This is a busy shop, but they are a well managed operation that fixes about everything with your vehicle. We were hustling to catch an international flight out of Phoenix Sky Harbor, we caught a nail in our right rear tire... Horrible timing. The very pleasant lady running the front desk understood our dilemma and shuffled some customers around so we were back on the road in 30 minutes. Thank God, we made our flight. We met the owner, Navy Vet with a wall dedicated to local veterans who have served these United States! The bill, $20... 1980s price.

In route to our destination, we had a blowout. Afterward, we continued to our destination, set up camp, and proceeded to get the troubled tire replaced. Tire Pro Automotive replaced the tire, and came to the campsite to swap out the spare on our 5th wheel. They were timely and professional in taking care of us. Excellent service.

We showed up close to the end of the business day with a flat tire after having waited hours for a tow. Tire Pro hooked us up with a quick fix so that we could be on our way and enjoy the rest of our vacation. Down to earth, honest, competent and well priced! Highly recommend!

Amazing service. Stopped in on way to airport due to flat tire on rental car. They were all nice and very quick to check out tire and let us know it was unrepairable so we could slowly continue on our way to phx airport. Several motorcycles of police officers were leaving from the gas station and all the workers came out and showed support for them!! Amazing!!

Called to get a quote on tires and waited on hold for 40 minutes. I had very basic questions about tires for a Jeep and was advised I should drive into the store. When I arrived the place was busy, they are basically the only tire shop in town and the feeling that they dont need your business is apparent. They pulled a kid out of the garage to talk to me about my tire options. He didnt seem old enough to have a drivers license, but worse he knew absolutely nothing about tires. He kept going back into the garage to ask the more seasoned employees questions and coming back to relay the info and he wasnt even getting that right. Not wanting to be rude I put up with it longer than I should have. This was an absolute wast of time. I went there happy to drop 1K+ in a new set of tires and left wanting to leave less than a one star review.

Had a tire problem on my trailer when staying in the Verde Valley area this week. Angie and Larry gave me excellent courteous service getting the repair done.

I recently had work done on my truck at Tire Pro Autumotive & unlike other automotive shops they treated me very respectfully while explaining everything in detail in a very professional manner, everyone was very respectful kind & caring & quick to satisfy my every need . Employees are always ready to help. Only take my vehicles to this tire shop. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about anything I had to ask.

To begin with a flat should not take more than 15 minutes to repair. It took them an hour and 30 minutes. When I went back to the campsite the wheel was already flat yet again. I had to drive to Phoenix with a spare tire. Not to mention they charged $25 and an additional $20 that I tipped. They need to learn from Phoenix tire shops. The guy that was replacing my tire was literally confused on where to set up the jack. If your from the city just bring an additional tire because I dont recommend coming here at all. Also, one of the guys kept talking to me in Spanish, he assumed I spoke Spanish or something but definitely unprofessional.

I had a nail in my tire today going up to Sedona and I was grateful to barely find a tire shop before I was stranded on the side of the road. What I didnt like is how this tire shop took advantage of a vulnerable driver like me. My new tire cost $111.99 but the tire shop added $58 dollars in fees. I was nickeled and dimed every which way. This is why America has become what it is, the reason Greed! I paid $171.61 for one brand new tire. Its a robbery of a hard working blue collar American to pay that much for one tire. Its shameful to do that to people. But since the tire shop worker new I had no choice he took advantage of my vulnerability since I had no choice but to accept their cost.

We were in Camp Verde a couple of weeks ago and experienced a low driver’s-side front tire on our RV. Our road side assistance company said that they were not allowed to repair front tires on motorhomes and that they would have to send out a new tire at a cost of $600. We took it to Pro Automotive and they took care if it and we were back on the road in no time. All the folks there were very nice and helpful! Awesome business! Highly recommend them.

As always, the regular service was done well and faster than ever before, that I can remember. I am always pleased with the service and how I am treated. I just have one question. I bought tires for the Traverse in 2018, 2 in July and 2 in December. They have a 60,000 mile warranty on them which I am not close to meeting yet. All four have had their regular rotation in line with the regular service, except for my last service last April. My question is I have been informed they cannot rotate the tires any longer because the first two have too much wear. Why do they already need replacing when all they’ve had is normal wear? I’m not complaining. I’m just curious. Thank you. Nick

Showed up first thing in the morning. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I was seen right away and had my tires replaced and my car ready quicker than I thought it would take. I would definitely come here if I lived closer.

