I just started going to Qual-tech. Sometime last year. It was a referral from someone I knew. I think they do a great job!!! They dont seem to be like other repair shops. They are honest,and do great work. While not draining your wallet!!! That is key for me. The staff is also friendly,and helpful as well. I would recommend other people as well to check them out. Wont be disappointed!!!

Had my summer tires put on the car, my car came back with tobacco smell, back rear tire deflated and gas tank unlocked, did not realize it until later, had to buy a new tire at another place. Talked to the owner of Qual-Tech who did not believe me, did not offer to pay for the new tire. No Christian Business would act that way.
People here are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel as if Im being dealt with in an honest up front way. The work is done in a timely manner. And Ive never had any problems. I recommend this place to everyone.
Today we brought my dad’s 2012 Ford Ranger in for an inspection. Our mechanic “Tim” was thorough, professional and engaging. He brought us back to see the one small, inexpensive thing to be repaired prior to passing inspection. That meant a lot to my dad who is 88 yrs old and has ALWAYS taken good care of his truck. He appreciated Tim showing him the issue. From the moment I called to make the appointment we were treated with respect. This business THRIVES because of it’s great reputation for being HONEST. You don’t have to advertise if you have honest, competent people who win your respect. We were referred by others so I am paying it forward. DO NOT HESITATE to consider these folks to take care of your vehicle. You won’t be sorry!!
This is flat out the best place to take your car. They are beyond honest, while others will try to screw you. The always have a solution and they can work with most budgets. They recently told me there might be a problem, they worked on that problem. That wasnt the actual problem and all the work they did on that they didnt charge me a cent for it. These people are amazing. What a wonderful family, and we should all be so grateful to have them here in Canandaigua. Jenny is always a delight to talk to, and Jeff knows what is going on and gives you multiple options to get you through. Wow, these people are amazing. Stopped in today to see their cost to check my Caravans transmission fluid level due to a warning light. Chrysler offered to do it for 120.00, Qualtech checked it for free, cleared the code, and gave solid recommendations on dealing with the issue . Very pleased with their service!

The owner was very unprofessional and became very defensive when they made a mistake and put the wrong oil in my car. He was belittling towards me and implied that I know nothing about cars. Duh! That’s why I’m there. I asked for them to correct the mistake, which they did, but his mannerism with women is unnerving. Will never recommend them for service.
Qual-Tech is a quality repair shop! Not only did they get our truck in right away, but they found a problem that needed fixing that could have been dangerous. They are fair with their pricing as well.Were happy to have found such a great place to take our vehicles
This is the best car mechanic I’ve had. Never thought I’d find an honest one and being a young single female it’s easy to be taken advantage of. They got my car in and out and not only charged a thousand less than what other car mechanics quoted me but cleaned my car for me! Amazing customer service.

Most dishonest crooked mechanics Ive ever dealt with. Tried to con my mother and sister into untinting her 70% windows just to pass inspection. Also put the the wrong oil in a car that required synthetic. As bad as it gets for a mechanic.
Fast, friendly, expert Honest service. Will only do work that is necessary and if there is a way to save you money, will offer an alternative. Usually there are delicous baked goods on premises made by the owners wife as a courtesy for their customers.

Went for a transmission flush, drain pan was never tighten on. Leaks transmission fluid now. Tread wisely.
