I have been going to Bolivar for years and Steve is the most honest mechanic I’ve ever worked with. Always extremely helpful and professional. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend.

This owner is the rudest person I have ever met. I have given him my business over the years. I went to get an inspection sticker last week. He wasnt doing anything just sitting in the office. When I asked him if I could get one he simply stated no. I then asked if the machine was down he said no. We are completely booked up. I asked him when I should come back he stated next week in the morning. I came back again with the same response no smile just no. Again he was sitting in the office not doing anything. I have never been turned away for and inspection sticker. I have never had a business owner be so rude and unprofessional. I am guessing either he is independently wealthy and does not need the business or this is a front form something else. I went to Island automotive and they were so accommodating. Even if he was booked up which he wasnt there is a way to treat a customer with respect. He obviously never learned manners. Island Automotive has gained my business. I dont think the owner cares since he obviously could care less how he treats his customer.

Steve is hands down the most professional, trustworthy and reliable mechanic and owner of a service center I have ever dealt with! Always let’s you know cost before repairs and provides options to consider. Can’t ask for more than that.

I tried to park here for 10 minutes, so I could walk across the street to the park, where the parking was closed at the time. I needed fresh air during the COVID-19 pandemic. A person from the autoshop said, Dont park here. This is private property. Youre trespassing. There was plenty of empty parking spaces.

All of the employees I dealt with were kind and professional. Steve was great about keeping me updated and got my new tires in a timely fashion. I’ll definitely be going back!