Immediately helped us look at travel trailer tire when we pulled in. Confirmed noise was not baring, probably brakes. Wouldnt take any money for their time. Super friendly and helpful!

Not sure what happened to service there but I have a number of vehicles I used to take there, never questioned them on service needed just said do it. I made an appointment (had to wait) to do complete service and install some new stock shocks I had and they said okay. At time when showed up for appointment they informed me they do not install customer parts and I said they had no problem doing it before when they couldnt find the parts but I could and they were very short with the attitude of dont need my business anymore so I will never go back. Resident of Camp Verde too!

There was an issue discovered when putting on new tires. The tie rod was about to give out. Though they were booked solid they fit the repair in so that I wasn’t in any danger driving my truck. Not only did they take me home, but then brought me back to p/u my truck. Nice to have a local owned business be so concerned over the well being of their customers

Everything a tire store should Do, they do with great customer service and honesty. And their rates are reasonable. Yesterday my low tire light was on so I stopped. I just stopped to get a tire with a screw in it looked at. It was not repairable so they changed my tire and served my wife and me a donut. No charge!!!! Did I mention I pulled in at 455 and they close at 5! No problem they said. What a great bunch of guys. By the way we are not local we are from the east coast.

On my way from Flagstaff to Phoenix on I-17 my trailer blew a tire. I didnt have a spare, was 15 miles out of Camp Verde and businesses were due to close soon. I thought I would be getting a hotel room for sure. Enter Don Hanks, owner of Tire Pro, who took the time to appreciate my situation and prioritize my one little trailer tire so I could get back to my unsecured load quickly. Since I didnt have the original wheel on hand (lacking the proper jack, had to buy one of those too), Don helped me figure out which of so many lug pattern and tire size combinations I needed to obtain. It was important we get it right the first time because I wouldnt know Id gotten the wrong wheel/tire until after Tire Pro had closed. But Don also wrote his cell phone number on the back of a business card and offered to come back to the shop to get me the correct size. As it turned out we got it right the first time and I never had to bother Don that evening. But if Im ever in the Camp Verde area again in need of wheel or tire services, you can sure bet Ill go see those guys again. TOP NOTCH.

I had a coolant leak that was hard to find but Don and his techs kept working at it until the problem was found and properly fixed . They went above and beyond .

I went here for a oil change and when they where done they told me my ac pipes where leaking and probably needed to be replaced when my ac was working perfectly prior.The next day my ac was blowing hot and I went to a different shop and told me all the coolant was completely gone and they had to of emptied it. So they could try to make money off of usWould give zero stars if I could

They go out of their way to find what you need whether it is for tires or service for all kinds of vehicles. We are lucky to have someone like Don to take care of us.

When there is a warrantee issue with a product its just words from a company a thousand miles away. When you do business with Tire Pro you can be assured the warrantee will be honored. Service on time, done once, done right with a smile too!

They let me walk in and stand around, while they talk at the counter for 5 minutes. Then finally acknowledged, tell me that they are closed. There are no hours posted at the door, and online their hours say they are open until 2. They might do good work, but I will never know.

These guys always help out when you need a fair price on tires or other services. They are respectful and curtious to their customers. And almost always your not waiting long while your vehicle is in their bay.

Update: one of the tires still has a slow leak. By lack of response from management they obviously dont care about their customers.Waited an hour and a half for an oil change, and check 3 tires for leaks ($20 each, wow). This was with an appointment. Get home, all tire pressures were different and none were correct and I couldnt get to the inside dually valve stem because the tech didnt line it up with the hole. Had to take it back to fix issues, hopefully they did a better job on the actual oil change. Wont be going back here, will drive to the next town for maintenance in the future.

Tirepro has been doing all of our oil changes on our pickup and car for over 2 years but to my surprise they dont check any oil in the drivetrain, 2 weeks ago on our way home from Phoenix our transfer case burned itself up and we had to be towed home. When we checked the oil it was completely dry. A good used transfer case cost us almost a thousand dollars. We did all labor ourselves. I wont ever trust them to work on my vehicles anymore.

On the road and needed service. They had time to get me in and taken care of while on my way home. Suggest you give them a try. They support our military and have many community awards for service as well. Professional greeting, expected tire store clean.
