Not only did they do the oil change, but also checked over the entire care for any potential problems and offered recommendations on what they believe needs to be taken care of. The car was done exactly on the time that I needed it. Paul Pasquale checks in periodically with his customers and it makes you realize that he and his staff really care about their customers needs. I showed up late to my scheduled appointment and Julie told me dont worry about it. She was very accommodating and informative about the services my car required. I was texted a report of repairs for review and asked to call to finalize the repairs to be done on my car. Julie addressed the recommended services to the air filter and cabin air filter, informing me I could wait and when the best time to have them replaced. She even applied a mail coupon discount to my oil change. I liked the breakdown of services and price and felt very secure with the whole experience.

Got really bad news that my 2017 ford fusion has antifreeze leaking into cylinders. This means new small block (engine repair up to $10,000) They did a great job telling me what is wrong. Now I have to deal with Ford whom I give 0 stars!!!!!! Thank you living the dream for good/honest service.

I used LTDAC for a pre-purchase inspection because it was close to the dealer & had great reviews - had to add another one. They fit me in the next morning, showed me to their great cubbies for working while you wait, helped me understand the cost & necessity of a few upcoming maintenance items, and ultimately gave me the confidence to buy the used vehicle (and negotiate on the price)!

This place is amazing!! So happy I found them I wouldn’t trust any other place with my Rover. Everyone there is so sweet and attentive. They make sure to look over everything for you and give you a great print out of everything that you need or could possibly need fixed in the future so you can plan better for maintenance. I was able to get what I needed fixed right away done in less than a week and now I can plan to fix all the other small things in a timely manor before it gets worse or actually breaks. Will not being going anywhere but here for my car now and future cars. :)

I am so thankful to have found Living the Dream for my 2005 Honda Odyssey with 211,000 miles. I brought it to them with a check engine light issue after seeing other great reviews. They did a complete diagnosis and report for me to assess all of its needs and costs. They replaced misfiring spark plugs and cleaned the fuel injectors and the fuel economy immediately increased by 33% from 15 mpg to 21 mpg. They replaced my front brakes which had only 1mm of pad left and the brakes now feel like new. Each time they washed my car before I got it back. My car has new life! Over the next few months I will be replacing other worn and tired parts, including a second timing belt on my way to 300,000 miles. How many people keep a car so long they get to replace the timing belt twice? It is so nice to fully trust an auto repair company as I do. They are very friendly, the facility is clean and modern, the prices are honest and without a doubt, they receive my highest recommendation.

I wouldnt bring my car anywhere besides Living the Dream. A few years ago, I bought a used 2007 Mazda 6 and started taking it to Living the Dream whenever anything came up. Living the Dream always got me an appointment to drop my car off at a time that worked for me. On multiple occasions, they gave me rides home, or gave me a car to use to take to work while repairs were being done on my car.What I love most about Living the Dream is their commitment to honesty. They dont try to sell you services that your car does not need, and they are completely transparent about what is going on with your car. A while back, they promised me that they would let me know when my car was no longer putting work into. After several thousands of dollars in repairs, last week they were honest in telling me that my car needed a new transmission and was no longer worth the continued expenses. I trust them with everything. They even have a lounge area and cubicles in the back that I have used on several occasions to do work and write papers at Living the Dream while they would work on my car. I’ve been going to Living The Dream for years. They are very good at auto repair and they honor their work! The place is extremely clean and the staff are very professional and really care about their clients! They do an excellent job!

First time client. Despite the current pandemic, the staff were so helpful and polite. I spoke on the phone to one staff member, walked him through my concerns and what I knew I needed. After they looked over my Jeep, they emailed me a detailed diagnostic with photos, and called me to talk through all of it. I had quite a bit of regular maintenance that I needed (fluids, oil, filters, brakes), and it was all finished the next day. They cleaned my car as well before returning it to me. The floor mats looked like they has actually been scrubbed, not just vacuumed! It looked cleaner than when I dropped it off! They were able to do everything no contact so we could all stay safe and follow social distancing guidelines. I look forward to using these guys for future maintenance and repairs!

I needed a head gasket, I didnt want to buy another car being retired so I shopped around for the job. After checking a few shops, Living the dream offered a written estimate and had excellent reviews.After four days the car was returned to me and running well. Its still early for a complete review considering Ive only had it back for less than a week.

Sometimes theyre willing to negotiate with the price, sometimes not.

This place welcomes you, provides you with attention when scheduling and appointment. Unfortunately this place charged me for a diagnostic fee of about $90 and did not find the problem. When I asked if they did run an electric diagnostic, they said it would be another $90 diagnostic fee. They must be living the dream!I did not do the job and took my vehicle to Dalzell Brothers at Foxboro and they found the problem. They charged me 1/2 of what the Living the Dream quoted me.I don’t recommend nor I will ever step into this place again.

Ive been servicing my cars for about a year here. Fair price, knowledgeable, and they explain the work theyre doing which I love. It gives me piece of mind and theyll happily show me a part they replaced when I ask. My car got towed here with a broken axle on a friday night. We were a one car family at the time. They had it ready Saturday afternoon. Broke my aux cord off while plugged in. They drilled the piece out and it still works! A different shop once told me theyd need to replace the whole stereo head unit for $400. LTD charged me $36. Awesome.

They are honest & straight forward. They replaced the rotor & pads of my car on the same day I made my appointment free of charge under warranty.

I had a GREAT experience at Living the Dream Auto Care. I took my 2016 Honda Civic to them when the code on my dashboard said I needed an oil change and brake fluid flush. The dealership wanted to charge me over $200. When I called Living the Dream, they said they’d do the oil change and perform a 25 point inspection (at NO charge!), but the fact that my car had less than 9K miles led them to think I wouldn’t need the brake fluid flush.They told me they’d need about 2 hours on my car, but they were done a half hour early and called to let me know. When I got there, they said all my car needed was an oil change and my cost was $43 and some change! They even washed and vacuumed it for free!Everyone was so polite and friendly, and I could tell they really care about customer service, the old-fashioned kind where employees are hired not just for their technical skills, but for their people skills as well.I will never take my car anywhere else now that I have found Living the Dream Auto Care. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares about honesty and great service in a timely manner.

Weve used Living the Dream as our mechanics for four years now and cant recommend them highly enough. The mechanics are thorough, the staff is always willing to answer questions about the repairs and educate you about what needs to be done, and the car wash and vacuum is a nice extra perk. On two different occasions, I called at the last minute due to a dead/dying battery. One time they came to my house to jump start my car (I live very nearby) and the other they squeezed me in to get a new battery before heading out of town and were so quick that I didnt even need to delay my departure.
