Best decision to come here for my first car!

From the start staff has been nice and helpful, car originally picked had some unforseen issues without any notification lights however they let us trade it for another even with the original being as is. Staff was amazing would recommend.

ONE ( 1) STAR IS TO HIGH FOR A VEHICLE SOLD BY A DISHONEST HONOR....Owner appeared to be an honest man. I told him how much I wanted to spend. He said, I have a nice truck coming in on Monday. He showed me the truck on his computer, made it sound like it was quite the deal. He explained he would check EVERYTHING out and it would be good to go on Monday. I payed cash that day believing his words were true. Mon came, Tues came, and no truck. Wednesday he called and said it was good to go. Upon arrival, he didnt have the car inspected. I asked to purchase a warranty, no warranty available. Thursday he claimed the truck was good. New spark plus and an oil change. Allow me to share how dishonest this man was/id. We took it to our mechanic. The spark plugs he replaced were the wrong ones. It had an engine misfire. He did pay $400 towards the listed issues, however the roto cap, spark plugs, Brake sensor, rotor pads all needed replaced. Our mechanic ( owner) told us to take it back. We were misinformed and lied to by JSJ auto sales. Tim, the owner would NOT take it back In addition to paying $5,000 for this vehicle, my son has added close to$1,500 more because TIM lied to us. Now, we were informed the brake line busted and its rusted out.... Another possible $1000 or more is required. I truly can not believe a man would do this to another human being who happens to be an honest women. I will advise you to NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM TIM AT JSJ AUTO SALES unless you have money to burn. I have bought my children several cars over the years. Not one car I purchased did I have any trouble with until now. How he sleeps at night is beyond me.... Knowing he took advantage of a person such as myself. I will once again ask him to return our money. Im not done here .... Infact, Ive only just begun!

My girlfriend brought me to this sweet spot on a Monday to see about financing me for a car because we’ve been down to one vehicle for far too long. I was skeptical at first because I’ve had bad luck with dealerships in the past, but immediately I gave these dudes the green light. Tim and his staff were completely friendly and had an extremely chill vibe about my busy work schedule. I mean, the guy worked with me through my hectic work schedule like a champ and even left his post at the grill to open the dealership up after hours so I could sign the papers to get me in the car that evening. I feel like they truly value they’re customers more as a human than as someone they’re selling to.
